Hello..
I want to make a summary of the book that i already read before. The title of the book is Impossible tht wrote by Nancy Werlin. This story was happen during 1960's. 17 year-old Lucy Scarborough appears to lead a normal life. She is a junior in high school, runs track, hangs out with her friend, Sarah, and looks forward to the approaching prom and her first date with Gray. She does have one secret, though, shared only with her foster parents and her neighbor, Zach. Lucy’s birth mother is insane.

Right after Lucy is born, her mom, Miranda, falls into insanity and disappears. Leo and Soledad attempt repeatedly to help their friend, but the only thing they can do is raise Lucy with love as her foster parents. Now and then, Miranda shows up, shirking the shadows, watching, always humming and singing a certain song. Lucy hates it when Miranda appears, stressing the family, embarrassing her, throwing heated words and sometimes even throwing bottles and cans. Lucy admits to wishing Miranda would just disappear for good.

And then prom day arrives, and except for an episode with Miranda, Lucy’s evening is magical until the end. After everyone else leaves the party, her shy, quiet date, Gray, rapes her. Immediately following, Gray kills himself in a car accident. Lucy takes the steps for healing, thankful that she has her foster parents and her good friend Zach for support. Still, she can’t shake the feeling that it wasn’t Gray who did it, that someone or something had taken over his body. But that’s crazy. Really crazy.. huh

Not long after, Lucy realizes she’s pregnant. At about the same time, she uncovers a few clues to her birth mom’s past from a diary and a letter. Everything adds up to reveal an ancient curse placed on the Scarborough women long ago. The curse instructs each of them to perform three impossible tasks before her daughter is born, or face an eternity of insanity. Lucy bands together with her foster parents and Zach to successfully complete the tasks and break the curse once and for all.

Edgar Award winner and National Book Award finalist Nancy Werlin has created an intriguing and amazing tale. She has an incredible talent of weaving such an enthralling story, of inviting a reader so deeply into its threads, that one almost completely forgets one is reading a book. Along with the captivating characters and unique plot, her writing style pinpoints all of Lucy’s pain, confusion and struggles, along with her hopes, dreams and loves, almost becoming a real friend. Werlin also handles the more delicate scenes, such as the rape, with discretion and tact. Thats all..

Muhammad Fikri Md Naziar(MA08077) going to tell a story. It's just like a short story.

It about 2 contractor that build a house,Salim and Leman. 1 is around 40 and 2nd man is around 30. This story begin when the older contractor,Leman want to retired and leave the house-building bussiness. He want to be with his wife and kids.

Then,he tell his partner that he want to retired. His partner,Salim agreed but he want Leman to build just one more house as a personal favor. Leman said yes, but deep in side his heart he don't want. Leman resorted to shoddy workmanship and used inferior materials. It was an unfortunate way to end a dedicated career.

When Leman finished his work, Salim came to inspect the house. Then,Leman was shocked because Salim want to give the house to Leman.Like a retired gift. What a shamed! If Leman had only known he was building his own house, he would done it all so diffirently.

*moral of the story:
So it is with us.We build our lives, a day at a time, often putting less than our best into the building. But,then we shock, we realize that we have to live in the house that we build. If we could do it over,we would do it much differently. But,time are not going back. Think it carefully. Thank you. bye

How To Manage Your Time

The meaning of time to some is moment when opportunity is at its highest. They put great emphasis upon good timing. The time when opportunity is most favourable has special significance to many.Advertising people tell us that is nothing as powerful in industry as an idea whose time has come.If you can learn to recognize to the right moment when it comes, and act before it goes away, the problems of life become vastly simplified.

Time to others is simply a measure or yardstick of seconds, minutes, hours, and years. When they think of time, they see either a clock or a calender; it has only one dimension. This is the shallowest concept of time.No great masterpieces were created by those who gave importance to this concept. The tragedy of this concept of time is that it destroys initiative, discourages creative impulses, and leaves nothing to fill the time allotted to it.If we have a full week to perform a task, it will take a week.If we are given ten days for its completion, it will consume ten days...

So be smart to manage our time...

hye everyone
bobo here..

Since I read the book by Habiburrhaman el Shirazy, I imagined the settings and the actors inside the novel so vividly that the movie brings me down as I realized that the way they realized the novel is way too far from the way it should be. let alone all the difficulties they have to film this movie, as tearfully written by the director in this multiply, i felt that the problem is not on whether you are making ot in Cairo or some corner of Gunung Kidul. i felt it really does not THAT matter. but the scenario, the way the actors presents the novel is faaaaaarrr… away from the general interpretation.here are some things that DOESNT necessarily related to ,you know, budget-constrain-problem-so-we-cannot-give-the-best-setting reason. Sorry a lot of spoilers :D check this out:

1. I don't know that Fahri is a careless person, so careless that he had his computer broken by a virus and had no back up of it. what i know about him is that he was a mature guy with great understanding of his self responsibility, had all his things planned well, and always ready for every task he had.

2. Well, before i watched this movie, I thought that Fahri is a kinda conventional moslem guy *those brothers type :D * who will not let themselves so closely * i mean physically* affiliated with particular girls, especially those without hijab. but i see him here is so freely walking together with maria -and fahri sometimes walk behind her also- and let maria wander around their flat, having two-people discussion and so on. ok, maybe i wrongly interpreted him ;(

3. again, fahri is so… little boy in this movie.he’s indecisive, irresponsible, and look more like a high school metropolitan guy who act innocent while attracting many girls.I think that his flatmate whom-i-forget-the-name is much more ‘fahri’ than fedi nuril. the fahri i know will not stare at girls no matter how beautiful they are *not with some fahri staring foolishly admiring the beautiful eyes of Aisha ;(*

4. Aisha is not portrayed well also. I can say Rianti is physically suit her but not doing good job in representing her personality. She doesnt try to hold her hubby’s honour in front of other, remember the scene where she take out her credit card and pay the whole dinner?* well, the real Aisha will cover her hubby’s weakness *in this case financially* and this is nicely portrayed in the novel in which she insisted that her hubby took one of her credit cards and let him control the financial of their life. he understood what’s inside her hubby’s mind and eagerly offered to share that weight with her.

5. Aisha is a calm, intelligent, and wise. yet..well, i shouldnt talk too much but just cant help to be sorry for the ‘perfect future wife’ image which fell down right in front our feet when we were watching it in the cinema

Kawasaki today launched the locally assembled 2008
Kawasaki Ninja 250r and ER-6n.
With fuel prices skyrocketing, this is the best news
that I have heard in the past few months. The Ninja is set to be a cult bike following in the footsteps of former Kawasaki 250s like the ZZR250 and EX250. Perhaps no other bike has stirred so much interest from bike fans worldwide than this little Ninja. The most incredible thing are the prices. The ER-6n is selling for RM27,889 and the Ninja for RM19,889.Both bikes will probably be good commuters. According to various accounts, the baby ninja can get upwards of 50mpg. Hats off to Kawasaki for delivering good, affordable products to the Malaysian public.

MALAYSIA LEFT BEIJING..

