I just know that the strength of concrete is very much dependent upon the hydration reaction.Actually i accidentally read about this article. Before this i though concrete strength is only depends on its material. So, after reading the article at findarticles.com. i realize that curing process is important to control concrete's strength.

Curing process is a process to ensure the evaporation process not over its evaporation limits.Curing is the most important part to get its real strength as it should be.So,this is the easiest way to make our concrete strength is in maximum level.Besides that i also just know about economic concrete mixtures. We need minimum water contents and economic proportions. If i do not read this article,of course i would trust if people saying about economic concrete mixtures. Its quite ridiculous huh?But that is the fact...... :P

Landslide incident of 6 December 2008 at Bukit Antarabangsa…

I have read an article about this issue in a “JURUTERA” magazine. There has been a lot of media attention on the incident as it had resulted in the unfortunate loss of lives and property. This incident has shocked the general public in Malaysia. Many press statements have been made by different individuals and organizations.
So, as a responsible authority, Institution of Engineers Malaysia came in front to explain the media and public so that they can understand this issue. To overcome this matter and to ensure that this incident will not be happened again, this authority suggests that government should setup the roles of professional involved in Hill-site developments and take Hong Kong as example. Another suggestion is the IEM recommendations for developments on hill-sites – past, present and future.

When you want a cigarette, wait a few minutes and think about the consequences. Finally, one can do things to help oneself to remain abstinent. All the best!

Coffee: A Health Drink?

As we know, coffee has more caffeine. It is not good to all people, especially children and pregnant women. But...

In this article said by a few associate and institute that, those drinking three cups a day were five times less likely to develop Parkinson's. Those drinking 3 to 4 cups daily may halve the risk of liver cancer. They also found that men, who drank more than six cups daily, reduced their risk for Type 2 diabetes by 50 per cent and women by nearly 30 per cent.

However, excessive coffee consumption can make you feel jittery or unable to sleep. Pregnant women should limit themselves to two cups a day. In my opinion, pregnant women should not to take any coffee.

So, what you're waiting for?Lets eat more nuts. But, in my knowledge, people that caught astma cannot eat nuts, cause they will get itchy at their throat and will have difficulty to breath.

Computer Comfort

This article said about tips for avoiding injury while using a computer.

Firstly, adjust your chair so your feet are firmly on the ground. Next, set your keyboard at elbow height. Then, avoid extreme reaches like the mouse is too far away; your shoulder is really rotated when you use it. After that, look for product designed for comfort such as a padded wrist rest or a mouse that fits the relaxed posture of the hand. Finally, don’t ignore even minor discomfort.

So, you can always practice this tips before using your computer or laptop.

Preparing For The Interview

Before preparing for the interview, you must prepare your resume and cover letter with word concise and direct without typos and grammar mistakes. A bad cover letter can reduce your changes of being short-listed and discredit your qualifications.

After your resume and cover letter is done, you can plan what to say in front of the interviewers. Write the key points and practice how to communicate clearly. Good to know the company background, its products and services, the market and the competition. Then, demonstrate confidence with a smile and shake hands with the interviewer. Introduce yourself with confidence and optimism. Make sure the interviewer knows you are interested in a career rather than a job. The employment market has become increasingly competitive and employers have become more demanding in response. Next, speak up for yourself. Don’t be afraid to ask where the company is headed or to suggest ideas but don’t over the limits. Lastly, engage the interviewer by asking about how long his been with the company and his career progression.

In my experience, not all of the company and interviewer are strict in interview candidates. The important thing is your cover letter and your resume but, what the loose prepare for the interview.

I have read one of the article about antibiotic advice.as we know, only a doctor can determine whether it is appropriate to take an antibiotic or not.if one is prescribed, keep these basic guidelines in mind:

i)Take the full course of treatment.if you stop taking the drug early because you feel better, you will allow any bacteria that are still alive inside you to multiply.they may then possibly rekindle the infection.

ii)Never save antibiotic for later use.a doctor should evaluate your condition each time you may be sick enough to need antibiotics.

iii)Antibiotics have no effect on viruses, but they do kill bacteria - and not just the ones making you sick.use acidophilus supplements or eat yoghurt to help restore the numbers of beneficial bacteria in you system quickly.

I had read an article about 'How can you develop healthy sleep habits'.From the article, there have some tips to develop healthy sleep.

1.Dont't use sleep to escape
- when you feel overwhelmed, and become a bit of possum(curling up and falling asleep when threatened). You should not sleep but,you can try to sit through a period of discomfort using a different behavior, such as exercise,to lessen anxienty.

2. Don't Overdo the Napping
-Naps have gotten a bad rap in the United states, but there has been a trend over the past few year to embrace the power nap.Numerous studies have shown that these short naps are in fact an excellent way to sustain our energy and focus throughout the day. However,a power nap can easily turn into a two-hour deep sleep for some of us.This ammount of sleep in the afternoon will leave you feeling groggy and likely distrup your sleep pattern at night.

3.Don't make slep the weekend reward
-Those of us with busy work schedules often treat ourselves to long sleeps on the weekend. A consistent level of sleep throughout the week seems like a healthier option.

4.Don't get bored
-If we are don't know what to do,we will often feel tired and sleep more than we thing the necessary. You should seek out activities, such as exercising or volunteering.when you keep busy and you will feel less tired

Smoothie Savvy

1.Use fully ripe fruit.they typically have better flavour and, sometimes, higher nutritional value.too sweet?add a squeeze of fresh lemon or lime juice.too tart??add honey or unsweetened apple sauce.

2.Frozen fruit make a thicker drink.spread diced fruit on a baking sheet and freeze for two to four hours.transfer the pieces to a resealable beg when hard.or buy unsweetened strawberries, blueberries and raspberries already frozen.most supermarkets sell a good range.

3.The smaller the ice cubes, the easier to crush.fill trays only halfway or set your automatic icemaker to the smallest setting.

4.Experiment.try unsweetened fruit nectars,such as mango,guava or apricot,instead of juices;silken tofu instead of yoghurt;or buttermilk instead of low-fat milk.flavour with vanilla extract,orange-flower water,grated ginger,or chopped fresh mint.

Build Up Your Frozen Assets

i)set your frozen temperature at zero.Food lasts longers when it's stored at colder temperatures.

ii)cook, puree and freeze any kind of vegetable or fruit and use it,thawed,to enrich casseroles, soups or stews.also try blanching whole or cut-up vegetables.experiments have shown that more nutrients are retained if vegetables are blanched(plunged in boiling water for about three to four minutes)before freezing.blanching kills bacteria and inactivates enzymes so that they cannot cause discoloration and disagreeable flavours.blanching is not necessary with fruit;pieces can be sprinkled lightly with sugar.

iii)undercook dishes you're preparing for the freezer.subtract about five minutes from the usual cooking time for rice and noodles in particular.on their own, these starches freeze poorly, but they're fine in casseroles.

iv)pack freezable in containers with airtight lids or heavy-duty zip-top plastic bags.use a permanent ink marker to label each batch with the date, name of contents and number of servings.

v)use your freezer to store and preserve herbs.first, dry them thoroughly(in the sun is easiest)or they will be mushy and discoloured when thawed.de-stem and pack the leaves loosely in freezer bags.they can be used either directly from the frezeer or thawed.

vi)cool foods to room temperature before freezing.this helps prevent large ice crystals from forming during freezing and giving and 'off' taste later when they melt.

vii)thaw meals by placing them in the refrigerator for 24 hours before reheating.defrost with the wrapping on so that condensation forms outside of the wrap, not on the food.cook as soon as defrosted, while the food is still cold.

Easy-to-swallow Advice

i)There are no magic bullet. Good as they can be, supplements can only be just supplements. When it comes to strengthening your immune system, they’re never a replacement for a healthy diet, exercise, stress-reducing routines and good sleep habits.

ii)Consults a doctor with an interest in nutrition or a qualified nutritionist. Avoid advice from unqualified people, especially if large if large doses of supplements are recommended. If taken in excess, some supplements do more harm than good.

iii)It’s doesn’t pay to take pills you don’t need. If you’re taking a specific reason and you don’t see an improvement after a month or two, or if you symptoms have worsened, consult your doctor before continuing to use it. Natural health practitioners are listed on the web site of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society.

Buying Herbal Supplements

1)Note the form the herb listed on the package.when possible, select a standardised extract.Standardisation ensures that each dosage contains the same percentage of active compounds.(even plants of the same species can vary greatly in the quantity and strength of these compounds.only with standardisation can you be sure you're getting the right amount).otherwise, choose a product labelled 'whole herb'.these contain all of the herb's distinct compounds in the ratio nature provided.

2)Check the expiry or best-used-by date.discard the product if that date has passed.

