Caffeine..

I am the first!!Hihihi... today, i would like to share about caffeine..caffeine is a drug that is naturally produced in the leaves and seeds of many plants. It is also produced artificially and added to certain food. Caffeine stimulates the central nervous system (the brain and spinal cord) causing increased mental alertness.

Caffeine causes headaches, jitters, anxiety and disturbs with normal sleep. Caffeine may cause the body to lose calcium, this can leads to osteoporosis. Caffeine also aggravate certain heart problems and may interact with some medication.

So, it think we`ll better cut down on our caffeine intake..!!

Global Warming

Did you feel that the weather become hot days by days? The answer for this problem is global warming.Global warming is when the earth's temperature increases above normal value.
It is due to the green house effect where the Earth's temperature increases due to certain gases in the atmosphere trap energy from the sun.
Green house effect is important to humans as it give warmth, but if the effect is too strong, it makes the Earth warmer than average temperature of 60 degrees Celsius.

When the Earth is warm, it leads to a rise in the sea level, changes in rainfall patterns and has an impact on humans, wildlife and plants.

We might think it is not important now as we do not know the effect it has on humans and other living things on Earth.
So.. Try to make a difference, because you can!

WHEN BUSINESS IS ON THE MENU

Does your knowledge about business dining is enough? Below are the situation and what must you do: -

1) You host a business dinner; your guest orders an appetizer.
~You must order one whether you're hungry or not because it's awkward when only one person is eating.

2) You're at the table with some guests, waiting for others to arrive.
~You must wait till everyone arrives. Keep the table pristine. Don't make any not good impression while waiting everyone arrives.

3) At a business dinner, your customer asks you to order $800 seafood.
~Explain that your budget does not allow it and suggest another menu. You can enlist the server's help choosing something within your budget.

4) Which is the best choice for business dining?
~The best choice is chicken breast with rice and roasted vegetables. Choose food that's easy to eat and chew such as chicken or fish.

For the conclusion, the term 'customers always right' is right but cannot always follow them until your money has no left. When in front of customers, you must in proper manner and must follow a protocol.

ANGER TAKES YOUR BREATH AWAY

This is the effect if you losing your temper: -

~Being anger can make your lungs weaker. The lungs power of those who exhibited high levels of hostility had become significantly worse compared to those with low rating, study by Harvard School of Public Health.

~When you're angry, you produce hormones to help your body prepare for fight. These release chemicals that can cause cells in your bronchial tubes to inflame. The tubes then narrow and you'll feel breathless.

This type of lung damage is tiny compared to the effects of smoking, but long-term, irreversible damage can be caused.

The moral of this article is, as an example when someone cuts into your lane in traffic, don't fly into a rage. You must take a deep breath, count one to ten and think that is no use to anger or quarrel with someone about a small thing.

whats next? It is AIDS. AIDS?what is it?Simple, Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome. Huh? What's that?? It is a set of symptoms or infection due to the damage of the immune system (the body's defence system from bacteria or viruses) caused by Human Immunodeficiency Virus or HIV. This disease gradually reduces the
efficiency of the body's immune system that causes bacteria or viruses to invade the body.

How can one get AIDS?
The commonest mode of transfer will be sex. Then through blood transfusion, sharing needles etc. And not forgetting, from a mother to their fetus during pregnancy, during labour and breastfeeding . But this can be prevented by medication.

But remember you can't get infected by:-
~social contact, for example, hugging or shaking hands
~mosquito bite - the virus cannot stay in the atmosphere, it will die.
~sharing food, drinks or sharing a bed
~sharing the same swimming pool, toilet or phone

*but remember, if we have any cuts or open wounds, try to avoid the infected person's saliva or blood to come in contact.

So, we can be friend a person with HIV/AIDS. We do not have to isolate or discriminate them. It will not cause us any harm if we take proper precautions.

earth's atmosphere

The Earth's atmosphere or air is a layer of gases surrounding the p Earth which is retained by the Earth's gravity. Dry air contains r78.08% nitrogen, 20.95% oxygen, 0.93% argon, 0.038% carbon dioxide, and trace amounts of other gases.Besides that, air also contain about 1% of water vapour.Do you know the benefit of atmosphere?let me tell you. The atmosphere protects life on Earth by absorbing ultraviolet solar radiation, warming the surface through heat retention (greenhouse effect), and reducing temperature extremes between day and night. There are five different atmospheric layers such as Troposphere,Stratosphere,Mesophere,Thermosphere and lastly Exosphere. We need air in order to survive in this world.