Malaysia's interest in the Beijing Olympics ended the moment Che Chew Chan lost her first repechage bout today. It was a sad end to what had been a highly anticipated day as hopes were high that Chew Chan would be able to add a second medal to the silver won by Lee Chong Wei. But it was not to be and as Malaysia reflects on what it could have been, the fact that we won a silver after 12 years should be appreciated. Still, sport is a continuing journey and Malaysian sights should already be on the 2012 London Olympics. For me, it is goodbye to Beijing and the Olympics and time to start preparing for the journey home.

THE FASTEST MAN...

USAIN Bolt added the 200m gold yesterday to the 100m he won on Saturday with yet another world record at the Bird's Nest and the question now is can anybody stop the Jamaican? It doesn't look like it for Bolt, only 22 today, is in a class of his own. There have been snide remarks, though, that if other sprinters can't catch him, the drug testers will but I, for one, hope that this is just a case of sour grapes. The 1.96m athlete doesn't look like a typical sprinter as he doesn't have the strapping muscles that most have but his speed is phenomenal. Surprisingly, the media tribune for yesterday's final was not packed to the brim as it was for the 100m but those who stayed away missed seeing Usain create history with his 19.30s. And this is a time recorded with a slow start, no doubt because of his height, but if he can improve in this aspect, then Bolt will rule for years.

LEE CHONG WEI IN BEIJING..

BEIJING Olympics silver medallist Lee Chong Wei, 26, is not looking beyond the 2010 Asian Games. His victor Lin Dan, a year younger, has vowed to carry on. So has British marathon runner Paula Radcliffe, 34, whose latest attempt for gold ended in tears yet again as she came in 23rd. While Chong Wei may have his reasons for not looking at extending his career beyond the Asian Games, he should not make hasty decisions. What the silver medal won in Beijing should do is spur him to aim higher and a good example is British cyclist Chris Hoy. At 32, the fire in him still burns and moments after he won his third gold of the Games yesterday, Hoy said the message he wants to send to kids back home is that hard work brings rewards. Chong Wei must also strive to be an icon, an Olympic champion, and dispense the same advise.

Below are some tips to help you quit smoking. First and foremost, set a quit date and quit COMPLETELY on that day. To prepare for that day:
>Identify the times you are most likely to smoke. For example, do you tend to smoke when feeling stressed? When you are out at night with friends? While you are drinking coffee or alcohol? When you are bored? While you are driving?
>Keep a diary to help you determine such risky times. Record each time you have a cigarette, including time of day and what you are doing.
>Make a plan about what you will do instead of smoking at those times when you are most likely to smoke. For example, drink tea instead of coffee -- tea may not trigger the desire for a cigarette. Or, take a walk when feeling stressed. Remove ashtrays and cigarettes from the car. Place pretzels or hard candies there instead.

one of the best martial art and unique in the world....
Capoeira (IPA: [ka.pu.ˈej.ɾɐ]) is an Afro-Brazilian art form that makes a ritual of movements from martial arts, games, and dance. It was brought to Brazil from Angola some time after the 16th century in the regions known as Bahia, Pernambuco and Rio de Janeiro. Participants form a roda or circle and take turns either playing musical instruments (such as the Berimbau), singing, or ritually sparring in pairs in the center of the circle. The game is marked by fluid acrobatic play, feints, and extensive use of sweeps, kicks, and headbutts. Less frequently used techniques include elbow-strikes, slaps, punches, and body throws. Its origins and purpose are a matter of debate, with the spectrum of argument ranging from views of Capoeira as a uniquely Brazilian folk dance with improvised fighting movements to claims that it is a battle-ready fighting form directly descended from ancient African techniques. This is a list of techniques used in capoeira. Capoeira has a variety of different techniques that make use of the hands, feet, legs, arms and head. Both kicks, punches and takedowns are among the offensive movements, but the emphasis is normally on kicking. Because of the appearance of many techniques, they are often mistaken for dancing or acrobatic maneuvers. However, while capoeira has some quite impressive, acrobatic signature moves, many of the basic techniques in capoeira are similar to those found in other martial arts.

Please be aware that different groups may use different names for the same techniques, or use the same name for different techniques.

A computer virus is a small software program that spreads from one computer to another computer and that interferes with computer operation. A computer virus may corrupt or delete data on a computer, use an e-mail program to spread the virus to other computers, or even delete everything on the hard disk. The first virus was detected on APRANET, the forerunner of the Internet in the early 1970s. Before computer networks became widespread, most viruses spread on removable media, particularly floppy disks. Since the mid-1990s, macro viruses have become common. Macro viruses pose unique problems for detection software.

The newest species of the virus family is the cross-site scripting virus. Cross-site scripting (XSS) is a type of computer security vulnerability typically found in web applications which allow code injection by malicious web users into the web pages viewed by other users. Examples of such code include HTML code and client-side scripts. Most notable sites affected by this XSS viruses have been MySpace and Yahoo.Removing virus can be a very difficult task even for an expert without the help of computer virus removal tools.

Some computer viruses and other unwanted software, such as spyware, will reinstall themselves after the viruses have been detected and removed. Therefore, to avoid this viruses, early prevention should be done. Such as turning on the firewall on the computer and keep the computer operating system up-to-date. Besides that, use an updated antivirus software and use an updated antispyware software on the computer.

hello there..
This is some tips for you to overcome stress..

Stress Management

Stress management strategy #1: Avoid unnecessary stress

Not all stress can be avoided, and it’s not healthy to avoid a situation that needs to be addressed. You may be surprised, however, by the number of stressors in your life that you can eliminate.

* Learn how to say “no” – Know your limits and stick to them. Whether in your personal or professional life, refuse to accept added responsibilities when you’re close to reaching them. Taking on more than you can handle is a surefire recipe for stress.
* Avoid people who stress you out – If someone consistently causes stress in your life and you can’t turn the relationship around, limit the amount of time you spend with that person or end the relationship entirely.
* Take control of your environment – If the evening news makes you anxious, turn the TV off. If traffic’s got you tense, take a longer but less-traveled route. If going to the market is an unpleasant chore, do your grocery shopping online.
* Avoid hot-button topics – If you get upset over religion or politics, cross them off your conversation list. If you repeatedly argue about the same subject with the same people, stop bringing it up or excuse yourself when it’s the topic of discussion.
* Pare down your to-do list – Analyze your schedule, responsibilities, and daily tasks. If you’ve got too much on your plate, distinguish between the “shoulds” and the “musts.” Drop tasks that aren’t truly necessary to the bottom of the list or eliminate them entirely.

Stress management strategy #2: Alter the situation

If you can’t avoid a stressful situation, try to alter it. Figure out what you can do to change things so the problem doesn’t present itself in the future. Often, this involves changing the way you communicate and operate in your daily life.

* Express your feelings instead of bottling them up. If something or someone is bothering you, communicate your concerns in an open and respectful way. If you don’t voice your feelings, resentment will build and the situation will likely remain the same.
* Be willing to compromise. When you ask someone to change their behavior, be willing to do the same. If you both are willing to bend at least a little, you’ll have a good chance of finding a happy middle ground.
* Be more assertive. Don’t take a backseat in your own life. Deal with problems head on, doing your best to anticipate and prevent them. If you’ve got an exam to study for and your chatty roommate just got home, say up front that you only have five minutes to talk.
* Manage your time better. Poor time management can cause a lot of stress. When you’re stretched too thin and running behind, it’s hard to stay calm and focused. But if you plan ahead and make sure you don’t overextend yourself, you can alter the amount of stress you’re under.