3)Read any health warnings, cautions and contraindications to be certain that the herb is appropriate for you.herbal supplements in Australia are regulated by the Therapeutic Goods Administration.products are classified as 'R',registered,if they have shown proven effectiveness,or 'L',listed,if they are safe but have not show proven effectiveness for the therapeutic claims made.in New Zealand anything promoted as a health product must be cleared for safety and efficacy by the Health Minister before going on sale.

Before You Hit The Floor

Some tips to help your first foray into yoga go smoothly.

1)Talk to you doctor.certain medical conditions may rule out specific poses.if you have high blood pressure, glaucoma,a history of retinal detachment,or heart disease, for instance, your doctor may advise you not to do hand, head or shoulder stands.because they tend to increase blood flow to the head, such positions could aggravate any of those conditions.

2)Fit the class to your abilities.talk to the teacher before signing up to alert him or her to your newcomer status and make sure you'll be comfortable with the level of the class.

3)Wear comfortable clothes.good choices are bike shorts, stretchy leggings,or tight and a T-shirt.you must be able to move easily and be able to see you body.work bare-foot,but take your own mat if you prefer.

4)Don't overdo it.push yourself, but don't be talked into anything that feels overly difficult.a good yoga teacher will guide-rather than force-your body into the correct form.

5)Eat early.try not to have a meal within two hours of class.

6)Stay at home,if you prefer.rent a few beginner videotapes or have a few one-on-one sessions with a private teacher.

What's Your Napping Style?

1)Replacement sleepers nap to get a much-needed energy boost, because they don't sleep enough at night.

2)Split sleepers regularly divide their total sleeping time into two periods-midday and night.not surprisingly, this is especially common among night or split-shift workers.

3)Long sleepers simply enjoy more than a 'full' night's sleep.a famous example was Winston Churchill, who napped every day, even at the height of his wartime responsibilities.'Nature had not intended man to work from eight in the morning until midnight, without the refreshment of blessed oblivion, which, even if it last only 2o minutes,is sufficient to renew all vital forces,'he wrote.

4)Prophylactic sleepers nap to store up for a planned deficit because they may have work obligations,or plan to travel later or have a night out.

Today, i was read a facta statistic about diabetes.

• Diabetes is the 5th leading cause of death by disease; currently, it's a disease that has no cure.
• Since 1987, the death rate due to diabetes has increased by 45 percent, while the death rates from stroke, cancer, and heart disease have all declined.
• Worldwide, over 246 million people have diabetes. By 2020, that number is expected to rise to 380 million.
• Diabetes is costing our society. In 2002, $92 billion was spent on direct medical costs for diabetes. This means that 1 out of every 10 dollars we spend on health care goes to feed the diabetes beast. The total cost of diabetes to the U.S. each year is estimated to be $132 billion, which includes not only the direct costs but also $40 billion in such indirect costs as disability, work loss, and early death.
• Diabetes is the leading cause of new cases of blindness in adults ages 20-74 years.
• Diabetes is the leading cause of kidney failure.
• Men with diabetes are twice as likely to experience erectile dysfunction as men without the disease.
• Adults with diabetes die from heart disease 2 to 4 times more often than adults without diabetes.

Actually diabetes is one of the few serious diseases that can we control and prevent.PREVENT IS BETTER THAN CURE.

As we living in this world,we cannot escape from facing problems in our lifes as well as stress will come along with it.Stress kills!that is a claim that frequently heard. As a student, we always have many assignments that must be completed a part from others works. So here I would like to tell you four steps how to overcome stress.Firstly,we must identify the stress, consider what the experts have identified, and examine how you react when you are stressed. Most people have difficulty recognizing they are becoming stressed, and don't see it until it's too late and they are stressed.
Secondly, listen to your body, there is a variety of ways people respond to stress; some loose weight, others gain, and some sleep too little, others too much. In some individuals their tempers flare and they become short fused; another may engage in nervous laughter. One individual might talk too much, where the other might become quiet and sullen. It is important to pay attention to what your body is telling you by the symptoms it is producing. thirdly, consider options,we need to recognize that once we are stressed, it is important to not loose sight of our options. There is always a choice to be made, we need only to consider what will work best when we examine all our options. lastly, take action,it is when people loose sight of the fact that they have options and choices that they are at risk to become anxious or depressed. It is important to assertively exercise choice. You may not always get what you want, but if you don't take action or speak up your lessen the likelihood of this occurring. Therefore, To achieve a healthy perspective, ask yourself one simple question: "How important is this situation in the big picture of my life?" A person who focuses on moving forward with the ultimate goal of enjoying life, will find the courage and strength necessary to face loss, conflict or life problems. Apply the simple four-step process and attain the goal of enjoying life.

advantages of reading

Nowadays, many of students prefer to do an useless thing other than reading. Many of us didn't realizes that reading give a lot of benefits to us especially students. One of the advantages of reading is it can improve our comprehension as well as vocabulary. As a result,we can speaking with confidently without any doubt.Besides that, critical reading involves a reader's ability to analyze an author's purpose, point of view, and use of language.Critical reading occur when the students evaluate and analyze the information in a text to find out why, what, when and how the story happended.Besides that, wors study and phonics helps students to decode why they read and become more fluent as readers. When the students read an aricle or books, they will exposed with complicated word.Word study, based on phonic and as well as word sructure allows us to examine the sounds, patterns and also the meaning that are represented in print and make generalizations from then than just rely on memorization only.Students are able to understand the similarities and the differences between the features in word through the compare and contrast activites(soritng words).Students also follow a development continuum when learning to spell.Apart from that, reading also can avoid us from doing an useless activities like loafing. We can read at everywhere at any places. For example,we can read while waiting for bus.Reading is a good way to fill up our free and precious times..

friendship

What is friendship?Different people may have different definitions of friendship.Aristotle said that friendship is a single dwelling in two bodies. We also can said that friendship is one relation between persons which has survived many trials as well as difficulties time but still remain thier relation.Loyalty, love, respect, trust is the key that described the true meaning of friendship betweeen two individuals. The chemisrty that exits naturally between two friends can strongly built friendship.By sharing the same interests and hobbies is the sign of chemistry between two friends.Friendship does not only exist in people in same gender but also exist in people in different sex. Some of us may said that the relation between people in different sex is not friendship but love. But,for some other people, they define it as a friendship because there is no hard feeling with each other but only full of care.Friendship can lighten our burden when we face diffulties and problems.Although we now that our friends may have not the answers for our problems, but by sharing our problems,it can make us relieve.I found an poem that can described what is friendship actually.

When I cry, you are there to help me out
When I am happy, you are there to hear me shout
When I grin you know that I am really mad
You can always tell when I am sad
You are the best friend I have ever had!

You are there with me through thick and thin
You offer a helping hand when I am dim
You patiently listen when I want to talk
You tell me I am good even when I have been bad
You are the best friend I have ever had!

So hear me out when I say
You are the light in my day
You are the moon in my night
That made my life so bright
With you I am always glad
You are the best friend I have ever had!

Acupunture

Acupunture is the ancient Chinese practise of sticking needles into a patient at certain parts of the body to relieve pain and treat other conitions.According to researchers in Denmark, they reported that, the patient who received real acupunture treatement senses more clear in pain than the other who is using sham acupunture and standard pain treatements such as drugs. The treatement of acupunture points may be performed along several layers of pathways, most commonly are lung, large intestine, stomach, spleen, heart, kidney, pericardium, small intestine and so on.The acupunturist decides which points to treat by observing and questioning the patient in order to make diagnosis according to the tradition which he or she utilizes.

Furthermore, there are four diagnostic methods, that are inspection, auscultation and olfaction, inquiring, and palpation. The
inspection is focusing on the face and particularly on the tongue including its size, shape, tension, colour and coating, and also the absence or presense of teeth maarks around the edge. Then, auscultation and olfaction is referred to listening to particular sounds of body such wheezing and body odour. After that, in inquiring focuses on the seven inquiries which are chills and fever, perspiration, appetite, thirst and taste, pain and else. Then, palpation of the muscles and the abdomen are central to diagnosis.

Go on,let your people fail

I would like to share with all you about an article that i have been read at iluvislam.com website. We all fear failure. We easily frust when we face failure especially students.Sometimes, failure can weaken our confident.People always said that failure is bad and we have been taught to avoid from failure. But,does we realize that failure is essential to success.Without failing, new innovation do not happen. If we look at history, great breakthroughs are dependent on failure.Apart from that, great achievers also wake up from failure.Micheal Jordan,The beatles,Walt disney,Abraham Lincoln and Thomas Edison have a common which is they were failure before they succed. For example,Micheal Jordan which is the great basketball player nowaday almost quit the game in high school when he was dropped from the senior team.Besides that,Walt Disney have been fired from a newspaper early on his career due to lack of imagination and was not creative enough.Yet,he turned that failure to build one of the most creative companies in the world-Disney.Now,what is the history of Thomas Edison? In his school, his teacher told him that he was too stupid to learn anything. But now,he became one of the greatest inventors of all time and also the founder of General Electric(GE).Learning from failure is what makes great leader who they are.Thomas Edison, the founder of IBM declared that "Thats where success lies-on the far side of failure". All these stories on failure make one simple point – failure is essential to success. Without failing, big breakthroughs or new innovations do not happen.