The Nutrition Magic of Mushrooms

1)They safeguard against cancer. Mushrooms are rich in disease-fighting phytochemicals, and eating them regularly has been linked to a lower risk of breast cancer in studies of Chinese and Korean women. Mushrooms also prevent prostate cancer cells from multiplying in mice -- and might do the same in men.

2)They supply hard-to-get nutrients. One medium portobello mushroom supplies 21 percent of the recommended daily intake of selenium and one third your need of copper; it also has as much potassium as a medium-size banana. Other varieties are just as rich in minerals, a recent analysis found. What's more, mushrooms retain their nutrients when stir-fried, grilled, or microwaved.

3)They help you cut calories. When ground beef was swapped out for mushrooms in lasagna, sloppy joes, and chili, adults consumed 400 fewer calories per day, according to a Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health study. Researchers estimate that if you sub mushrooms for ground meat in one meal every week, you can lose five pounds in a year. Just don't sabotage this fringe benefit by preparing mushrooms with loads of butter. Instead, toss them into a nonstick pan that's been lightly sprayed with oil, then sauté on low heat until they soften.

assalamualaikum...

From my readings, I have a tips and hints to get fit and healthy. There have top 10 nutrition and fitness tips:

1. Get real and be specific. Write down three or four realistic goals that you can stick to. For example, "I will try to lose one pound of body fat every week. I will walk for 30 minutes minimum five days a week." Avoid fantasy-land goals that will only frustrate you.

2. Get prepared. Throw away all the junk, the processed, and the "bingeable" foods now and replace them with fresh, whole foods like lots of water and veggies. Buy a new pair of walking shoes and find some clothes in your closet you feel comfortable to walk in. During a lifestyle change, if you fail to plan, then you plan to fail!

3. Get support. Whether it's your best friend, spouse, or pet, it helps to have some nonjudgmental and nurturing support when trying to lose weight, especially during trying times.

4. Make daily notes. Research has shown that keeping track of your daily exercise and food intake in a journal or notebook will increase the likelihood of success. Keep it simple, or if you're inspired, write a novel! The key is to hold yourself accountable.

5. Create a food-free reward system. How about a new workout outfit, pair of jeans, shoes -- or what the heck, even a spa treatment, shopping spree, or weekend getaway? You deserve this kind of treatment when you reach your goals.

6. Buy a pedometer. A pedometer keeps track of how many steps you take daily. Wear it every day, around home, work, and while exercising. Your National Body Challenge goal is to increase your steps by 10,000 or more daily! Remember this: You'll burn roughly 100 to 125 calories by taking 2,500 steps (about one mile). The goal during the challenge is to burn 300 extra calories and to eat roughly 200 calories less in a day. This 500-calorie deficit is equivalent to one pound of body fat per week and a healthy boost to your self-esteem.

7. Don't skip breakfast. Research shows that the most successful "losers" never skip it. Try to keep it balanced with some protein, a healthy carb, and a small amount of fat. Here are some examples: an egg-white omelet with fresh berries and a piece of whole-wheat toast, or a skim milk shake with fruit and yogurt.

8. Nix the late-night eating. If you eat a lot of excess calories after 8 p.m., you wear them the next morning. Put a stop to this by making sure you have a healthy dinner consisting of lean protein, veggies, and fruit.

9. Eliminate processed sugars. Processed sugars are carbs that have been stripped of their valuable nutrients. How can you identify these sugars? They are all white: table sugar, pasta, rice, and bread, and they're nothing but trouble, since they kick up your appetite for more of the same.

10. Have a mid-afternoon snack. This will curb your appetite and provide fuel for your after-work walk or workout at the gym. Some great snack ideas include: reduced-fat peanut butter on a multi-grain cracker, a couple of pieces of low-fat string cheese and an apple, cottage cheese with pineapple, or try a low-fat cheese microwaved in a whole-wheat pita.

Thanks you..

Exotic Juices for Disease Prevention

A glass of pure juice is a convenient way to get a serving of fresh fruit, not to mention disease-fighting polyphenols and protection from LDL oxidation-the trigger for the development of "bad" cholesterol.