Stress management strategy #3: Adapt to the stressor

If you can’t change the stressor, change yourself. You can adapt to stressful situations and regain your sense of control by changing your expectations and attitude.

* Reframe problems. Try to view stressful situations from a more positive perspective. Rather than fuming about a traffic jam, look at it as an opportunity to pause and regroup, listen to your favorite radio station, or enjoy some alone time.
* Look at the big picture. Take perspective of the stressful situation. Ask yourself how important it will be in the long run. Will it matter in a month? A year? Is it really worth getting upset over? If the answer is no, focus your time and energy elsewhere.
* Adjust your standards. Perfectionism is a major source of avoidable stress. Stop setting yourself up for failure by demanding perfection. Set reasonable standards for yourself and others, and learn to be okay with “good enough.”
* Focus on the positive. When stress is getting you down, take a moment to reflect on all the things you appreciate in your life, including your own positive qualities and gifts. This simple strategy can help you keep things in perspective.

Adjusting Your Attitude

How you think can have a profound affect on your emotional and physical well-being. Each time you think a negative thought about yourself, your body reacts as if it were in the throes of a tension-filled situation. If you see good things about yourself, you are more likely to feel good; the reverse is also true. Eliminate words such as "always," "never," "should," and "must." These are
Stress management strategy #4: Accept the things you can’t change

Some sources of stress are unavoidable. You can’t prevent or change stressors such as the death of a loved one, a serious illness, or a national recession. In such cases, the best way to cope with stress is to accept things as they are. Acceptance may be difficult, but in the long run, it’s easier than railing against a situation you can’t change.

* Don’t try to control the uncontrollable. Many things in life are beyond our control— particularly the behavior of other people. Rather than stressing out over them, focus on the things you can control such as the way you choose to react to problems.
* Look for the upside. As the saying goes, “What doesn’t kill us makes us stronger.” When facing major challenges, try to look at them as opportunities for personal growth. If your own poor choices contributed to a stressful situation, reflect on them and learn from your mistakes.
* Share your feelings. Talk to a trusted friend or make an appointment with a therapist. Expressing what you’re going through can be very cathartic, even if there’s nothing you can do to alter the stressful situation.
* Learn to forgive. Accept the fact that we live in an imperfect world and that people make mistakes. Let go of anger and resentments. Free yourself from negative energy by forgiving and moving on.

Stress management strategy #5: Make time for fun and relaxation

Beyond a take-charge approach and a positive attitude, you can reduce stress in your life by nurturing yourself. If you regularly make time for fun and relaxation, you’ll be in a better place to handle life’s stressors when they inevitably come.
Healthy ways to relax and recharge

Stress management strategy #6: Adopt a healthy lifestyle

You can increase your resistance to stress by strengthening your physical health.

* Exercise regularly. Physical activity plays a key role in reducing and preventing the effects of stress. Make time for at least 30 minutes of exercise, three times per week. Nothing beats aerobic exercise for releasing pent-up stress and tension.
* Eat a healthy diet. Well-nourished bodies are better prepared to cope with stress, so be mindful of what you eat. Start your day right with breakfast, and keep your energy up and your mind clear with balanced, nutritious meals throughout the day.
* Reduce caffeine and sugar. The temporary "highs" caffeine and sugar provide often end in with a crash in mood and energy. By reducing the amount of coffee, soft drinks, chocolate, and sugar snacks in your diet, you’ll feel more relaxed and you’ll sleep better.
* Avoid alcohol, cigarettes, and drugs. Self-medicating with alcohol or drugs may provide an easy escape from stress, but the relief is only temporary. Don’t avoid or mask the issue at hand; deal with problems head on and with a clear mind.
* Get enough sleep. Adequate sleep fuels your mind, as well as your body. Feeling tired will increase your stress because it may cause you to think irrationally.

WHAT IS TIME???
(human vs time)

Time actually did seem measure people walk period. When could not be stopped, moving back or speed up. All has been fixed by God Oneness. There is still less aware group on this matter, careless with particular matter, they not realize that they more go to in the end. Although we do not know when we would leave world of nature, yet we necessary prepared against all what should we are doing are just as already registered in holy Al-Quran.

The problem which is done by a person who’s reputedly wastes time.
Like my experience, over slept. In fact we as human have suggested so that sleep in averages 5 or 6 hours a day only. Less or more from the period, then our body will fatigue will cause us damp in doing something.

Usually a person lazy in doing something, for example school work, or assignment, sure it will be lay their body above the bed and sleep with feelings not think of while. Whereas they still can do other activity would give them interest neither in the world.

Nevertheless, we indeed necessary to sleep. However, we necessary sleep in within as those I state on.

Actions that should we are doing.
While we have still enough time, let we fill up time with a good activities. For example pray, we must not leave our solah per day because it highly detrimental. Of course we could repent in future, but have we ever wondered that how much did practice us those already gather? If us begin earlier in religious, then increasingly to much practice we can gather as compared with total our practice if we begin religious time over the golden age.

Malaysia Super League
TM Malaysia Super League is the top flight of football in Malaysia. It replaced the M-League as the highest division a professional football team in Malaysia can participate in.

Introduced in 2004, the Malaysia Super League catered only to the top eight football teams in the country. The bottom two teams at the end of the season are usually relegated to the Malaysian Premier League. The Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) also decided to privatize the league and created MSL Sendirian Berhad (or MSL Proprietary Limited) to oversee the marketing aspects of the game.

The league used to have eight teams and teams would play three rounds of matches (21 matches in total). The first two rounds were played on a home/away format while the third round would be hosted by the stadium which had the bigger attendance during the first two rounds.

Now,the Malaysia Super League more interesting before this because they have fourteen teams and the team need to play two rounds where to played on a home/away format. So both team team will feel played in front of their fanatic spectator.

i would like to tell you about a book that i has been read that is
"US PRESIDENT:POLITICS OR POLIMICS".The book first tell about
It must be something about the DNA of a Republican running for office. They just can’t tell the truth.

So much for the Straight Talk Express, what with John McCain running around all over the country like Mister Magoo telling down and out voters what I will and won’t do as president. He says I’ll raise taxes. He says I’ll bankrupt the country. He says I won’t support the troops.

One thing is for sure, I’d be happy to cut John McCain’s social security and medicare benefits. How would the old geezer like it if all he could get was half a colonoscopy?

The problem as I see it as that too many American voters are just dumb enough so ill-informed these days, thanks to misinformation superhighway and Fox News.

Mister Magoo will get a good tongue lashing during the televised debates this fall. He gets all flustered and red faced and doesn’t think too well on his feet, so he won’t be able to do much more than growl and look mean. Anyone who votes for a growling, mean old dog gets the kind of government they deserve.

i have read an article that is "Beyond UMNO vs PAS".The book tell about“Is Any Opposition Better Than No Opposition” - the lead story in Aliran Monthly last month - raises many important issues about the future of this country.