COMFORTABLE SHOES.

The reality is, it's not always easy to find that perfect pair of comfortable shoes.
Everyone knows that when it comes to shoes, the biggest comfort factor is getting a good fit. In fact the only real "secret" is that that's easier said than done. First, our feet our three dimensional, not two-dimensional. So, while size charts can be helpful, they don't measure the girth of our feet. Consequently, they can't be relied upon for total accuracy.

Additionally, every manufacturer, every style, every pair, every shoe, and every foot is different. When you think of it that way, it's amazing it works out.

So, by all means, use size charts and have your feet measured but use these measurements as a starting point, not as a fact that's written in stone. The shoes you bought today might have declared you a size 6, but tomorrow's shoes might deem you to be a size 7.5. The wise person listens to the shoes.Hehehehe.Are you believe or not???.Lastly, you should get a good fit for your shoes.

HAPPINESS

This discussion about happiness is based on a false idea. Happiness is not a something to be pursued or hunted down or bought at great expense. Happiness is not like that. Happiness is intrinsic to our being human. Observe any baby & it will demonstrate a state of happiness just by interacting with others around it. The baby will also demonstrate unhappiness if for instance it is hungry. To revert back to state of happiness we feed the baby. That is to say we remove the cause of unhappiness. Happiness is a state we can all enjoy as long as we don't cover it with blankets of unhappiness. This is well understood by those who persuade us that having more of something will enable us to achieve happiness. By inducing a state of unhappiness we are persuaded to buy more & to consume more. The epidemic of obesity is an epidemic caused by the mass manufacture of unhappiness. This is done by confusing happiness with pleasure. You will be happy if you consume more fizzy drinks say the advertisements. What they are really selling are temporary pleasures which have the appearance of happiness. We should focus on reducing unhappiness. Unhappiness is not the opposite of happiness it is an oppressor of happiness. To let our underlying state of happiness shine through we need to remove those blankets of oppression. This is not a simple thing of course. We all feel unhappy when we grieve for example but if we know that this unhappiness is a blanket over our happiness we can cope much better. We know that this blanket can be removed. We as humans are naturally happy. We just need to let it shine through & be aware of how we impose unhappiness on ourselves & how we impose it on other people & what we can do to reduce it.

SPICE FOOD

Malaysia....most of people in malaysia like to eat spice food.Actually, the spice hane the advantages and disadvantages. But in this blog,i just want talk about the advantages.Chillies have long been used in traditional medicine, probably first by the Aztecs. In Russia, a drink called Nastoyka (made from chillies soaked in vodka) has also been taken as a healing remedy.
Reduced Cancer Death Rate.Scientists have proven that capsaicin, which is responsible for the burning sensation when we eat chillies, can kill cancer cells, indicating that people could at least prevent the onset of cancer by eating spicy food. This is because it is a natural antioxidant, meaning that it defends against disease causing toxins
As well as preventing cancer, researchers have also noticed that people who consume large amounts of chilli peppers experienced a lower incidence of thrombo-embolism, or potentially dangerous blood clots.
Scientists have studied the medical records of countries where spicy foods are regularly consumed, and found that people who eat a diet high in chillies experience a much lower incidence of blood clotting diseases. It has now been scientifically proven that capsicum is able to break down blood clots.THe other benefits of hot super foods include the chillies can help protect us from common winter condition. But overtaking chillies also can get disease. So ,be careful during taking food.

Indonesian is Malaysia enemy???

This is the last sharing from me in this topic. It is about our beloved Malaysia.

Malaysia achieves freedom from British on 31 August 1957. Until now, Malaysia had been freed by the intruder for 51 years. And for this short of time, a lot of success archive by Malaysian such as round all over the world by using ship, hiking Everest Mount, the building of a tall building which had been awarded as the tallest building in world once upon a time, production of national car, the explore of space where one of Malaysian had been went to ISS (International Space Station) and lot more.

However, we must protect our country from outsider which has bad intention to Malaysia. In order to do that, we must have a good relation with lot of Islamic country. We also cannot trust any country even if we had a good relation with it such as Indonesia. If you want to know, Indonesian is one of our threats. Even we have a good diplomacy relation with Indonesia, but a lot of Indonesian hates Malaysian and also Malaysia. If you did not believe it, you could follow this link - http://www.topix.net/forum/world/malaysia. On this site, you could see that all of Indonesian chatters hate Malaysia. This is not that we must hate them because we still need them. So as a solution, our government should find a way on how to get Indonesian thrust. They could organize any program which could reveal that Malaysia is not an enemy to Indonesia, but friend. However, Malaysia still should always beware because we never know what did really intention.

The shoes we wear

Shoes play an important role in our lives, without it we cannot walking on the ground even the fastest athelete cannot run if there is no a suit footwear. It functioned as the protector of our feet once we use it everyday. Can you imagine live without shoes?Everything will be such a miserable, we cannot have confident in ourselves, losing comfortable and I guess many more as I am also experienced the same things before. Here I found an article about the shoes, so let's share it together.Generally, the best shoes are well cushioned and have a leather upper, stiff heel counter, and flexible area at the ball of the foot. The heel area must be strong and supportive, but not too stiff, and the front of the shoe should be flexible.

Furthermore,a well-fitted shoe with a firm sole and soft upper is the best way to prevent nearly all problems with the feet.It is necessary to wear the same socks as we would regularly wear with the new shoes.Besides, for elderly ,the removable insole of the shoes with thick inflexible make it unable to sense the position of our feet relatively to ground, significantly, increasing the risk for falling. Then, the way shoes are laced can be important to prevent any problems, laces must always be loosened before putting on it.There are many types of shoes that we should wear according to its situation, that are for exercises and sports, occupational footwear and so on.For me, the best shoe is the shoes which is understand my foot shape, so I can feel comfortable all the time I am using it, it is not necessary too even the shoes is still new or not, whether it is expensive or not, branded or not , but how we can feel the chemistry with it.

I have read an article about NASA’s space shuttle, officially called as the Space Transportation System (STS).It is the spacecraft that was used by United States for its human spaceflight missions. It consists of external tank, two white slender Solid Rocket Booster and the orbiter. Each Shuttle was designed for a projected lifespan of 100 launches or 10 years' operational life. Six air-worthy shuttles have been built; the first orbiter, Enterprise, was not built for space flight, and was used only for testing purposes. Five space-worthy orbiters were built: Columbia, Challenger, Discovery, Atlantis, and Endeavour. Each Space Shuttle is a partially reusable launch system that is composed of three main assemblies: the reusable Orbiter Vehicle (OV), the expendable external tank (ET), and the two partially-reusable solid rocket boosters (SRBs). The tank and boosters are jettisoned during ascent; only the orbiter goes into orbit. The vehicle is launched vertically like a conventional rocket, and the orbiter glides to a horizontal landing, after which it is refurbished for reuse.

I have read an article about the history of bicycle. Bicycle is a pedal-driven, human-powered vehicle with two wheels attached to a frame, one behind the other. Bicycles were introduced in the 19th century and now number about one billion worldwide. The basic shape and configuration of a typical bicycle has changed little since the first chain-driven model was developed around 1885. Many details have been improved, especially since the advent of modern materials and computer-aided design. These have allowed for a proliferation of specialized designs for particular types of cycling. The bicycle has had a considerable effect on human society, in both the cultural and industrial realms. In its early years, bicycle construction drew on pre-existing technologies; more recently, bicycle technology has, in turn, contributed both to old and new areas. Bicycles and horse buggies were the two mainstays of private transportation just prior to the automobile, and the grading of smooth roads in the late 19th century was stimulated by the widespread advertising, production, and use of these devices.

The inductor

An inductor is a passive electrical component that can store energy in a magnetic field created by the electric current passing through it. An inductor's ability to store magnetic energy is measured by its inductance, in units of henries.
Inductance (L) (measured in henries) is an effect resulting from the magnetic field that forms around a current-carrying conductor that tends to resist changes in the current. Electric current through the conductor creates a magnetic flux proportional to the current. A change in this current creates a change in magnetic flux that, in turn, by Faraday's law generates an electromotive force (EMF) that acts to oppose this change in current. Inductance is a measure of the amount of EMF generated for a unit change in current. For example, an inductor with an inductance of 1 henries produces an EMF of 1 volt when the current through the inductor changes at the rate of 1 ampere per second. The number of loops, the size of each loop, and the material it is wrapped around all affect the inductance. For example, the magnetic flux linking these turns can be increased by coiling the conductor around a material with a high permeability such as iron. This can increase the inductance by 2000 times, although less so at high frequencies.