Best sources. A study shows that some of the new "gourmet" juices -- made from pomegranates, blueberries, black cherries, Concord grapes, or açaí berries from South American palm trees-have up to 20 percent more antioxidants than orange, apple, and cranberry, the old standbys.

Where to find them. These more exotic juices are often stocked in a store's health food or fresh produce section. Pick those labeled 100 percent juice, since they'll have no added sugar or syrups, says David Heber, MD, director of the UCLA Center for Human Nutrition.

How to serve them. While these juices tend to be more expensive, they're intensely flavored, so a little will go a long way. Dr. Heber likes the tangy flavor of undiluted pomegranate juice (“it's like a good, full-bodied red wine”), but it's easy to tone down a pure juice's strong taste by blending it into a smoothie, mocktail, or spritzer.

4 Ways to Eat Better and Spend Less

The thrifty way to fill your cart:

1)Penny-pinch on organics. Skip organic "junk" foods like cookies and crackers, but do go organic for milk. Most families drink milk every day, and a couple of recent European studies suggest organic can be healthier than the conventional version. In those studies, organic milk contained 75 percent more beta-carotene, 50 percent more vitamin E, and up to 70 percent more omega-3 fatty acids.

2)Hit the deep freeze for produce. Cold protects nutrients along with your wallet. In one study, frozen broccoli's vitamin C dipped just 10 percent in a year's time, while fresh broccoli's plummeted 56 percent in seven days.

3)Don't snub store brands. Generic canned or bottled goods and cereals are often identical in quality to name brands. And picking brand X can make natural or organic items affordable.

4)Do it yourself. You can buy a loaf of whole-grain bread for about $4 -- or make seven or eight loaves from a five-pound bag of flour for about $3. Automatic bread makers do all the work and are available for as little as $25.

Best Ways to Add Fruit to Your Diet

1. Squeeze more citrus fruit into your cart. Oranges, lemons, limes, and grapefruit aren't just rich in vitamin C, they're surprisingly good sources of fiber. (One large orange contains 4 grams.) Lemon and lime juice are delicious in homemade salad dressings. The zest can be grated into vinaigrette dressings or added to the dry ingredients of breads and cakes. Lemons may have another advantage: Some preliminary research suggests that acidic foods like lemon actually blunt the effect of meals on your blood sugar. Buy a few extra lemons and plan to add the juice to everything from tuna sandwiches to pasta dishes.

2. Bag some apples. Want to keep your blood sugar on an even keel? Heed the old saying about eating apples to keep the doctor away. Apples are loaded with soluble fiber, which slows the digestion of food and thus the entry of glucose into the bloodstream. One group of researchers discovered that women who ate at least one apple a day were 28 percent less likely to develop diabetes than those who ate none. Apples are also rich in flavonoids, antioxidants that help prevent heart disease -- if you eat the skin.

3. Put a cantaloupe in your cart. These melons are real standouts in the vitamin C department. And despite their sweetness, melons don't contain a lot of sugar, so forget anything you've heard about banning them from your diet. Can't use up a whole cantaloupe by having a slice every morning with breakfast? No problem. Cut it into chunks and scatter them in some sugar-free flavored gelatin, then chill. Voila -- an easy, low-fat dessert. A cup of melon contains more than your recommended daily allowance of vitamin A, essential protection against some of diabetes' major complications, such as kidney and retina problems.

4. Buy as many berries as you can eat in a week. They may be candy to your taste buds, but their sweetness is deceptive. Fructose, the natural sugar found in most fruits, is sweeter than sucrose (table sugar), so it takes much less (with fewer calories) to get that sweet taste. And fructose is friendlier to blood sugar, causing a much slower rise than sucrose does. Berries are chock-full of fiber, not to mention anthocyanins, healthful plant compounds that scientists believe may help lower blood sugar by boosting insulin production.

HOW DO ROBINS FIND WORMS?

Robins is a bird that have burnt-orange-hued chest. The robins appears to cock its head towards the grass just before picking up a worm, it is positioning its ear hole towards the worm for better hearing. Birds are extremely visual and may be highly sensitive to movement. They could be cocking their heads towards their prey merely to gain a better focus of it on their fovea, an area on the retina with a high number of receptor cones. Birds do have a better sense of smell than once believed; there is no proof that robins can smell worms. The robins would likely be holding its beak and hence its nostrils, closer to the ground. Eyesight is likely the best means for robins to catch worms, but robins can’t rule out hearing.