Everyone would benefit from reading the article with an open mind, taking to heart the serious questions it raises about PAS’ direction, and asking themselves where they would like to see Malaysia headed — and then think about how one might go about achieving it.

This is especially true of those sympathetic to PAS and its agenda of an Islamic Malaysia. Does PAS’ programme and actions go towards achieving its dream? Or, looking at real historical experiences elsewhere, will it instead realise a condition that is only Islamic in name and diktat, but will, in fact, be as distant from the civilization that produced an ibn Khaldun and an al-Khwarizmi, a Rumi and an ibn Rushd, as the Malaysia of today’s is?

Sadly, responses to criticisms by some senior PAS figures indicate that such reflection is unlikely to happen. This is tragic, indeed unconscionably blind, for it is clear that the most celebrated Islamist revolution of our age, the Iranian, is in trouble and resorting to ‘Islamically’ disguised secular instruments of repression and control to extend its life a little more.

Currently there are several drugs on the market that improve memory, concentration, planning and reduce impulsive behavior. Many more are in different stages of development. The most commonly used class of drug are the stimulants.

These drugs are used primarily to treat people with cognitive difficulties: Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, ADHD. However, more widespread use is being recommended by some researchers. These drugs have a variety of human enhancement applications as well and are marketed heavily on the World Wide Web. Nevertheless, intense marketing may not correlate with efficacy; while scientific studies support some of the claimed benefits, it is worth noting that many of the claims attributed to most nontropics have not been formally tested.

HISTORY OF TRANSPORT

Throughout history, new transport technology has been one of the key elements to foster a larger world and and better commerce. The development has allowed larger quantities to be sent longer distances, at higher speed and at a lower cost. From nature humans are capable of transporting themselves by walking, though from time immemorial animals have been domesticated for labor and transport.Inventions such as the wheel and sled helped make animal transport more efficient, with the introduction of vehicles. Also water transport, including rowed and sailed vessels, dates back to time immemorial, and was only the efficient way to transport large quantities or over large distances prior to the industrial revolution.Because of water transport's importance, most settlements were located at intersections of bodies of water.
The industrial revolution saw a number of inventions fundamentally change transport. The invention of steam engine, closely followed by its application in rail transport made land transport independent of human or animal muscles, both speed and capacity exploded, helping to allow specialization through the location of manufacturing being independent of natural resources. The 19th century also saw the development of the steam ship, making global transport. The development of the combustion engine and the automobile at the turn into 20th century, road transport became more variable, allowing the introduction of mechanical private transport. In 1903 the first controllable airplane was invented, and after Wold War 1 it become a fast way transport people and express goods over long distances...

now i would like to say about our earth..

EARTH

Earth is the third planet from the sun.Earth is the largest of the terrestrial planets in the Solar System in diameter, mass and density. It is home to millions of species, including humans, Earth is the only place in the universe where life is known to exist. The planet formed 4.54 billion years ago, and life appeared on its surface within a billion years.Since then, Earth's biosphere has significantly altered the atmosphere and other abiotic conditions on the planet, enabling the proliferation of aerobic organisms as well as the formation of the ozone layer which, together with Earth's magnetic field, blocks harmful radiation, permitting life on land. The physical properties of the Earth, as well as its geological history and orbit, allowed life to persist during this period. The world is expected to continue supporting life for another 1.5 billion years, after which the rising luminosity of the Sun will eliminate the biosphere.

Earth's outer surface is divided into several rigid segments, or tectonic plates, that gradually migrate across over period of many million years. About 71% of the surface is covered with salt-water oceans, the remainder consisting of continents and island, liquid water, necessary for all known life, is not known to exist and any other planet's surface.Earth,s interior remains active, with a thick layer of relatively solid mantle, a liquid outer core that generates a magnetic field, and a solid iron inner core.

Did you know money???
i believe that everyone know what is money...

Money..

Money is anything that is generally accepted as payment for goods and services and repayment of debts. The main uses of money are as a medium of exchange, a unit of account, and a store of value.

The "price system" is sometimes used to refer to methods using commodity valuation or money accounting systems.

The word "money" is believed to originate from a temple of Hera, located on Capitoline, one of Rome's seven hills. In the ancient world Hera was often associated with money. The temple of Juno Moneta at Rome was the place where the mint of Ancient Rome was located. The name "Juno" may derive from the Etruscan goddess Uni(which is means "the one","unique","unit","union","united") and "Moneta" either from the Latin word "monere" (remind, warn, or instruct) or the Greek word "monores" (alone, unique).

what is PC???

PC or personal computer is a general-purpose computer whose original sales price, size, and capabilities make it is useful for individuals, and which is intended to be operated directly by an end user, with no intervening computer operator.

Today a PC may be a desktop computer, a laptop computer or a tablet computer. The most common operating systems are Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X and Linux, while
the most common microprocessors are x86-compatible CPUs, ARM architecture CPUs and PowerPC CPUs.Software applications for personal computers include word processing, spreadsheets, databases, games, and a myriad of personal productivity and special-purpose software.Modern personal computers often have high-speed or dial-up connections to the Internet, allowing access to the World Wide Web and a wide range of other resources.

A PC may be a home computer, or may be found in an office, often connected to a local area network. The distinguishing characteristics are that the computer is primarily used, interactively, by one person at a time. This is contrast to the batch processing or time-sharing models which allowed large expensive systems to be used by many people, usually at the same time, or large data processing systems which required a full-time staff to operate efficiently...

While early PC owners usually had to write their own programs to do anything useful with the machines, today's users have access to a wide range of commercial and non-commercial software which easily installed....

Types of Water

Water can appear in three states; it is one of the very few substances to be found naturally in all three states on earth.Water takes many different forms on Earth: water vapor and clouds in the sky; seawater and rarely icebergs in the ocean; glaciers and rivers in the mountains, and the liquid in aquifers in the ground.

Water can dissolve many different substances, giving it different tastes and odors. In fact, humans and other animals have develop sense which are, to a degree, able to evaluate the potability of water, avoiding water that is too salty or putrid.Humans also tend to prefer cold water to lukewarm; cold water is likely to contain fewer microbes. The taste advertised in spring and mineral water refers to purity from toxins, pollutants, and microbes...

Hello everybody,

UNIVERSITY

When I think about going to university, I shutter. My expectations on university
are very broad. I do not know what to expect because I have never been there. The only way I can think of what to expect is by listening to what other people who have been there say. I think that some parts of university sound good but others do not sound so
great. The good things about going to university are that I will get to meet new people and that I will have an excellent education when I graduate. The not so great things about going to university are that I am leaving my family. Also university is very.

The first good thing that I know about university is that you get to meet lots of different people. Some may be nice and friendly where others will be cross, grumpy, and stay out of my way type of people. I will also meet lots of wonderful and wacky people
but I know I will also meet some real losers.

izwan ghazali try to give dangerous about smoking....Smoking strikes many college campuses around the country. It has many dangerous side effects and can lead to many chronic diseases. The people affected by this habit are not just the smokers themselves; just being around smokers can cause negative effects to your health. The best possible way to keep students from starting to smoke and to get smokers to quit is through education. If students know just how harmful smoking is they are a lot less likely to start or continue this habit.

