Referred to the Oxford Study Dictionary, huminity means beinghumane and kindheartedness.

So,i have read an article on this word, humanity. The announcement by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak that some 860,000 civil servants in the Support Group, who make up almost 60 percent of the civil service, will receive RM500 special cash assistance.

For me,the government’s goodwill payment is a big sacrifice in the interest of the people as the country is bracing the economic downturn.

The instalment will help the deserving civil servants to prepare for Aidilfitri and can ease their burden before schools reopen next year.

In conclusion, the people who are in need should be help so that there is noboby will be in sad in Aidilfitri

Assalamualaikum..

Hunger is one of the problem that we used to hear and until now, there is no solution..Africa for example has suffer in a major hunger crisis..The problems does not come from the people but it comes from the government that refuse to accept its own failings..When problems like this occur, this is where our help is needed..We should not let this problem to not come to an end..And to stop this, everyone should take their own responsibility to help others..Give them food supply or help them in a way we can..Just think..They are human being like us and they also deserve to be treated in the best way we can..If you think you are not lucky enough, think again..There are others that are more unlucky than us..Thank You..

I have read an article from New Strait Times on 24th September 2009 about that human being are on the verge of pushing nature into a stage of instability.I think that it is just like nothing humanity had seen on human being. For example, settler try to cut down all the trees in the jungle for development but it will cause excessive global warming which might lead to a rapid rise in sea levels, the collapse of major circulation patterns and drastic change to regional climates, including more floods and retreating glacies.Besides that, people dirty the rivers by throwing the rubbish into them which will harm the wildlife including the fish we eat.In the name of progress, factories have sprung up everywhere.Smoke and chemical fumes from factories are very dangerous and can poison the air we breath. So,humanity are very important to keep our environment free of pollution.

Greetings everyone! Read an article about HUMANITY from following link: http://www.clovetwo.com/articles/story.asp?file=/2009/8/21/reallives/4558171&sec=reallives.
In my opinion, the world now is changing rapidly in terms of technology but 1 thing that was left abandoned aside is HUMANITY! I just can’t believe this cases can happen everywhere especially from the countries that are well developed like Malaysia. Well this article is actually about abandoned animals which mostly are cats and dogs. There were 2257 of them were abandoned and basically these stray animals were pets to the ‘caring owner’ whom abandoned them for many excuses. Some owners just do any HUMANITY in them by abandoning after feeling bored of taking care of these pets. They just couldn’t be bother about the responsible of their ownership towards these pets and do not think of the consequences before abandoning these animals. I seriously wonder why these owners would like to take these animals as pets and abandoned them as stray animals without the feeling of being HUMANITY! Where is their HUMANITY??? Why they can treat to these poor little innocent animals such a way? Will they treat the same to their parents or children? Or in my opinion they are setting a bad example for their children and society to follow, that is the easiest way of getting rid of these ‘unwanted’ pets would be left and abandoned them by the roadside or anywhere that is secluded. I just really hope besides being a responsible as owner, the public should also show concern and their HUMANITY by giving care and shelter and not to hurt these stray animals if by chance they meet one by the roadside. That’s about my view on this HUMANITY related article, I hope those out who are having a pet right now, should be thinking of abandoning their pets and for those who thinking of taking an animal as a pet, THINK TWICE before you really get the ownership to the pets. Lastly, thank you for your time!

hello...

environment pollution is indeed a big problem we are facing nowadays..there are four types of environment pollution which are air pollution, land pollution, sound pollution and water pollution..what i can highlight is where is the sense of humanity??? Nowadays we can see that human like to throw away rubbish everywhere..this is not the right thing to do as a human who are given minds to think...so as a student we should use our minds as a gateaway to solve or reduce the pollution...

salam..
sorry for being late to post my comment here..but at least ..'better late than never'..right miss..
well, I've read an article in The Stars Online..The URL is http://blog.thestar.com.my/default.asp?page=28&cat=12.. The title of the article is It knows no boundaries..
The first thought when i finish reading this article is that, how can possibly such an unforgiveable attitude could ever exist in this world..Yet I kept thinking about it, I said to myself, If this kind of people did'nt exist this world wouldn't be fascinating..
But, of course I didn't agree with such kind of act done by the people at the place..Not that I want to say the people in Malaysia is Racist or what, but although maybe some kind of factor may differentiate us with one another, but in thee name of humanity..we should put aside all that factor and stick together as one nation.
The people at the scene should offer a help at least or should call for the paramedic not just pass by and do nothing..
But I was so amazed by the act of the Chinese man in his action to help the victim..What makes me be more amazed is that his word to the writer..If he didn't start it..nobody would..this shows a strong act of humanity of the man..

Thank you..