Firstly, select 2 types of veggies (cucumbers and carrots),a fish or artificial cooked crab, some dried seaweed and uncooked rice. Then, place 2 cups of sushi rice in a rice cooker and then rinse the rice repeatedly until the rice water is not cloudy. Then fill the rice pot with new water. After that, cut the carrots in half long wise and then cut them into long skinny strips. Repeat on the cucumber.Cut the crab into little strips.
If the rice is ready, take it out and put it in a dish. Add in sugar and salt and stir until it dissolves.Pour the mixture onto the rice and mix thoroughly by "slicing" the rice.Place the seaweed laver on a bamboo mat and then spread rice onto the seaweed. Place the strips of the veggies and the crab onto rice.Roll the bamboo into a long roll by first folding the bottom third in then roll it up.Now remove the sushi roll from the bamboo.Lastly, cut down the middle of the roll, take each half and place them parallel to each other. Repeat by cutting both halves down the middle simultaneously, take those portions and repeat one last time.

Appreciate our Independence

Salam muhibbah. This is the second, now let’s talk about something different. Its about the land we has been growing on and we live in it for all this while. I’m sure all of us know the history and the chronology on how our nation got the independence from the colonial British a half of century because we had been taught subject ‘Sejarah’ since in secondary school and then followed by subject Malaysian Studies in this UMP. When we had known the real story, we now realise that how hard our ancestors to gain this independence like today. There were many people had died in order to protect our country from any colonials. They had to suffer a lot, there’s no food to eat, no medical equipments, no school and many more. Everyday, they had to live in danger waiting for bombs crushed their home. As we see from other countries in this world who had been exploited by other colonist, they can’t live in peacefully, there will always tragic news that we heard from television. Small kids, old folks and women, who are innocent were killed without any sympathy. We must be grateful that we do not have to live in that situations anymore, and that’s because we live in an independent country. All the hard days that had gone through by our ancestors became a history, but, do not forget it, take the lessons from what had happened, we don’t want the same history repeated again. Let’s together protect ours and keep the peacefully maintain.

why do people smile?

Our emotions are easily guessed through a facial expressions. So,when we smile,it will show that we are in calm situation, not angry and in good mood. There are many reasons why we smile. For example, while taking picture,we usually smile because we want to capture that moment as a happy moment of our life.We also smile when we are tickled by somebody. This is because when we are touched at the weak points of our body,it will release hormones that create the feeling of pleasure in our mind and hence cause smile.People also smile due to the happiness in their life. But,some people smile when feeling sad in order to hide their true feeling so that nobody will discover their sadness.Besides that,a person also smiles when he is feeling nervous just to hide his nervousness.

Dreaming Home
Salam readers…hope you’ll enjoying this afternoon and spend it together with your friends and use it wisely to study as the final nearer. I guess so. Whatever, I want to share something with you today, hope you’ll keep on reading this post or you’ll miss something interesting in it. A dreaming home, what’s it all about to have a good place to live in and there we can built a happy family and certainly this would be an ambition for everyone. As for me a dreaming home is a home that built with a sincere love that needs every member to care each others and understand each member. A dreaming home must have a versatile space which allows it to adapt to a family’s changing needs, and there’s no better example of it than a bonus room. In fact, a bonus room is so flexible. Besides, the primary hangout for the kids because they would prefer to playing around. The important thing is it must be safer for them. Then, it can be an all-inclusive room with stereo, television and video game systems, or it could be solely dedicated to one purpose such as being a home theatre or music room. At least we do not have to go to cinema to watching movies, wasting times and also money its enough just in our own houses. Furthermore, wiring and equipments compatibility are two of the biggest aspects. Moreover, a dreaming home must be filled with beautiful decorations indoor and also outdoor. A natural environment could fit the dreaming home. A calm scenery with flowers, the lake of varieties of fishes and many more. We do not have to travel far to a holiday, because it’s there in our dreaming home. A big and beautiful home without love and caring is useless, its better to live in a small one that full of joy and happiness.