Smoking is a serious problem that affects millions of students in the United States. It is estimated that about fifty million people in the United States currently smoke a total of 570 billion cigarettes each year. The range of people that engage in this obsession is widely varied. Over one-third of college students smoke with regularity. The number of smokers in today’s society needs to be decreased severely (Scherer 1999). There are many factors that prove just how harmful smoking as an addiction can be, but there are two primary issues that demonstrate why smokers should abandon their obsession. They are the effects on their health and the effects on other through passive inha.

SMOKING IN THE CAMPUS

Have you ever been walking, sitting, or studying in the walkways of public and found it hard to breath comfortably? This is an everyday occurrence for me and several other students the moment a cigarette is lit. This may appear to be a minor problem, but the effects of second hand smoking are staggering. The health of tens of thousands of nonsmoking Americans a year is affected by the second hand smoke of cigarette smokers. Therefore, I strongly believe that smoking in public spaces should be banded.

For a long time now many people have had different views about smoking in public places. Smokers feel it is their right to smoke where and when they want and feel that smoking in public places should remain to be granted since it is their right. On the other hand non-smokers feel smokers violate their rights, endanger their lives, and firmly believe that smoking in public places should be banned. Second hand smoke causes heart disease, lung cancer and other serious illnesses. A substantial number of lung cancers that occur in non-smokers can be attributed to involuntary smoking.

SMOKING IN PUBLIC PLACES

People have many bad habits and one of them is smoking. There are many reasons why people smoke. Some smokers consider it a stress relief. Others think that smoking is a way to express their own freedom. However many people believe that smoking in public should not be allowed, which is good because of its severe effects on health and on society. Smoking can create family conflicts and produces financial problems.

First, smoking should not be allowed in public, because of its bad effects on health and on the human body. Smoking can create respiratory problems and cause other complications, such as coughing and heart problems. Also, the smoker can become dependent on smoking.

Football is awesome.Agree with it??Recently i've read about one of the football legend. He is Zinedine Zidane..

Zinedine Zidane is born in France on the 23rd of June in 1972. His parents of Algerian descent have a total of five children. As a kid, school is not his strongest asset so he turns to football. By the age of 16, a scout by the name of Jean Varraud recruits the youngster to Cannes. One year later, Zizou makes his debut with the club's senior squad in the French First Division. He is signed by Bordeaux in 1992. With his new club, Zidane reaches the UEFA Cup final in 1995/96 and attracts the attention of European powerhouse Juventus. After his move to Italy, trophies start to to pour in. By 1996, Ziziou had the UEFA Cup, the European Supercup and the Intercontinental Cup under his belt. He also won the Italian Calcio twice in a row during 1997 and 1998. In the same two seasons, his club manages to reach the Champions League final twice.
When Real Madrid purchases Zinedine Zidane in the summer of 2001, he becomes the most expensive player of all time. The Spanish club paid a whopping $66 Million for his transfer. In the 2001/02 season, the Frenchman leads Real Madrid to Champions League glory by scoring a spectacular winning goal in the final.

In international competition, Zidane enters the spotlight after carrying his national team to their first World Cup title in 1998. He eventually helps them win their second European title in EURO 2000.
At World Cup 2002, France is eliminated in the first stage. Zizou struggles with an injury at the time and watches most games from the sideline. Two years later at EURO 2004, Zidane's country fails to impress again and is knocked out by tournament surprise Greece. Zidane retires from international football, but returns again in the wake of World Cup 2006.
Individually, Zinedine Zidane has been given every major award that a player can achieve. He has won the precious Balon D'Or in 1998 and the FIFA World Player of the Year award in 1998, 2000 and 2003.
Currently, Zinedine Zidane is one of the most skillful and technically gifted players in the game. He can settle and distribute almost any pass thrown in his direction. In individual encounters, Zidane prefers to shield the ball and dribble away from pressure. His style is not flashy, but rather simple and elegant. Zidane can apply his playmaking skills in any circumstance and make it look effortless

For future tips and harmonies life with beloved your wife........

10 TIPS HOW TO BE SUCCESFUL HUSBAND

1. Dress up for your wife.
Look clean, smell good and smart. When was the last time us men went shopping for designer pajamas??? Just like the husband wants his wife to look nice for him, she also wants her husband to dress up for her too. Remember that Prophet MUHAMAD SAW would always start with Miswak when returning home and always loved the sweetest smells.

2. Use the cutest names for your wife.
Prophet MUHAMAD saw- had nicknames for his wives, ones that they loved. Call your wife by the most beloved names to her, and avoid using names that hurt their feelings.

3. Don't treat her like a fly.
We never think about a fly in our daily lives until it 'bugs' us. Similarly, a wife will do well all day - which brings no attention from the husband - until she does something to 'bug' him. Don't treat her like this; recognize all the good that she does and focus on that.

4. If you see wrong from your wife, try being silent and do not comment!
This is one of the ways Prophet MUHAMAD saw- used when he would see something inappropriate from his wives - radi Allahu 'anhunn. It's a technique that few Muslim men have mastered.

5. Smile at your wife whenever you see her and embrace her often.
Smiling is SADAQAH and your wife is not exempt from the Muslim Ummah. Imagine life with her constantly seeing you smiling. Remember also those Ahadith when Rasul Allah - sal Allahu alayhi wa sallam - would kiss his wife before leaving for Salah, even if he was fasting.

6. Thank her for all that she does for you.
Then thank her again! Take for example a dinner at your house. She makes the food, cleans the home, and a dozen other tasks to prepare. And sometimes the only acknowledgement she receives is that there needed to be more salt in the soup. Don't let that be; thank her!

7. Ask her to write down the last ten things you did for her that made her happy.
Then go and do them again. It may be hard to recognize what gives your wife pleasure. You don't have to play a guessing game, ask her and work on repeating those times in your life.

8. Don't belittle her desires.
Comfort her. Sometimes the men may look down upon the requests of their wives.Prophet MUHAMAD saw set the example for us in an incident when Safiyyah - radi Allahu 'anha - was crying because, as she said, he had put her on a slow camel. He wiped her tears, comforted her, and brought her the camel.

9. Be humorous and Play games with your wife.
Look at how Prophet MUHAMD saw - would race his wife Aisha - radi Allahu 'anha - in the desert. When was the last time we did something like that?

10. Always remember the words of Allah's Messenger - sal Allahu alayhi wa sallam: "The best of you are those who treat their families the best. And I am the best amongst you to my family." Try to be the best!

what is true love??

Clap just one hand side can’t cause any sound. Love with the person who not we love can make us disappointed. That is the common in our life when we love with people.

In other hand, I believe that love with Allah is the most greatest because I sure our love will be pay back by Allah. Allah’s love not choose anyone, appearance, style, or status. Allah’s love is fair to all his slaves. The true love which not disappear in once but it wills everlasting.