The 21th century saw more momentous change than any previous century: change for better? change for worse? change that brought enormous benefits to human beings? change that threatens the very existence of the human species? If we from the enviroment, we will notice that the value of humanity is droping and become less and less. The wasting of earth materials and pollution getting worse and worse. These had bring a lot of disease and hurricane problems. These disease and hurricane are: H1N1, Aids,Storm and flood in U.S. Although a lot of warning given and money spend to solve these problem, but the enviroment still not get any chance. The important thing is to increase the moral value and humanity of human in rescue our earth. Article from: http://earthblips.dailyradar.com/

Gangsterism is common in a developing nation such as Malaysia and we have heard a lot about it occurring in schools. It has been reported that in developed countries, schoolchildren are increasingly involved in gangs. So, what happening now? Why such a modern world but still have people do behave uncivilise? Nowadays human develop gangsterism not because they really act like stone age people by using violence to mark they land but just come from their emotional behaviour. When they face something or someone they dislike they will start bully that 'target' or spoil that thing. Besides that, what common thngs gangsters do are extort money from shop owners, hawkers and the like,
receive payment for threatening others or to beat someone up,
protect or cover-up gambling, prostitution, and drug trafficking syndicates, ransom people for money, be a part of organised crime, force anyone to join a gang and its illegal activities attend a gang’s swearing-in ceremony and lastly engage in “table talk” or a fight with other gang members. All these activities they have make the community sick, the mother nature will lack of loving, caring, safety and lost of humanity of humanbeings. Most serious that could be if this phenomenon influence the kids, our future, then that really will be the end of world. So, stop this now, where is the humanity of man kinds? Wake Up!!!

I want to share with you all about humanity of israel eventhough we just heard about cruelty of israel only.Israel has shown itself to provide humanitarian assistance to numerous disaster crises:

Jan 2005 tsunami: Israel is one of the first nations to offer assistance to the sea-ravaged region: -hundreds of thousands of dollars of aid to countries affected -sent medical relief team, medicine and tonns of much needed food, water, blankets, tents generators, equipment, etc.

Jan-Feb. 2001 Earthquake in El Salvador: - Israel sends medical relief team - medical supplies and equipment - provides 22 tons of clothing and blankets

Jan. 2001 Earthquake in India: - Israel sends team of medical personnel and medical equipment - Israeli medics treat victims, deliver babies and assist in search-and-rescure efforts

April 2000 Ethiopia: - Israel provides 30 tons of emergency medical aid (food, water medicine, blankets, supplies) to starving Ethiopians

Aug. 1999 Earthquake in Turkey: - Israel sends search-and-rescue team, dogs, equipment to assist victims - Israel sets up hospital to treat adults and children; with intensive care unit, operating room, delivery room and laboratories

April 1999 Kosovo crisis: - Israel sends medics and medical aid to Kosovo refugees

Nov. 1998 Hurricane Mitch disaster: - Israel provides aid (medical aid teams, equipment and supplies) to Central American countries following the natural disaster

Thus - Israel has shown to provide medical and emergency assistance to certain nations, but has also engaged in a 60-year genocide of Palestinian people within its own borders.

well, thats only my research about humanity of israel..

thank you!!

i had read an article about war by jericho.. War does not happen unless there is something to gain. War is the most extreme demonstration of ownership. Ownership can be anything: land, ideology, people, oil, loyalty, obedience, and even a purpose. We all “know” what horrors it can bring, even if we don’t fully appreciate these horrors.. this article also mentioned that Greed is the root of all things evil and the ultimate cause of negative progress..

Greeting..
I've read an article about bridging humanity to nature..
this is the link..

http://www.llewellyn.com/journal/article/996

He said that..
Bridges are constructed with tools, solid materials and hard work. With Ecoshamanism I offer time-tested tools and materials that many people have already used to make the crossing, but only you can provide the work. The work I propose can be challenging; it’s not easy to step out of our comfort zone and alter our view of reality. But comfort and reality are simply states of mind, and the people of the New Age already know this. That is why so many people are now leaving the cruel island for a more holistic way of life.

I totally agree with him..

humanity? being humane and kindhearted?

this the value that we all should instil in ourself. according to the news that i had read recently, the top spm student in our country get her dream house from the state executive councillor Datuk Nik Amar Abdullah. this is what we call being kindheartedness. the State concerned with the welfare of we malaysian and had offers a lot of things for us to benefit. the top student now can live with her family comfortably rather than in previous days where they have to live in a cramped dilapidated rent house.

so, for me, humanity must work not just to the State, but to all of us. we should take a look around, help the others on need. being humane won't harm you, instead it will make you happy and can have some satisfaction.

as a conclusion, humanity does work for everybody. it is up to us whether to practise it or not.