Advantages of jogging

Want to get fit and health in safest way?? Here are. Let’s jogging regularly. Jogging is likely walking, which can be done anytime, anywhere and involves only one person. But, do not forget to ask your friends to accompany cause you’ll be more enjoying you jogging. Jogging has all the health benefits of walking, it conditions the heart, improves muscle tone and strength, relieves stress, and can help with a variety of health problems, such as osteoporosis, heart disease and diabetes. According to the American Council on Exercise (ACE), a 160-pound person jogging at 6 miles per hour will burn around 12.5 calories each minute. It is more efficient way to achieve cardiovascular fitness and will burn more calories mainly due to its high impact. Here are some exercise guidelines I found from an article about jogging;
• Warm up first with either a fast walk or a slow run, followed by some light stretching.
• Most experts suggest that you land on the ball of your heel and let the rest of the foot follow. You want to push off from your toes as you begin your next step.
• Don't hunch up. Keep your back reasonably straight and your shoulders back. When you come to a hill, it is only natural to lean forward a bit, which is perfectly fine.
• Let your arms swing naturally; don't hold them to your sides.
• Don't worry so much about how far you are jogging. Rather than set a distance goal, set a time goal. Increase your time gradually; experts usually recommend an increase of only 10 percent a week to avoid burnout or injury from overexertion.
• On especially hot days, consider carrying some cool water along to avoid dehydration during your workout.
So, what are you waiting for, let’s jog this evening, you’ll feel how relieved it was.

What comes to mind when we hear 'hypocrisy'?
For me, nothing comes to mind... It is because I do not believe in hypocrisy anymore. I can't lead my life the way people want me to. I was never brought up that way. My mom once told me that in life I can't always please everybody. Some may like you, some may not... So we just have to face the fact that nobody is perfect and we can't always be the person others want us to be.

When I was younger, I always pretended to be someone I'm not. I'd just 'go with the flow' as some may say. Very insecure indeed. But I guess I'm just trying to fit in... After all, my schooling days when I was younger were one of the worst nightmare I've ever experienced. I was afraid what people would think of me.

Now... When I'm older, I realized that I shouldn't be satisfying other people's expectation because I'll never be the person they want me to be. That's not how I want my life to be.. Full of lies. People may not like what they see... But at least I'm not hiding. I should be satisfying myself... I'll be happy!

Tonight, i had read an article about the boy and the tree. A son's sacrifice towards his parents is not complete until the situation he buys and frees his parents from becoming slaves. As we already know, we cannot deny the greatness of our beloved parent’s sacrifice, how they have spent most of the time lives to secure our future; their children’s future. one day, when a boy was a small child, he used to play with a particular tree everyday as a hobby. Tree was very happy and wished that it could stop time from going on so that it could stay with the boy forever. But time goes on by and the boy gradually grows older day by day, year by year.he doesn’t play with the tree anymore. So, the tree becomes very sad and lonely. one gloomy morning, as the tree was standing alone, remembering the happy days they had together, it got a shock joy as the boy come back. The boy went away happily but didn’t return for along time.Once again, the tree sacrificed itself and was partly cut down. But again, the boy left the tree alone and never come back anymore. In this story, the tree symbolizes our parents. Children never appreciate their parents’ sacrifice but always asking for more. Parents, on the other hand, never abandon their children’s hope and sacrifice all they could. Some nowadays think that money could pay for what they have done, that is by giving their parents money. Always remember, love has no substitute, be it billions of dollars or ringgit, no value can match the price of love. The parent’s sacrifices are invaluable. So, appreciate every moment and every second that we have with them before we were late.

Tips for basic skin care

Assalamualaikum….
For most of us, the skin care routines have become bogged down with loads and loads of information, products and remedies. Actually all you have to do is just spend 3 or 5 minutes every morning and night for a young, glowing and healthy looking skin. This is a tip for your skin care. If you have pimples or newly grown moles on your face , you got to mix some bread with unboiled milk and apply it on that part till it dries and don’t wash your face for an hour or so, do it early in the morning, then within 1 week , they will disappear and no scars will be there either. Let’s try it. :)

Beauty for Teens

My comment in this article is good because it can solve all our beauty problems especially for girl. From my reading, teenage girls always seem natural beauty and use little makeup for getting naturally glows of the skin. The two keywords for the skin tone are soft and delicate that teens should keep in mind while doing makeup using the foundation. The colors for their natural skin tone such as shades of pink, coral, neutral brown and gray. Apply the blush to the apple of cheeks and just blend outwards towards hairline. Beside that, use lipstick in a light shade or natural shade. Use eye make-up which complements of eyes and if go to involve in sports and outdoor activities make sure that it is water proof. For the eyeliner, use soft gray to line the lashes and mix it well to the outside fringe. Apply one coat of brown mascara but if have typically black eyelashes, use black mascara too. That’s all.