A person who trusts in Allah and having faith to Allah is the mark that he or she loves to Allah. He or she love people because of Allah and always make relation (silaturrahim) with people.

Human’s love is not everlasting. Nowadays, we are love when we have high status but when we feel boring, we find a way to leave him or her.

A wife loves her husband because he is the supporter for family.
Mother loves her children because her children will accompany her when she in lonely.
Friends love friends because they can share problems together.

But Allah, the most creator love his slaves without have any importance. Allah gives more love to people who love him. Allah wills irate people who disobey his orders.

A few days ago,I logged in to my friend's blog and I attracted to read one article that titled "Mat Rempit dan Doktor".
The story was about a doctor who trying to save a life, which is the life of a 'mat rempit' (illegal racer) but in the same time, the doctor trying to judge who the 'mat rempit' is,also he feel falter and reluctant to save him .
What the writer wanted to say in the article is, no matter who the person are, whether he is a thief, a mob or any other kind of bad people, their life is still valuable as much as our own life. And we are not a god who can judges whose life is important and whose life is not.
We are just human who have same value of life. So, we have to stop treating people with any differences.

as we know, the tragedy that can never we forget is tsunami..thousands people died..that was happened a few years ago at acheh,indonesia..on december 26,2004..here is some information i want tell how the tsunami happen..
TSUNAMI..
A tsunami is a series of waves created when a body of water, such as an ocean, is rapidly displaced. Earthquakes, mass movements above or below water, some volcanic eruptions and other underwater explosions, landslides, underwater earthquakes, large asteroid impacts and detonation of nuclear weapons at sea all have the potential to generate a tsunami. Due to the immense volumes of water and energy involved, the effects of tsunami can be devastating. Since meteorites are small, they will not generate tsunami.
Some meteorological storm conditions—deep depressions causing cyclones, hurricanes—can generate a storm surge which can be several metres above normal tide levels. This is due to the low atmospheric pressure within the centre of the depression. As these storm surges come ashore the surge can resemble a tsunami, inundating vast areas of land. These are not tsunami. Such a storm surge inundated Burma (Myanmar) in May 2008.
A tsunami can be generated when converging or destructive plate boundaries abruptly move and vertically displace the overlying water. It is very unlikely that they can form at divergent (constructive) or conservative plate boundaries. This is because constructive or conservative boundaries do not generally disturb the vertical displacement of the water column. Subduction zone related earthquakes generate the majority of all tsunamis.
Tsunamis have a small amplitude (wave height) offshore, and a very long wavelength (often hundreds of kilometers long), which is why they generally pass unnoticed at sea, forming only a slight swell usually about 300 mm above the normal sea surface. They grow in height when they reach shallower water, in a "shoaling" process described below. A tsunami can occur at any state of the tide and even at low tide will still inundate coastal areas if the incoming waves surge high enough.

HISTORY OF VESPA

Post World War II Italy, in light of its agreement to cessation of war activities with the Allies, had its aircraft industry severely restricted in both capability and capacity.

Piaggio emerged from the conflict with its Pontedera fighter plane plant completely demolished by bombing. Italy's crippled economy and the disastrous state of the roads did not assist in the re-development of the automobile markets. Enrico Piaggio, the son of Piaggio's founder Rinaldo Piaggio, decided to leave the aeronautical field in order to address Italy's urgent need for a modern and affordable mode of transportation for the masses.

espa is both Latin and Italian for wasp—derived from both the high-pitched noise of the two-stroke engine, and adopted as a name for the vehicle in reference to its body shape: the thicker rear part connected to the front part by a narrow waist, and the steering rod resembled antennae.

Ape (pronounced Ah-pay), is Italian for bee. This was the three-wheeled variant used for commercial purposes, including the popular auto rickshaw.

Concept

The inspiration for the design of the Vespa dates back to Pre-WWII Cushman scooters made in Nebraska, USA. These olive green scooters were in Italy in large numbers, ordered originally by Washington as field transport for the Paratroops and Marines. The US military had used them to get around Nazi defense tactics of destroying roads and bridges in the Dolomites (a section of the Alps) and the Austrian border areas.

Pre-war Piaggio employee Aeronautical engineer General Corradino D'Ascanio, responsible for the design and construction of the first modern helicopter by Agusta, was given the job of designing a simple, robust and affordable vehicle for Ferdinando Innocenti, whose pre-war metal tubing business Innocenti had suffered the same fate as Piaggio post-war. Innocenti defined a post-war vehicle to D'Ascanio that had to be easy to drive for both men and women, be able to carry a passenger, and not get its driver's clothes dirty.

'Sejarah Silat'. I read this article yesterday when I just tried to find some information about some stuff. Through this article, i have got a new input about a martial art that called 'Silat'. What I got from this article is, Silat is basically came from Indonesia. And than, it came to Tanah Melayu especially, Kelantan, and of course Melaka. This art(silat) then was perfected by Malay people from Melaka. There is also a rumor that said, Silat was originally been invented by women. that is why, movements in silat is soft, slow but deadly. Just like women.

Wind of Change
by SCORPIONS
I follow the Moskva
Down to Gorky Park
Listening to the wind of change
An August summer night
Soldiers passing by
Listening to the wind of change

The world is closing in
Did you ever think
That we could be so close, like brothers
The future's in the air
I can feel it everywhere
Blowing with the wind of change

Take me to the magic of the moment
On a glory night
Where the children of tomorrow dream away
In the wind of change

Walking down the street
Distant memories
Are buried in the past forever

I follow the Moskva
Down to Gorky Park
Listening to the wind of change

Take me to the magic of the moment
On a glory night
Where the children of tomorrow share their dreams
With you and me

Take me to the magic of the moment
On a glory night
Where the children of tomorrow dream away
In the wind of change

The wind of change blows straight
Into the face of time
Like a stormwind that will ring
The freedom bell for peace of mind
Let your balalaika sing
What my guitar wants to say

Take me to the magic of the moment
On a glory night
Where the children of tomorrow share their dreams
With you and me

Take me to the magic of the moment
On a glory night
Where the children of tomorrow dream away
In the wind of change

pro and contrast study last minute...
this article is write about the pro and contrast of study in the last minute.
first of all, the article wrote about the pro of study last minute.
-easy to remember.
-not take a long time to study.
-more focus.
-fast understand.
then, the contrast are
-not enough time.
-if the title are many so it take many time to cover its.
-did not have enough sleep.
-maybe misunderstand the concept.
-many more.
from the article, i got that study last minute is a bad idea because the contrast is more than its pro.
i also get the moral value of the article are-
-care about time.
-care about yourself.
-think about my future life.
so that, i conclude that study last minute is the things that we should not do. same thing with our work. if we college all the work its cannot be done by itself. so what we should do is do the work and study early and do not wait it until someone ask us.
that's all. thank you.
~~believe in yourself~~

FILM...

Film encompasses individual motion pictures, the field of film as an art form, and the motion picture industry. Films are produced by recording images from the world with cameras, or by creating images using animation techniques or special effects.