Express bus cannot be drive after midnight?
There are article about suggestion not allowed express bus operate at nite. Because of most of accidents nowadays were happened after midnight. Therefore, there is an opinion to allow express bus to operate only before midnight. If the bus management agrees with this new rule, then they will be having problems. Because to the long destination trip may take time about 10 to 12 hours. it must take a midnight time for the trip. and for me midnight trip are my favor out part. Because I can sleep so peaceful. And for the accident case, maybe the driver should be blame for. It is because he not enough sleep to do their job at nite. But that only my thought, am I right?

Bus-sized boa slithers into record books

I have read an article about the Bus-sized boa slithers into record books in the web. From this article, the scientists have found the fossilized remains of the world’s greatest snake (a record-busting serpent that was as long as a bus and snaked on crocodiles). The size of the snake’s vertebrae suggest the beast weighed some 1.135 tonnes, in a range of 730 kilos (1600 pounds) to 2.03 tonnes. And it measured 13 metres (42.7 feet) from nose to tail, in a range of 10.64-15 metres (34.6-48.75 feet), they estimate. From the size of the 1.14-tonne Titanoboa, the scientists have estimated the average annual temperature in the tropical jungle it inhabited 60 million years ago at 30-34 degrees Celsius (86-93 degrees Fahrenheit). That means that tropical rainforests could exist at temperature 3-4 degrees Celsius hotter than modern tropical rainforests experience alluding to scientific theories that would have tropical forest disappear if global warming boosts temperatures by that measure in the future. As a result they are limited in body size by the ambient temperature of where they live. For example, reptiles today are bigger in the tropics than they are in cooler latitudes. If so, this is a welcome piece of news about climate change. The simulations about the global warming suggest that, on present trends, the world’s surface temperatures could rise by between 1.8-4.0 C (3.2-7.2 F) by 2100. If the supersnakes are a guide, tropical rainforests could still exist at such temperatures, although a fast, massive rise in warming could well be devastating to many species.

Hye all. I have done read about danger of smoke article that I have download from internet just now. So, I just want to share with you all about that. As you know, smoke is a from oxygen-deprived fires contains a significant concentration of compounds that are flammable.
A cloud of smoke, in contact with atmospheric oxygen, therefore has the potential of being ignited. Either by another open flame in the area or by its own temperature. This leads to effects like back draft and flashover. Smoke inhalation is also a danger of smoke that can cause serious injury and death.
Many compounds of smoke from fires are highly toxic and irritating. The most dangerous is the carbon monoxide, leading to carbon monoxide poisoning.
But sometimes with supporting effects of hydrogen cyanide and phosgene. Smoke inhalation can therefore quickly lead to incapacitation and loss of consciousness.
For your information smoke also can obscure visibility, impeding occupant exiting from fire areas.

DANGER OF CIGARETTE SMOKING...

Hye all. I know all of you really familiar and really know about effect of smocking. But, here I just want to share another effect that I have read from the internet. Here I want to highlight another 3 effect that I think is most important. Which is :

(1) Hair and Skin Problems

- Smoking speeds up the rate at which the skin of the face develops wrinkles. It has also been linked to hair loss. Non-smokers will retain a youthful appearance for a longer period of time.

(2) Health Issues for Men

- Cigarette smoking has been linked to reduced fertility for men, as well as impotence.

(3) Health Issues for Women

- Women who smoke during pregnancy increase their risk of having a miscarriage, a low birth weight baby, and giving birth prematurely. Smokers also have increased incidence of irregular or painful menstrual periods. Premature menopause is another health issue that women who smoke may face due to this habit.

So, for the smokers...please beware...

The Capacitor

A capacitor or condenser is a passive electronic component consisting of a pair of conductors separated by a dielectric. When a voltage potential difference occurs between the conductors, an electric field occurs in the dielectric. This field can be used to store energy, to resonate with a signal, or to link electrical and mechanical forces.Capacitors are manufactured as electronic components for use in electrical circuits, but any two conductors linked by an electric field also display the fundamental property of capacitance. The effect is greatest between wide, flat, parallel, narrowly separated conductors. An ideal capacitor is characterized by a single constant value, capacitance. This is defined as the ratio of the amount of electric charge in each conductor to the potential difference between them. The unit of capacitance is thus coulombs per volt, or farads. Higher capacitance indicates that more charge may be stored at a given voltage. In practice, the dielectric between the plates passes a small amount of leakage current. The conductors add an additional series resistance (specifically called equivalent series resistance), and the dielectric has an electric field strength limit resulting in a breakdown voltage.

BEATING STRESS WITH NUTRITION.

Hye all...Today I have read article about 'Beating Stress With Nutrition'. So, I want to share about that. For your information, your favorite comfort food may soothe stress in the moment, but proper daily nutrition can prepare your body to physically fight stress when it comes on.
So a good diet can help you avoid common issues like food cravings and indigestion and keep your energy levels stable.
For most of us, stress and food go hand-in-hand. Food can give us the feelings of power, control and satisfaction that we need in stressful situations. It's no surprise that when our stress levels go up our resistance to 'comfort' foods goes down.
This isn't always a bad thing — our favorite foods actually can reduce our stress levels. But moderation is key.
Giving your body the nutrition it needs is a positive step you can take every day toward combating stress. With the correct nutrition, you are better prepared to face the challenges of the day.
Adrenaline is produced during times of intense stress. That gives you a burst of energy, but your blood-sugar level drops after the crisis is past. Sustaining food is needed to replenish it. Certain foods increase the physical stress on your body by making digestion more difficult, or by denying the brain essential nutrients. Stress itself can cause bad digestion. Drinks can have just as great an effect — caffeine and alcohol both put a considerable strain on the body.
With a sensible diet it's possible to reduce the effects of stress, avoid some common problems, and protect your health.
Ok done...I have to go right now...

Mesh analysis.
Mesh analysis (sometimes referred to as loop analysis or mesh current method) is a method that is used to solve planar circuits for the voltage and currents at any place in the circuit. Planar circuits are circuits that can be drawn on a plane with no wires overlapping each other. Mesh analysis uses Kirchhoff’s voltage law to solve these planar circuits. The advantage of using mesh analysis is that it creates a systematic approach to solving planar circuits and reduces the number of equations needed to solve the circuit for all of the voltages and currents. The reason to use mesh currents instead of just using KCL and KVL to solve a problem is that the mesh currents can account for any unnecessary currents that may be drawn in when using KCL and KVL. Mesh analysis ensures that the least possible number of equations regarding currents is used, greatly simplifying the problem.

Salam...Good Evening...:D

A moment ago i have read the article about divorced. Is it the only way to solve our problem???

MARRIAGE is like we build the mosque in Islam that is such a big thing we do and have.During early of marriage every person always say "This is our DESTINY to be together" but when have a problem and get divorced they will say "This is our FATE that cannot keep this marriage".

For me it is only our human reason that want to escape from reality.
Sometimes we as person have the marriage need to realize that every thing also like marriage will have a problem. Thus we must find the way how to keep this marriage.Example such as my mom and my father even their always have different opinions but stayed together. How they manage their different?.

Firstly, when our partner give the opinions we should listen even we not agree with it and if he/she right we could accept it for good and if he/she wrong we could give advise with wisely. This way will make we more confident with sincerity of our partners life to be with us even we in difficulties.

Secondly, is when we have problem or make fight with our wife/husband also he/she in mad with us we need to think rationally and not hurry talk about it we should wait and when he/she feel not mad a lot we could made our move such as do a slow talk and discuss for a good with our partner.

Lastly, for me if slow talk cannot find the solution we should refer to old person such as mom or our father BUT just want to get the opinion about our problem NOT to make them involved with it.Because sometimes it could be worse if some person interrupt in our problem.

I hope this a few ways can help you to keep your marriage when you have it later for forever because NOTHING is IMPOSSIBLE in our life.

where is the water drops??

Assalamualaikum..
Good afternoon all. This is such a burden! It has been more than two days we cannot live peacefully because there is not enough water in our university.Such a pity to all uf us who cannot washing their hands, cannot taking shower, and many more.We can live for more three or four days without eating, but we cannot survive if we don't have water to drink or for other purposes surely. How often you thought about how to use the water considerably? Were all of us beware of it since we still have it the days before?Water is one of nature's most important gifts to mankind. Essential to life, a person's survival depends on drinking water. Water is one of the most essential elements to good health,it is necessary for the digestion and absorbtion of food, helps maintain proper muscle tone, supplies oxygen and nutrients to the cells, rids the body of wastes, and serves as a natural air conditioning system. Health officials also emphasize the importance of drinking at least eight glasses of clean water each and every day to maintain good health.