Difference between "Love" & "Like"

This is my last post for this month. :) For this last post, i would like to share about the differences between love and like. Those word look similar, but actually both have different meanings. As example:

-In front of the person you love, your heart beats faster.
But in front of the person you like, you get happy.
-In front of the person you love, winter seems like spring
But in front of the person you like, winter is just beautiful winter.
-If you look into the eyes of the one you love, you blush
But if you look into the eyes of the one you like, you smile.
-In front of the person you love, you can't say everything on your mind
But in front of the person you like, you can.
-In front of the person you love, you tend to get shy
But in front of the person you like, you can show your own self.
-You can't look straight into the eyes of the one you love
But you can always smile into the eyes of the one you like.
-When the one you love is crying, you cry with them
But when the one you like is crying, you end up comforting.
-The feeling of love starts from the eye
But the feeling of like starts from the ear.
-So if you stop liking a person you used to like,
all you need to do is cover your ears.
-But if you try to close your eyes, love turns into
a drop of tear and remains in your heart forever ...
That is the different meaning of like and love in a relationship. But,in word love means of acceptance to overcome differences by acceptance each other, affection that is state of feeling, consideration that thoughtful or sympatethic regarded of other, understanding, sensitive, emphaty that ability to share other emotion, feeling and understanding other people. But,like just a simple meaning to agreeable, prefer or wish to do something, similer characteristic and in manner to like that. For example "i love to watch that movie its meaning so deeply about that movie".But if we said "i like to eat apple" its means we just enjoy it or in simple word is impermenant. As conlusion, like and love is have different meaning that depend on some situation. In relationships, love and like must together to achieve our happy life with our lover.By than please realize our relationship is in like or love or like and love before we are too late to realize this feeling.

HOW TO LEARN IN CLASS

You may want to examine the following sets of behaviours, which characterize successful students. You will notice that many of these behaviours occur outside of class (before and after) in order that your learning in class be powerful.

Be Prepared
The first set of behaviours can be represented by the Boy Scout motto 'Be Prepared'. Preparation begins the day before class. Are any assignments due? If so, do them. Read or at least skim the assigned readin. This strategy is crucial for it will prepare you to take competent class notes. More about this later. Become familiar with the main topics and new vocabulary and at least look at charts and graphs. Be sure to quickly skim chapter summaries.Organize your life and your schedule to arrive at class five to ten minutes early in a relatively good physical state

Be Active
Like Che CP said...hihihhi...
In lecture classes, you create study notes that, when combined with your outside readings, should constitute your learning resources. Those notes should not replicate the book, but instead they should comprise a record of the main points of the lecture (there are usually five or six), relevant facts to support those points, and explanations of difficult ideas. Listen for concepts and facts you did not find in the readings. When you begin to take lecture notes, think about what you are trying to accomplish. It will be easy to learn after we use this method. What are you waiting for?Just try it..

HOW TO EAT IN CLASS

Today, i want to share how to eat in class. The article very useful and more advantages i get from there. Most teachers will not allow their students to eat in class, maybe because kids leave behind trash. Have you ever felt really hungry in class, but it's still hours away to lunchtime? If you follow these steps properly you can learn how to eat in class but not get caught.Firstly, sit as far away from the teacher as possible. If you sit in the front, turn sideways and pop your food into your mouth when your teacher is not looking.Break your food into bite-size chunks under the desk if it is too large.Secondly, Hunch down and look at your teacher's eyes. Whenever anything blocks your view such as another classmate's head and you cannot see your teacher's eyes, it means that he can't see you either.
Thirdly, avoid bringing messy food. Try granola bars, jelly beans, hand-held jello and chocolate chips.Besides that, bring a water bottle for when you get thirsty. Most teachers will allow water. If you're only allowed to bring water try putting your beverage in an opaque water bottle.Enjoy your snack, and pick up after yourself. If your teacher finds trash he/she will begin to suspect.
We use this method The Sweatshirt Method means bring a big sweatshirt that you can stick the bag or whatever it is you are eating in. Gradually keep taking small bits of the food you are eating but be careful in use this method.Thank You...