Films are cultural artifacts created by specific cultures, which reflect those cultures, and, in turn, affect them. Film is considered to be an important art form, a source of popular entertainment and a powerful method for educating or indoctrinating citizens. The visual elements of cinema gives motion pictures a universal power of communication. Some films have become popular worldwide attractions by using dubbing or subtitles that translate the dialogue.

Traditional films are made up of a series of individual images called frames. When these images are shown rapidly in succession, a viewer has the illusion that motion is occurring. The viewer cannot see the flickering between frames due to an effect known as persistence of vision, whereby the eye retains a visual image for a fraction of a second after the source has been removed. Viewers perceive motion due to a psychological effect called beta movement.

TOBACCO...

Just now i was read an article about tobacco. Here i leave some comment that i know about the tobacco.

Tobacco is an agricultural product processed from the fresh leaves of plants in the genus Nicotine. It can be consumed, used as an organic pesticide, and in the form of nicotine titrated it is used in some medicines. In consumption it may be in the form of smoking, chewing, snuffing, dipping tobacco, or snugs.Tobacco has long been in use as an enthusiast in the Americas. However, upon the arrival of Europeans in North America, it quickly became popularized as a trade item and as a recreational drug.

That all from me...

20 MATCH WITHOUT UNBEATEN

Manchester United back to england from San Siro with all smiling in their face but still thinking to overcome inter milan next week.finish the match 0-0 this morning means the Reds gonna win the change to beat Inter Milan .The goalless draw means the Reds are now on a record 20-match unbeaten run in the Champions League, yet United may feel slightly aggrieved not to have come away with more after dominating the majority of the first half. Having created so many early opportunities, it seemed the Reds were going to brush aside Inter at a canter.

Post-match, Mourinho was of course quick to blame United’s domination on ‘biased’ refereeing decisions against his team. Nothing new there then! Could it be a possible attempt to pile on the pressure for the officials in the second leg? You decide...

No wonder what controversy view from Maurinho, all United fan can sleep well yesterday until the second leg at Old Trafford gonna start......adios

boxing

Boxing is a combat sport where two participants, generally of similar weight, fight each other with their fists by punching or grab on opponent body until he cant move.Boxing is control by a referee and usually it take time one to three minutes to continue on next round. Victory is achieved if the opponent is knocked down and unable to get up before the referee counts to ten seconds or if the opponent is deemed too injured to continue. If there is no stoppage of the fight before an agreed number of rounds, a winner is determined either by the referee's decision or by judges' scorecards.

KAFE OPENED UNTIL 3 AM??WATCH YOUR DIET???

Eating heart-healthy, low-calorie foods and exercising is the key to losing weight regardless of levels of protein, fat or carbohydrates, a new study has found.

The research, funded by the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) of the National Institutes of Health, seems to argue against blanket use of diets that do not necessarily limit calories but call for eating certain foods such as vegetables or proteins, at the expense of others.
The NIH study of 811 volunteers, 38 percent of them men and 62 percent women, aged 30-70 and either overweight or obese, looked at diets that have been popular in the United States in recent years, even as the number of obese Americans has soared.
The "Preventing Overweight Using Novel Dietary Strategies (POUNDS LOST) study found similar weight loss after six months and two years among participants assigned to four diets that differed in their proportions of these three major nutrients," said researchers.
"The diets were low or high in total fat (20 or 40 percent of calories) with average or high protein (15 or 25 percent of calories). Carbohydrate content ranged from 35 to 65 percent of calories.

"The diets all used the same calorie reduction goals and were heart-healthy low in saturated fat and cholesterol while high in dietary fibre," said researchers, whose study is published Thursday in the New England Journal of Medicine.

Participants lost an average 13 pounds (5.9 kilos) at six months and maintained a nine-pound (four-kilo) loss at two years.

What I want to share with you all is something amazing. t is about something that we cannot to find it nowadays and I'm very sure everyone don't want to find or face it. I had read an article about a snake. I know many people hate snake either boys or girls because it is a creepy creature that is can kill human with its venom or its strong muscles. Many people has die because of this animal. However the creature that i want to tell you is do not exist anymore but it is in the snake family's called Titanoboa Cerrenjonensis. It is mean titanic boa from Cerrejon because of its size and where it is found.

It’s was a bigger snake fossil have ever people found in the world's history. Its long is about 42 to 45 feet’s and 2500 pounds or 1133.98 kg in weight .That’s means its weight more than a bison and longer than a bus. Can you imagine how big it is? t is also bigger than an anaconda snake in the Hollywood movie that we are have seen before. The Paleontologist said this creature can eat something size of cow and easily can eat human. Among the living snake species, holder is an individual Python measured about 30 feet’s longs, which is some 12 to 15 feet’s shorter than typical Titanoboa.

This fossil have found in South American Rain Forest in Northeastern, Columbia. The leader of this fossil expedition, Dr. Jonathan Bloch estimate the age of this fossil is about 60 million years old and its become the most valuable fossil in this century. This fossil also was revealed in early 2007 at University of Florida's Florida Museum of Natural History in Gainesville.

This snake was related to the modern boa and behaves more like an Anaconda. It’s also spent almost all its time in water. As we know, snake is a cold blood animal. Maybe that why it is spent its time in the water to cooling its body. However, it could slither on land like in the water, which gives advantage to them to hunt their meal. This fossil also gives the clue to the researcher where they conclude that the environment on its day was significantly warmer than now.

I hope this creature will not exist in this century anymore .hihihihi....The most importance is the discovery of this animal can help scientist and researcher to find more about pastime and its become a knowledge for the next generation until the end of the world.

Hi… I’m back again,
Here I want to share with all about some information that I think it was interesting. This article helps me to gain more knowledge in the term of health.
The thing that I want to talk is about hepatitis disease. Maybe we are similar with that name but do you know we all have the possibility to get that disease and the scariest part is there are no cures for this illness. The medicine that are providing in the hospitals and clinic cannot totally cure the disease but just only to reduce the symptom of this illness. Hepatitis can be simply by an inflammation of the liver without pinpointing a specific cause. These diseases actually are caused by a virus and there are 3 types of hepatitis that we are frequently can be found in our community. It is the hepatitis A, hepatitis B and hepatitis C. Hepatitis C is the most dangerous among them because sometimes its symptom also can cause of cancer.

Hepatitis A is common form in the children and it is caused by Hepatitis A Virus. The virus can be speared when someone ingest anything that’s contained with HAV (Hepatitis A Virus) infected tools. It also can be speared through water, milk and food especially shellfish. For this kind disease it is possible for people to be unaware that they have illness. Hepatitis is a disease that is cause by Hepatitis B Virus and it is also called serum hepatitis. Hepatitis B Virus (HBV) can cause a wide spectrum of symptoms ranging from general malaise to chronic disease that can lead to cancer. It can spread through few ways like sexual activity, share for injecting drugs, transmission from mothers to their newborn babies and also body fluid like blood, salvia, semen, add tears. Hepatitis C symptom is quite similar to Hepatitis A and B. It also can cause a chronic liver disease. The direct contact with an infected person’s blood is the easiest way to get infection. There also a few manner how this hepatitis can be spread like getting tattoo and body piercing, sexual contact, transmission blood, and sharing drugs needles.