Today, when we pull the water pipe,we can't have its water drops anymore, if there, it just very little in amount.Sometimes we don't realise how important it is for us until we don't have it anymore.Just take a look around, everyone turn to miserable. There also students from higher floor have to take water from ground floor,imagine..how tired we are.If it just for one or for two days,it still can be consider, but we cannot going through if it will be any longer.

So, for all my freinds, just stay calm and patient, things happen must be something hiding in it,therefore,as a reminder for all of us,use the water effectively, better late than never.

Salam..Good Evening..:D

I was read a tips from reader digest a few minute ago. This tips talk about "How to eat sushi"..

Nowadays Malaysian also make the sushi as their favorite food even it is originally from Japan. This food is really good for us.

So i hope i can share this tips wit you all.

How to enjoy eating sushi:

Firstly we need to practising with chopsticks because usually people eat it by using chopsticks but if you cannot manage it you can use your fingers.

Secondly is pour soy sauce into the saucer provided. For sushi usually we eat it with the soy sauce to make it more tasty.

Third is Eat sushi slice between different types of sushi.

Fourth is when you eating a nigiri(rice topped with fish, meat or vegetables) dip the topping side into the soy.It is because rice soaks up too much soy and it will overpower the other subtle flavors.

Fifth is the sushi should land in the mouth fish-side down for maximum taste-your tongue warms the fish so you don't just taste the rice.

Lastly is do eat a whole piece in one go-breaking it apart tends to end in a messy collapse.

I hope this tips will help you to enjoy your sushi.

Do You Know?

About a fifth of seven to ten years old drink nearly 10 cans of fizzy soft drink a week. This can play havoc with their teeth as the drink contains of sugar and acid that will attack the enamel. The exact damage depends on how you drink:

-if you swig from the can, letting it pool at the back of your mouth, then your molars get it BUT,
-if you sip through your front teeth then they suffer.

From the research made of US scientists, they have decide that the safest to drink the stuff is through a straw into the back of your mouth, that will minimize the the length of time it's in contact with your teeth. It's also a good idea to rinse your mouth with water after wards.

Hope this will helps you know how to drink soft drink without damaging our teeth.

Mukah & Melanau

Mukah is a very unique places in Sarawak. Its significant for main population of ‘Melanau’. The Melanau were in the 19th Century, settled in scattered communities along the main tributaries of the Rajang River in Central Sarawak. Melanau call themselves a-likou meaning 'people of the river'. They speak melanau language. The Melanaus can be divided into six different groups which are: Melanau Mukah, Melanau Dalat, Melanau Oya, Melanau Matu-Daro-Rejang, Melanau Ba'ie (Bintulu),Melanau Balingian and Melanau Miri. All the Melanaus have a 'Bin' (son of) and 'Binti' (daughter of) in their names similar to the Malays and it is also likely that the Christian Melanaus too were designated as Malays. While originally animists, the majority of the Melanaus are now Muslim, although some of them, especially among the Melanau Mukah and Dalat, are Christian. Nonetheless, many still celebrate traditional rites such as the annual Kaul Festival. Now, Mukah is one of important town in Sarawak. As you know I am from Mukah and I love this place even though I am not a Melanau, but I can speak Melanau language fluently. I hope some of you visit me at Mukah because there are so many nice places there!!

Manchester United are the reigning English, European, and World Champions having won the 2007–08 Premier League, the 2007–08 UEFA Champions League, and the 2008 FIFA Club World Cup. Since the late 1990s, the club has been one of the richest in the world with the highest revenue of any football club, and is currently ranked as the richest and most valuable club in any sport, with an estimated value of £897 million (€1.333 billion / $1.8 billion) as of September 2008. Alex Ferguson has been manager of the club since 6 November 1986, joining from Aberdeen after the sacking of Ron Atkinson. The current club captain is Gary Neville, who succeeded Roy Keane in November 2005. That is all about Manchester United my favorite football team in this world. I hope our Malaysian football system uses how this club manages their player training, confident level and many thing. We must have to do something to save our Malaysian football. As a Malaysian I also hope that one Malaysia qualified for the world cup. It need more effort and high discipline team to achieve it.

Microphone

As we know, now microphones is very importance in each present. In the education microphones is very importance to use for teaching in a large hall. Microphones use for change the voice from slowly to loudly with use electrical power. All modern microphones are trying to accomplish the same thing as the original, but do it electronically rather than mechanically. A microphone wants to take varying pressure waves in the air and convert them into varying electrical signals. It was a metal diaphragm attached to a needle, and this needle scratched a pattern onto a piece of metal foil. The pressure differences in the air that occurred when you spoke toward the diaphragm moved the diaphragm, which moved the needle, which was recorded on the foil. When you later ran the needle back over the foil, the vibrations scratched on the foil would then move the diaphragm and recreate the sound. The fact that this purely mechanical system works shows how much energy the vibrations in the air can have.

Take a break with coca-cola

Hai...
Now i want to share with you all about coco-cola. As we all know, coca-cola is very favorites drinking people in the world. But did we know where is it exist.Coca Cola was invented in May 1886 about 100years ago by Doctor John Pemberton a pharmacist from Atlanta, Georgia. John Pemberton concocted the Coca Cola formula in a three legged brass kettle in his backyard. The name was a suggestion given by John Pemberton's bookkeeper Frank Robinson. In 1960 both small town and big city dwellers enjoyed carbonated beverages at the local soda fountain or ice cream saloon. Often housed in the drug store, the soda fountain counter served as a meeting place for people of all ages. Often combined with lunch counters, the soda fountain declined in popularity as commercial ice cream, bottled soft drinks, and fast food restaurants became popular. The song "I'd Like to Buy The World a Coke" had its origins on 1971, in a fog. Coca-cola take a long time and promosion to set up a big company like now. So if we want do like this company, why we not try like them....

Baju Kurung

Almost poeple what is baju kurung but did we all know about history. Baju kurung are originate from the Malaysian state of Johore about 200 years ago and is said to be styled and fashioned by the late HRH Sultan Abu Bakar of Johore in 1866.Perhaps it may be noted that in the old days, for protocol reasons, the wearing of attire during official ceremonies involving the Sultan and palace officials are guided by a dress code. Malay women are prohibited from wearing the "takwa" dress. This is a long dress like the modern Baju Kebaya, and it has a row of loops for buttons at the front and also at the end of the long sleeves. I fell at another comment i want to talk about kebaya . because i think baju kebaja is oldest than baju kurung and many history about that.

I want to share about an article that I’ve read. This article is about a discovery by NASA. In this article said that NASA has found a primitive race of people live beneath the New York City. They discover this when try to ‘realize’ a secret project called the Mole Hole Operation. Some reporter thinks it is used to spy on China using ‘underground technology’. These people live 20 miles underground. NASA had dig deep into the earth and found a city with about 2000 people living in it. This information has been exposed by a NASAs worker whose identity been covered. The source exposing the pictures of the mole people and some information about the physique and the language use by these ‘cave people’ and said it is too big to hide. The source said that these people are quite friendly but too primitive. “We’ve tried to communicate with them, but it’s not easy because they don’t understand English”. he said. He also said that “The Mole People-as we call them, has an easy route to the world surface”. ”Thus, the president handled this situation very carefully because if something going wrong, these people might declare war against ‘earth’”. Some say that there might be millions of these people all over the ‘underground world’. The Mole People said the source, have some similarities with us, and also some differences”. They walk with 2 feet but far taller than ordinary human – about 8 – 10 feet”. “Their nails are like animals and their hand webbed (like ducks) – for digging purpose”. ”Their skin is so thick, for the protection against heat and harsh condition”. The source also stated that there a connection between The Mole People and human being in the past, due to the language used nearly an old Navajo dialect. The Mole People have strong and big muscular system, enabling them to being violent. They like to discover the upper world and also like fresh fruits. NASA is so ‘exited’ on the relation between them and human being. Some expert say that they maybe survivors of the missing Atlantis, an alien etc,. or is it that some say YAKJUJ & MAKJUJ ?.... Until now, NASA still didn’t have the answer and still researching of it. (or maybe hiding the secret)….or maybe the whole story is a lie….. I think this story is a lie. The average temperature gradient below the earth based on oilwell drilling experiences is about 2.5 - 3.0 ° /30m (typical drilling up to a depth of about 2500meter down). Using an average gradient of 2.75 ° /30m, the temp at 2500m down is 2.75 x 2500m/30m + 80 ° F (ambient temperature) = 309 ° F. If we were to use the same temperature gradient (could be a conservative assumption for deeper drilling), the temperature at 20 miles down is: 20miles x 1609m/mile x 1/30m x 2.75 + 80 ° F (ambient temperature) = 3030 ° F. Does anyone know how hot it is? Pipes used to complete a well made of standard 13chrome is recommended up to only 250 ° F while alloy C-276 is recommended for up to 450 ° F. No way that a human body can stand this extreme heat. This is the main reason why I’m telling that it was a lie. In the original article says that one of the researcher being attack by the mole people when he light on a cigar. This mean if the researcher wearing a ‘special heat proof’ outfit, it must covered the whole body. So how does the researcher light his cigar?