CJ7
Assalamulaikum..

From my readings, I have a sinopsis from this story.
Shaolin Soccer and Kung Fu Hustle director Stephen Chow returns to the helm for this comedy about a struggling single father whose quest to find the perfect toy for his son. Ti (Chow) is a poor construction worker who breaks his back to ensure that his young son Dicky (Xu Jiao) can stay enrolled in an exclusive private school. But while Ti does everything possible to give his son the opportunities that he never had, Dicky still feels like a classroom reject due to his tattered clothes and lack of the latest toys. Dicky's classmates all play with the coolest and most expensive gadgets that money can buy, so how is a kid who gets his toys from the local junkyard ever supposed to fit in? One day, while scrounging through the trash heap in search of a new toy, Ti discovers a mysterious orb and brings it straight back to Dicky. Though at first the "CJ7" appearred, it proves to be much, much more once the young boy starts to play with it. Realizing that his new toy may be just the thing to help him fit in with his demanding classmates, Dicky brings the CJ7 to school with him in order to show it off and have some fun. But the CJ7 has its own ideas about how to have fun, and it isn't long before the situation at school gets hopelessly out of hand.Sorry, the ending not available in the article. So,i cannot tell you about it.

OUR DRAWINGS

Assalamualaikum .Hye all, good evening. Let’s read this. I want to tell you the secret that hiding from our drawing. From it we can know how someone’s personalities are. As from previous RAKSI, we had been asked to draw a house, mountains, sun,a snake, flowers, rivers, birds, stones, and a coconut tree. At first, I do not understand why the facilitator asked us to do that, but it sounded interesting. Then we started drawing everything asked based on our imagination. From our drawings, we can conclude that, every single thing we drew on the paper brought its own meaning. For the coconut tree, if we drew it higher than the house, it’s mean that we are an ambitious person. Then, the sun that drew hiding from the mountain, then we are a shy person, if we drew otherwise, it means that we are a happy go lucky person and always taking parts in discussions. Then, the flowers shows our loyalty towards our spouses. If the flower just a bouquet, it symbolize us as a loyal one, then, if there just a flower, means that we are not loyal to our partner, in other words, we are tend to cheat our partners when we are not with them. Then, the rivers shows whether we are an open-minded person, if the river is from the mountain, then we are a someone who can think towards the future. After that, the stone, if it in the rivers, it means that we like to make the problems more difficult, if otherwise, we always make the problems faced as something natural and do not affected much by them. That’s all I have learnt from the RAKSI in previous week, based on my own drawing, I can say it 90% true, but I don’t want to revealed it here. For all the readers, let’s try it out, you’ll find some intersting in it.Beleive me…yeah..

How to be a better person??

We always want to be the best in this world. It can’t be denied anymore, everything we do, we need, and also we buy, it must be the best one. Once we think, how best we are instead of everything??Therefore, how to be a better person?First we need to change ourselves. Changing the world begins first with changing ourselves. Self improvement involves means taking an honest look at ourselves to identify our shortcomings and improve them. These steps will begin your journey into being a better person .Look for the best qualities of others and yourself. Give others the same dignity that you would expect to receive . Become involved in what others have to say by asking sincere questions and waiting for an answer. Provide assistance to others when needed, going out of your way if necessary. You are further demonstrating how to be a better person and reaping the rewards from your efforts while making others feel special. Empathize with others' plights or circumstances. Then, listening to your heart and following it instead of being judgmental contributes to your being a better person. Develop a set of standards and live by them. Don't allow others' viewpoints to alter your code of ethics. Besides, maintaining your personal values during difficult times will help you to be a better person.

Wau Bulan
Now, we on the windy season. On this season sometime people who are live in ‘Pantai Timur’ especially Kelantan and Terengganu will play Wau Bulan. Wau is very famous in Malaysia but Wau Bulan only famous at Kelantan and Terengganu. Once upon time ago, the player of Wau Bulan consists of famer and fishermen. Because at this time they all spend their times with playing Wau Bulan. It's one of Malaysia's national symbols, along some others being the Kris and hibiscus. The logo of Malaysia Airlines (MAS) is based on this kite. There are many type of wau in Malaysia. Each with its own speciality. Wau Kucing and Wau Merak are some of them. Wau Bulan got its name from the crescent like shape of its tail. Given right color. Wau Bulan does resemble a rising crescent when flown. The size of Wau Bulan is bigger than any other Malaysian traditional kite. The normal width is 2.5 meters and 3.5 meters of height. This helps the decorations painted on the kite's body to be visible when it is high in the air. To make it more distinctive, Wau Bulan is normally decorated with colore full and large patterns. However it is an exotic game, but it is still play until now.