When someone got this disease, we can detect it through its symptom. The symptom that is maybe a person get is they get the infection are general ill feeling (malaise), fever, muscle aches, loss of appetite, nausea, diarrhea, and a yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes. Like people always said prevention is better than cures, there is a few tips for anyone’s don’t want to get this illness. Firstly, you should follow good hygiene and avoid crowded unhealthy living condition. Then you should take an extra care, particularly when drinking and swimming. You also can use antiseptic cleansers to clean your toilet, sink and potty-chair. As you know shellfish can cause of this disease, so do not eat it especially it is come from the waters contaminated with sewage. If you have been get this illness there are a few treatment that is can help you to reduce this illness. Hepatitis B sometimes can be treat by medications and there are 4 types of drugs can be used as a treatment but there hasn’t been enough research yet. For Hepatitis A there is no medication can be used to treat this disease. I hope this information can help you to prevent from this disease and you will always good in health.
Thanks…….

Right now I want share with you all about something disease that I sure not many people know that. I know that disease when I watch it in the Oprah’s Show. The disease that I mean it is Autism. When I was first time heard it I’m very not clear about it. In the bottom of my heart, I am really wanted to know what it is and how it can be happen. That questioning always plays in my mind and makes me want to know it more.

When people who expert in that case explain about it, I get something new and the story of the people whose have a autism child make me feel very touchable. They said the others people around them never understand what they feel and face everyday. They always give a strange sight when the look at that innocent child especially when they out into the public. From the article that I search in the internet, autism mean the child disease that is can cause the mental and physical disorder. This disease effect one from 150 kids in the world and can you imagine if our child or family is one of them?

Autism actually cause by disorder of the child brain automatically causes the damage on the some importance part in the brain. This situation make the unlucky child do not willing to any work, their emotion is disarranging and they’re always do some repeating action. This situation also shows that their brain cannot process the impulse from the nerve system and make it disorganize. There are many opinions about the cause of this disease. Some expert say it is caused by the environment and the food that we take everyday especially to the pregnant women but the most correct theory is it is cause by the family genetic. It is hard to know the cause because the human brain is complicated.

Unfortunately there is no medicine can de use for cure this disease. The patient only takes the medicine for control their emotion to make sure they are in the controlled position. I hope one day the pharmaceutical will find the cures for this disease and the patient’s family will get back their happiness...

Now,I want to talk about what is the self-talk.Dr. Helmstetter wrote the Self-Talk CDs in this best-selling album because he listened to the same kind of Self-Talk himself years ago when he had a weight problem. Listening to exactly the right kind of professionally-recorded Self-Talk, he lost 58 lbs. in 10 ½ weeks, and kept it off, with no dieting (that was over 25 years ago). And the CDs in this special album are updated – and even better!

assalamualaikum and good day...

VANDALISM...how many of you know about this habit???let's talk about vandalism in schools.

Vandalism in schools might take a variety of forms, from doodling in books to writing on desks; from gouging walls to breaking windows, from slicing school bus seats to smashing school furniture. Although school administrators typically are responsible for dealing with student vandals, teachers who pay attention to the reasons for vandalism can play an important role in preventing the behavior.

what can we do???

1.Talk with students about respecting the property of others. Your students might need guidance about the importance of taking care of property that belongs to another person or to the school. Discuss with them what they should do if they lose or damage property that does not belong to them; talk about replacing the property or compensating the owner in some other way. Ask what they would want or expect to happen if another person damaged their property. Point out that school property also needs to be treated with respect, so it can be used and enjoyed by all students.

2.Examine a student's motivation for a specific act of vandalism. Understanding why a student damaged or destroyed property might help you figure out how to keep her from repeating the act. Try to identify the student's motivation by observing her carefully, and taking note of what triggers such behavior. Of course, although addressing the underlying concerns is important, that does not diminish the importance of holding the student accountable for the vandalism.

3.Be sure of a student's guilt before you accuse her. Do not accuse a student of vandalism unless you have convincing evidence she was responsible for it. If you suspect a student of vandalism, but have no proof, discuss the problem with her privately and ask if she knows what happened. If she denies any knowledge of the vandalism, don't pursue it. If you falsely accuse her, you risk alienating or angering her.

Inform your principal of any vandalism that occurs. Be sure to tell him or her about all but the most minor incidents. Your school might have a specific policy for handling vandalism, and your principal needs to know if the student or parent needs to compensate the school for the damage.

Inform parents of those responsible about all but the most minor acts of vandalism. Parental support ensures that you will be more effective in preventing future vandalism. Whether you contact parents for a particular incident depends on the extent of the damage. If a student has put gum under her desk or doodled in a book, you can handle the matter without informing the parent. If the incident is more serious, especially if it requires that the school be compensated in some way, a parent must be notified.

4.Require the student to make amends. Having the student remedy a problem she created is the best way of holding her accountable for her behavior. In determining the consequences, consider the nature of the damage and the age of the student, and make the punishment fit the crime. If a student has torn a page from a book, you might have her carefully tape the page back into the book. If she has put gum under a desk, you might have her stay after school and remove the gum from under all the desks in the classroom or cafeteria. If she has written on a desk, you might have her clean all the desks in the classroom. If the damage is such that a parent must pay for it, you might suggest --depending on the student's age -- that the parents find a suitable way for the child to work off at least a portion of the cost.

that'sall from me...thank you.

HOCKEY....
i want to talk about field hockey. Field hockey is played on gravel, natural grass, sand-based or water-based artificial turf, with a small, hard ball. The game is popular among both males and females in many parts of the country. The governing body is the 116-member International Hockey Federation (FIH). Modern field hockey sticks are J-shaped and constructed of a composite of wood, glass fibre or carbon fibre and have a curved hook at the playing end, a flat surface on the playing side and curved surface on the rear side.

I want to share some fact about global warmig....
• Average temperatures have climbed 1.4 degrees Fahrenheit (0.8 degree Celsius) around the world since 1880, much of this in recent decades, according to NASA's Goddard Institute for Space Studies.
• The rate of warming is increasing. The 20th century's last two decades were the hottest in 400 years and possibly the warmest for several millennia, according to a number of climate studies. And the United Nations' Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) reports that 11 of the past 12 years are among the dozen warmest since 1850.
• The Arctic is feeling the effects the most. Average temperatures in Alaska, western Canada, and eastern Russia have risen at twice the global average, according to the multinational Arctic Climate Impact Assessment report compiled between 2000 and 2004.
• Arctic ice is rapidly disappearing, and the region may have its first completely ice-free summer by 2040 or earlier. Polar bears and indigenous cultures are already suffering from the sea-ice loss.
• Glaciers and mountain snows are rapidly melting—for example, Montana's Glacier National Park now has only 27 glaciers, versus 150 in 1910. In the Northern Hemisphere, thaws also come a week earlier in spring and freezes begin a week later.
• Coral reefs, which are highly sensitive to small changes in water temperature, suffered the worst bleaching—or die-off in response to stress—ever recorded in 1998, with some areas seeing bleach rates of 70 percent. Experts expect these sorts of events to increase in frequency and intensity in the next 50 years as sea temperatures rise.