This is an article that I’ve read in a local newspaper. This is about our own beloved university – UMP. But this is quite-sad-to-hear news about our university. In that article, the reporter stated that UMP nearly kissing the ground on the rank. The news also stated that the reason of this situation is the lack of discipline among. Vice Chancellor of UMP, Profesor Datuk Dr. Daing Nasir Ibrahim affirm that he and his side is disappointed with certain stuffs and officers are more accentuate to unimportant things rather than quality aspect. “They prefer to arrange the gathering, party etc. outside the campus rather than doing that in the university.” said him. “They’re more accentuated to the unimportant things, sometimes more to protocol and position.” he added. The students who gathered at the hall give a big clap, a response to the statement. The university officer, he insist doesn’t much concerned about the student affair and always not on time. The student rules are only focused on unimportant things based on assumption. The statement is appointed to certain officer and stuff that still fall asleep. He insists that UMP have to redesign in many aspects to fulfill the criteria to become world-class university. For me, a quality of an organization depends on the management itself. A bad attitude of the people in the organization can cause a bad thinking from others. A good university like UMP that been choose by many foreign student should be reorganized, otherwise the foreign student who just being welcomed will be the last one to visit here.

Proton is launching their brand new model (but still copying others design). This time, it’s MPV. Proton has move forward by producing many car with different type and model every year (but still can’t built their own quality design). This Toyota Wish look-alike model has wide headroom. The tail lamp use LEDs. The idea to place the spare tyre under the chassis for extra luggage space is good but the third row sit made the space has been ‘narrowed’ to the size of one large golf bag. There are options for a DVD player with an LCD display for the movie mounted at the second row roof area. There is also an option in the future for GPS navigation. The wheelbase of the chassis is estimated to be more than 2,700mm but less than 2,800mm. The price of this model is yet to be decided. This car, in my opinion, is a family car. It has pro and con both for luggage and passenger. If there’re max passengers, then the luggage space will be small, the luggage space will be big with less passenger- since the third row seat can be fold down. Overall this new model is being improved from the previous model in term of safety and features. With this brand new model, show that proton has now improved and entering the new era. I hope that someday Proton will as good as others car provider. And I also hope that this new MPV is a MPV (I mean not so called MPV like the Juara). I likely to see a Proton model with original design and can compete with the foreign car. I wonder why Proton still can’t design and produce a world-class car although they’ve been operating since 25 years ago. I wonder where goes the investment on developing this industry?

DRUG…

Hye all...I want to share another information with you all. I want to share about DRUG. Actually have find out the meaning of the drug.

(1.) Broadly speaking - is any chemical substance that, when absorbed into the body of a living organism, alters normal bodily function. There is no single, precise definition, as there are different meanings in drug control law, government regulations, medicine, and colloquial usage.

(2.) In pharmacology - drug as a chemical substance used in the treatment, cure, prevention, or diagnosis of disease or used to otherwise enhance physical or mental well-being. Drugs may be prescribed for a limited duration, or on a regular basis for chronic disorders.

Drugs are usually distinguished from endogenous biochemical by being introduced from outside the organism. For example, insulin is a hormone that is synthesized in the body; it is called a hormone when it is synthesized by the pancreas inside the body, but if it is introduced into the body from outside, it is called a drug.

Many natural substances such as beers, wines, and some mushrooms, blur the line between food and drugs, as when ingested they affect the functioning of both mind and body.

BRAIN...

Hye all...I just want to share a little bit about our brain..For your information, the brain is the center of the nervous system in all vertebrate, and most invertebrate, animals. Some primitive animals such as jellyfish and starfish have a decentralized nervous system without a brain, while sponges lack any nervous system at all.

In vertebrates, the brain is located in the head, protected by the skull and close to the primary sensory apparatus of vision, hearing, balance, taste, and smell.

Brains can be extremely complex. The human brain contains roughly 100 billion neurons, linked with up to 10,000 synaptic connections each. These neurons communicate with one another by means of long protoplasmic fibers called axons, which carry trains of signal pulses called action potentials to distant parts of the brain or body and target them to specific recipient cells.

how to handle our beloved car?

washing our car can extend the vehicle's life.
first, rinse off surface dirt
second,wash using a car shampoo
don't use household detergent because it may corrode the paintwork.
third,dry off with tower
make sure not to wash your car in a hot day because the water may just evaporate leaving marks.
then, two or four times a year, apply a wax after washing.this adds a barrier to keep water out.
so,have a nice day!!

Salam..you know why we sleep? let's check up..There are a few theories as to why we need so much sleep. One idea is that sleep is restorative to the body, giving it an opportunity to rest. But if rest is the goal, why does our brain remain hard at work? It's possible that while we sleep, the brain is practicing and running problem-solving drills before completing actions in the real world. There are several studies that show that learning can't take place without sleep to reinforce the knowledge [source: Schaffer].

Some of these studies may have real implications for students. One researcher claims that it would be better for students to review information until they were tired, then slept, as opposed to pulling an all-nighter [source: BBC]. Some schools have changed the time of that first bell so that middle and high school students can get a little more snooze time [source: Boyce, Brink]
Well, we can see that we need sleep at least 3 hour per day.
It can help our brain rest and process our memories.

Read this..The Heaviest Building Ever Moved
Building 1: Fu Gang Building (15,140 tons)
When it comes to big moves, it's only a matter of time before a record is broken. The current record holder in the book of Guinness World Records for heaviest structure moved intact is a building in China. The Fu Gang building weighs in at 15,140 tons, or 33.3 million pounds. It had to be moved over about 118 feet (36 meters), and it took 11 days to move it [source: Guinness World Records]. As this writer doesn't speak Chinese and all of the research written on this building is in Chinese, it's difficult for her to tell you much else about this historic move. So let's just take a moment to appreciate again that the Chinese moved a building that weighed 15,140 tons. How long will it take to break the record? The big moves on this list show that it's only a matter of time and determination.

A lot of auto enthusiasts grimace at the thought of efficiency, while plenty of other people worry that incredibly light vehicles will not do an adequate job of protecting the occupants. Hyper cars are actually better in both aspects than many compact cars on the road today. Although they have small engines, the power-to-weight ratio of a hyper car can be much higher than a heavy car with a V8 engine.
This allows for impressive acceleration, and even more
impressive handling. Nice car nice prices..hihi.

Salam, today I have read about Dodos. Dodos were flightless birds the size of large turkeys.
In 1598 a Dutch trading vessel landed on Mauritius and its sailors found that the birds were good to eat and easy to catch. With the introduction of hogs, cats, rats, and monkeys by colonists, who arrived in 1638, the dodo population was exterminated. The last living dodo was seen in 1681.
Solitaires, birds related to the dodo, lived on the nearby islands of Runion and Rodriguez. By 1800 they, too, had become extinct.
The dodo and the solitaires belonged to the family Raphidae. The dodo was Raphus cucullatus; the Runion Island solitaire, R. solitaries; the Rodriguez Island solitaire, Pezophaps solitaries, it now became Extinct Animals. so,
we must safe the animals which became extinct animals.

Salam.. you know about this.. Why do we have eyebrows? Scientists aren't entirely sure why we kept this hair, but they have a pretty good guess. We know that eyebrows help keep moisture out of our eyes when we sweat or walk around in the rain. The arch shape diverts the rain or sweat around to the sides of our face, keeping our eyes relatively dry. The most obvious advantage of this is that it lets us see clearly when we're sweating a lot or out in the rain. Without eyebrows, getting around in these conditions is a little more difficult. The shape of your brow itself diverts a certain amount of moisture, but eyebrows make a significant difference in your ability to see. Diverting the sweat away is also good because the salt in sweat irritates the eyes, making them sting a little.
Well, our God The Greatest.

Amazing fact about sharks. let's read it.Sharks have been studied closely for more than 100 years, mainly because of their low likelihood of contracting disease. Fish with bones have a pretty high rate of growing tumors. For a long time, scientists believed that sharks were immune to cancer and tumors. So what makes sharks different? They don't have bones. Their skeleton is made up entirely of cartilage. This is one reason that shark teeth are collectible -- it's the only fossil you can find from dead sharks. Their cartilage dissolves over time, and nothing is left but the hard-enameled teeth. Many researchers think that this cartilage holds the secret to the cure for some human medical conditions -- namely cancer.that's all.

How to vacation at Walt Disney World..

Disney World is a great destination to bring the whole family. There are a lot of ways where you can cut costs and have a dream vacation that you have always wanted to have. The key to having a memorable vacation at Walt Disney World is the more preperation you do a head of time, the better your vacation will be. There are a few step you can follow before you go there.

step 1:Request a free DVD vacation planner from Disneyworld. You can request these on their website, as well as calling Disney directly.

step 2:Do some research online. There are tons of websites that show you how to make the most of your Disney World vacation, as well as how to save a few bucks. The more time you put into planning your vacation, the better off you will be.

step 3:Decide what kind of hotel you want to stay in. Staying on Disney property offers a lot, and they have hotels in all price ranges. Most people plan on only using the hotel room for sleeping at night, so it is not worth spending a lot of money on.

step 4:Go online and print out maps of each of the theme parks you plan to visit. Look at the attractions and decide as a family what are some of the best ones for everyone to see.

step 5:Make a packing list. Create a list of everything you want to bring to Walt Disney World. If you do this well before you leave, you will be sure that you won't forget to bring something important, such as your camera. Most people only go to Disney World once, and you want to make it as memorable as possible.

I hope if you want to go there, please do not forget the step that I had given above.

This is a review about one of the best football club in the world – Liverpool. Liverpool is the most successful club in the history of English football; the club has won more trophies than any other English club. The club was founded in 1892, The Kop (nickname for the club) has played at Anfield since its formation, but plans to move to a new stadium in Stanley Park, which is due to be completed by 2011. The club anthem that lifted the spirit of the players is You’ll Never Walk Alone (which also appear in this club crest). The current manager is Spaniard Rafael Benitez. Under this former Valencia CF manager, the club finished fifth in his first season in charge but won the UEFA Champions League by beating Milan 3–2 in a penalty shootout after the cracking match finished 3–3. The following season Liverpool finished third with 82 points - their highest total since 1988. They won the FA Cup as they had the Champions League victory the previous season, by beating West Ham United in penalty shootout after the match finished at 3–3.The song "You'll Never Walk Alone", originally from the Rodgers and Hammerstein musical Carousel and later recorded by Liverpool musicians Gerry & The Pacemakers, is the club's anthem, and has been sung by the Anfield crowd since the early 1960s In 2006–07, the club's search for investment came to an end when American businessmen George Gillett and Tom Hicks became the owners of Liverpool in a deal which valued the club and its outstanding debts at £218.9 million. That season, the club reached another Champions League final, but this time lost 2–1 to Milan. Currently, this club is nearly on top of English League. This club has never lifted the league trophy since I started supporting them. This year seem they have a good chance of winning it. I hope the combination of their stars (Gerrard and Torres) will beat the proud Manchester United

Assalamualaikum...
Recently, I have read about the way to protect our eyes when using a computer. Almost all of us know that, staring at a monitor for hours at a time can cause red, watery or dry eyes, blurred vision, headaches and so on. Since we are Computer Science student, almost every day we have to work with computer screens.
Firstly, take five-minute breaks every hour by looking off into the distance and looking away from the computer monitor. When our work requires prolonged data input into the computer, close our eyes for a few minutes.
When the colour of the video display screen is green, some of us see pink afterimages. This is an unusual phenomenon called the McCullough Effect. The condition causes people who use computers for hours to see a pinkish fringe around certain images. Although this is a harmless afterimage, the afterimage is created when the retinal nerve cells that perceive the colour green become saturated and the colour red appears instead. So choose video displays that are not green in colour to prevent this vision problem from occurring.
Other than that, it is important to change the appearance of the text fonts on our computer screen. We have to change the text fonts that are comfortable for our eyes.

World War II...

World War II, or the Second World War,[1] (often abbreviated WWII or WW2) was a global military conflict which involved a majority of the world's nations, including all of the great powers,[2] organized into two opposing military alliances: the Allies and the Axis. The war involved the mobilization of over 100 million military personnel, making it the most widespread war in history. In a state of "total war", the major participants placed their complete economic, industrial, and scientific capabilities at the service of the war effort, erasing the distinction between civilian and military resources. Over 70 million people, the majority of them civilians, were killed, making it the deadliest conflict in human history.[3]
The start of the war is generally held to be in September 1939 with the German invasion of Poland and subsequent declarations of war on Nazi Germany by the United Kingdom, France and the British Dominions.[4][5] Many belligerents entered the war before or after this date, during a period which spanned from 1937 to 1941, as a result of other events. Amongst these main events are the Marco Polo Bridge Incident, the start of Operation Barbarossa, and the attack on Pearl Harbor and British and Dutch colonies in South East Asia.
I think that war should not be existing in this world. The only outcome of war is only pain and lost of something valuable in this life. There is a chance that World war 3 will happen. So we must do something to save our world from having a destruction.

How to be a simple person?? From article that I read , I know that to be simple person we need to find the easiest way of doing thing. Don't take 15 steps to solve a problem that requires 2 steps to solve. Now this doesn't means that the easiest way is always easy. The most important is think before you speak. You also can dress simple. Don't go for anything too colorful and not too dull but the style is you. You also must have some manner. And don’t be a coward. Have a good attitude. This is by far the most important thing to have. A good attitude is worth more than a billion dollars. If a simple person is told to do something, he does it, but he doesn't get pushed in the wrong direction either. He doesn't get used or taken advantage of.

Want to be Unique??

How to be unique?? First you must do things for the right purpose. You tend to meet people that are more in tune with you, when you are going places you love to go, and doing things you love to do. Then you must dress for yourself. Avoid trying to dress to please others. Don’t think that being alone means that you are lonely. Do something that needs quiet, while there are no distractions around. Enjoy the freedom of being able to do things without eyes watching. Labels don’t mean ANYTHING.I f you want to be unique, avoid buying something just for the label because that's what everyone else is doing. Next beware of your own emotions. Know Your Opinions, while being open to suggestion. So, you can be very unique in many ways. Hope your all enjoy the life.

Nissan Skyline GT-R
Do you know Nissan Skyline GT-R were produce since 1989 untill now. This car proved to be iconic for Nissan and achieved much fame and success on road and track. After I read one article, I can list some reason why The Nissan GT-R most in use to race. The Nissan Skyline GT-R is powered by the VR38DETT engine, a 3,799 cc (3.8 L; 231.8 cu in) DOHC V6. Beside that it also designed with has engine output of 480 bhp (360 kW) at 6400 rpm and 434 lb•ft (588 N•m) at 3200-5200 rpm. According to independent dynanometer tests, the GT-R produces 416 hp (310 kW) to 475 hp (354 kW) and 414 lb•ft (561 N•m) to 457 lb•ft (620 N•m) at the wheels. The Nissan Skyline GT-R designed with have twin turbo maximum boost, that mean top speed for GT-R is 193 mph (311km/h). In my opinion no company in the world cannot produce a great car like Nissan Skyline.

Rank national football team down again..
Maybe our people know that rank national football team down again. From article at www.hmetro.com, I can list some reason why rank national football team down again. Firstly money. To money, many player will pawn country's dignity with weak action. May be our people don’t know, have player get payment until RM16000 per month. Secondly no responsibility to country. Example , during 1960 untill 1985 our player play with responsibility to country, until our national football team qualified to play in Olympics game. In fact have player more important hairstyle than responsibility to country. Beside that fitness our player very down, and our player not tough. So I hope our player can play with responsibility to country and then increase rank national football team until equal status like Iran or Japan.

Why gaza city attacked.
Gaza city under attacked by Israel during 23 days until it sacrifise over 1000 life. After I read one article at palestinkini.info, I can list some reason why gaza city under attacked by Israel. First , Palestinian spirit want to independence. Secondly , Israel want eliminate fighter Hamas because movement primary motive Hamas was eliminate Israel from Palestinian . Beside that many Islamic country have diplomatic link with Israel until it can help Israel to abolish Palestinian. Example Egypt ,during gaza attacked by Israel ,border rafah is closed. As a muslim Egypt president must help Palestinian with border rafah is open. In my opinion we are muslim, so we cannot have diplomatic link with Israel.

Alcohol and Tobacco is a new drug

A new drug list was revised by Britain's drug experts to reveal that alcohol and tobacco put our health at greater risk than such dangerous drugs as LSD, cannabis and ecstasy. Although alcohol and tobacco not dangerous like HIV, it still dangerous risk to people who take alcohol and tobacco. This is can prove it at new drug list when alcohol is named A drug.It slightly outruns heroin and cocaine. Tobacco was placed ninth and fell within a category B drug, after amphetamine. Such dangerous drugs as cannabis, LSD, ecstasy were left far near the end of the drug list. Beside that through research one person a day dies from acute alcohol poisoning in comparison to 10 people a year who die from ecstasy overdose. This prove it that alcohol very dangerous.

Hello..
I just want to share about HP pavilion tx2500.This is one of the latest series of pavilion tx.What i want to share about this laptop is about the function of this laptop that have been upgrade.Firstly, I want to talk about it screen. The screen for the tx2500z is a 12.1″ WXGA (1280 x 800) widescreen with glossy finish. It also is touch enabled and has active input. The screen is bright enough and nice for viewing movies, but because of the extra layer it has to accommodate for the passive touch input it has a grainy look quality to it. This is the same for any tablet pc with passive touch though. The 12.1" viewing area might be a bit small and limited viewing. The tx2500z has two Altec Lansing speakers located on the screen. The sound of this pavilion is great because they aim forward toward you and when in Tablet PC mode you still get good audio.I was impressed with the speaker quality for such a small notebook.Granted there’s no real bass and they’re a bit tinny, but relative to other small notebooks I’ve used it’s pretty good.I really like the fact there are dedicated audio buttons to easily control volume up, down and quick mute. The two headphone ports on the front side are nicely located, one of which is SPDIF for high quality digital audio output to that nice set of speakers. While about it battery is being tested has a 6-cell battery. The 6-cell sticks out of the back of the notebook, but it does not elevate the back like the 8-cell battery does. A run down test on the tx2500z in which the screen was dimmed all the way down (it’s still quite viewable in a semi-darkened room at this brightness), wireless on and light work being done yielded 3 hours and 40 minutes before the notebook went into hibernate with 6% battery remaining. Not bad battery life at all for the 6-cell. If you really need longer you could get the 8-cell, but that increases weight and makes the tx2500z more bulky. The keyboard for the tx2500z feels very nice and the travel is just right for fast typing. The buttons are nice and springy, but not too much so.The one major complaint is the top row of keys being so small and shrunken, but you have to make sacrifices in terms of size somewhere when dealing with a smaller 12.1″ screen form factor machine.
The dimpled style touchpad is fantastic, it responds very well and the scroll area provides a nice shortcut for scrolling up and down through long documents or web pages. The dedicated touchpad on/off button is great to have too.As you know,it is touch screen so it also provides pen input. So it look great and modern.

BMW 5SERIES

The BMW5 Series got its name by being the fifth of the new series cars after the V-8 and Isetta era. The preceding models were the 700, the New Class, the New Six 2500/2800/Bavaria and the CS. The 5 Series was intended to replace the older New Six sedans.
The body was styled by Marcello Gandini, based on the Bertone 1970 BMW Garmisch 2002ti Geneva show car. Gandini also did the Fiat 132 and Alfa Romeo Alfetta, two other cars that have a similar design.
There have been five generations of the 5 Series to date. To differentiate between them, they are referred to by their unique chassis numbers (EXX).
The 5 Series began the BMW tradition of being named with a three-digit number. The first digit represents the model, and the following two digit represent the size of the engine in decilitres, which is the main distinguishing difference. Additional letters or words may be added to the end of the three-digit number to define the fuel type petrol or diesel, engine or transmission details, and the body style.

Hello..
Just before I had share about HP pavilion tx2500.Now i want to share about HP pavilion dv6000.Like all the laptops in the HP Pavilion line, the dv6000's sleek design and shiny finish hold their own next to systems from style-conscious manufacturers such as Apple and Sony. Aside from its good looks, the dv6000 also provides a solid set of entertainment features and high-end components for a fair price. Those components didn't result in record-breaking performance, and its battery life was below average. So it better to use at home by using power outlet.
The HP Pavilion dv6000 measures 14 inches wide, 10.1 inches deep, and 1 inch. However, at 6.2 pounds, the Pavilion dv6000 is the lightest of the three; its AC adapter brings the total travel weight to a still portable 7.2 pounds. It screen is 15.4-inch wide-screen display .Its native resolution of 1,280x800 provides ample real estate for work or play. The screen's glossy finish makes colors pop and look brighter.Above the display sits a 1.3-megapixel Webcam that's useful for videoconferencing, two built-in microphones on the display bezel eliminate the need for an external microphone.

Like all Pavilion laptops, the dv6000 includes a row of light-touch buttons above the keyboard that launch the media player and provide volume and playback controls.I like the sleek look of the keys, but I hate the beeping that indicates I've pressed a button; the sound can be disabled, but doing so is rather complicated. The Altec Lansing stereo speakers, located above those controls, deliver decent-quality sound, but unfortunately the sound becomes muffled if I close the laptop lid. The Pavilion dv6000's keyboard is ample and comfortable to type on for long periods, and both touch pad and mouse buttons are entirely usable. I love the Pavilion dv6000's touch pad on/off button, which keeps me from accidentally misplacing the cursor while typing and makes it easy to use an external mouse. I think I just want to share that.

A good attitude is an asset in personal and professional life.

What is 'attitude'?

I think most of us know about it but few of us do not know how to implements it in our social life even at home, school, college, class, public or every where we were exist. A good attitudes is like you brighten other people's day but bad attitudes may be alienating colleagues at work and even your friends, may be costing a promotion or appointment to a new position and many others thing. Some peoples said that a good attitude is sometimes a more important consideration than skills because we can train our skills but it's difficult to work a bad attitudes. Attitude has a lot to do with our interpersonal communications, self-esteem and perceptions of others and theirs of us. It is because attitudes play an important role in shaping the work environment.

So how to adjust our attitude toward the positive and maintain that attitude?

~ Listen to our selves talk and listen to the voice within.

So, we must :

* Determine our involvement.
* Seek to understand the other person.
* Try to influence the individual’s attitude by acknowledging the behavior that bothers us and discussing it with the person.
* Resolve the problem through mutually defined solutions.
* Regain our positive attitude.

We are the person whose control our good and bad attitude. So, we must try to have a good attitudes if we want to feel better every day without any regret.

BOYCOTT ISRAELI PRODUCTS

The Israeli war on Gaza and the massacre of innocent Palestinian women and children is a crime against humanity and all of that we can do is boycott their products.

Boycott is one of powerful weapon that is if utilized collectively can accomplish far greater positive change than marches, protests and demonstrations. The weapon is the boycott of well targeted products such as Coca-cola,Intel,Disney,Nestle,Nokia,
Mcdonald,Starbucks and many more. This is one of our effort for helping people at Gaza besides the donation for them we were given. Let us make a move now to extend our support to all of our brothers & sisters including children who died in Gaza and save our Muslim people before its too late.

Why do some mothers abandon their children?

Today, I want to share about the abandon children. From the articles I read before, it seems that so many children was abandon by his mother. The story made me felt upset to those people who not have any feeling when abandon their children.

The problem of abandoned children is not new. In the modern world, more than 60 million children and infants have been abandoned by their families and live on their own or in orphanages. This situation make those children have lack of loving, caring, happiness and others in their life. There are some reason that caused the abandon children which are include the family breakdown, irresponsible fatherhood, premature motherhood, illegitimate birth, or the death of both parents.

So, we must appreciated what we have in life and try not to hurt the feelings and broke the trustworthy of our family, friends, and to those whom we related with.

Salam… Today, I want to share with you about an article that I found when I reading Reader’s Digest. The title of the article is How Dangerous Is Your Toothbrush?
The article asks us to beware of news reports claiming millions of fatal germs are living on our toothbrush. Dr Nigel Carter of the British Dental Health Foundation say that the human body is exposed to germs daily and there’s no evidence to suggest bacteria on our toothbrush will lead to specific oral infections. He also said that we don’t know if soaking a toothbrush in an antibacterial mouthwash or sanitizer has any positive or negative effects on oral health. Then, he gives some advice. He says that, simply rising your brush well, shaking or excess water and drying it out between uses is enough to maintain sensible hygiene. Lastly, he remind that be sure to change it every three month. That’s all…

Some Tips to Buy a Laptop

Salam… I want to share with you some tips that you can use when you want to buy a laptop. I get this tips when I reading the Reader’s Digest. The title of this article is lost on Buying a Laptop.
Firstly, don’t be seduced by super-fast processor speed unless you’re running graphics, intensive applications such as games or design programs. If you want to watch DVDs on the move, buy a laptop with an internal DVD drive. An external drive could be a nuisance if you travel a lot. Buy a spare or higher-capacity battery for when you are not near a plug socket.
Then, be preparing to pay extra for software. Even the basic Microsoft Office is absent from many packages. Due to their rough life, laptops are more prone to failure, making it vital to back up data. So, a second, external hard drive makes this easier. Lastly, buy a hardy laptop bag to protect your computer.

How to Save While Shopping...(^-^)

Salam….Now, I want to share with you some tips on how to saving while shopping. I get these tips after reading the Reader’s Digest. All the tips were suggested by budget counselor, Rosemary MacDonald.
Firstly, estimate how much you can afford for things. Buying on credit??? It will give you very high risk. Second, make a detailed shopping list and scan fliers to find the best prices, or consult a bargain-hunting friend on where to find a good deal. Then, do price comparison over the phone where you can’t be lured by glitzy displays to spend more than you intend. Lastly, try to shop online. You will save time and avoid temptation.