THE 5 MOST TYPICAL DREAMS

There is more typical dreams that everyone had feel, but this are 5 most typical dreams: -

1. Being chased
- 80 per cent reported dreams of being chased or attacked. For kids, it's usually animals such as bears, while adults are often pursued by potential murderers, robbers or rapists. Any emotional threat in our environment, by a person or a situation, can be transformed into a literal, concrete threat in a dream.

2. Sexual dreams
- In a study of 1100 Canadian university students, 85 per cent of men and 73 per cent of women said they'd had a sexual dream. Some fall into repressed-idea category.

3. Falling
- Off a cliff, out of bed, onto the footpath: Many people awaken with a jolt. The natural release of the day's tension in a muscular jerk may partially explain falling dreams, but feeling of being "let down" or having no emotional support may also play a role.

4. School dreams
- About 60 per cent university students have anxiety-ridden dreams of sitting down to write an exam tey never studied for. But adults have these night visions too; for the most of us, the first time we feel tested is in school.

5. Flying
- The feeling is thought to come from our parents tossing us into the air when we are children. Happy, freeing times throughout our lives can bring euphoriafilled dreams.

As a conclusion, dreams were just a game of life. People were dreaming because they are tired and before they slept, they were thinking of something.

Salam..Today i read some article What causes the smell after rain?
Most people notice a distinctive smell in the air after it rains. It's frequently linked with spring, as the smell of fresh cut grass is associated with summer. You'll find it in a lot of poetry and also on many inspirational lists of things to be happy about. But what causes it?
As it turns out, the smells people associate with rainstorms can be caused by a number of things. One of the more pleasant rain smells, the one we often notice in the woods, is actually caused by bacteria! Actinomycetes, a type of filamentous bacteria, grow in soil when conditions are damp and warm. When the soil dries out, the bacteria produce spores in the soil. The wetness and force of rainfall kick these tiny spores up into the air where the moisture after a rain acts as an aerosol (just like an aerosol air freshener). The moist air easily carries the spores to us so we breathe them in. These spores have a distinctive, earthy smell we often associate with rainfall. The bacteria are extremely common and can be found in areas all over the world, which accounts for the universality of this sweet "after-the-rain" smell. Since the bacteria thrives in moist soil but releases the spores once the soil dries out, the smell is most acute after a rain that follows a dry spell, although you'll notice it to some degree after most rainstorms.
Another sort of smell is caused by the acidity of rain. Because of chemicals in the atmosphere, rainwater tends to be somewhat acidic, especially in urban environments. When it comes in contact with organic debris or chemicals on the ground, it can cause some particularly aromatic reactions. It breaks apart soil and releases minerals trapped inside, and it reacts with chemicals, such as gasoline, giving them a stronger smell. These reactions generally produce more unpleasant smells than bacteria spores, which is why the after-the-rain smell isn't always a good one. Like the smell caused by the bacteria spores, the smell of chemical reactions is most noticeable when it rains following a dry spell. This is because once the chemicals on the ground have been diluted by one downpour; they don't have the same reaction with the rainwater.
That’s all.

thank you,

Will I die if I eat polar bear liver? While this polar bear could easily make a meal out of you, one bite of his liver could be enough to send you to the hospital..Why??
While some vitamins dissolve in water, vitamin A only dissolves in fat. This means that, unlike other vitamins, excess vitamin A doesn't exit the body in urine. Instead, it collects in the body's filtration organ, the liver, where it can reach toxic levels. Generally this occurs over a prolonged period of time, in what's called chronic hypervitaminosis A. In fact, if you ever have the chance to try polar bear liver, think twice -- it may be the last meal you ever eat.

Hi..If a peacock loses his tail feathers, do they grow back? you know that answer?? let's check it.In about seven months -- in time for the peafowl mating season to come back around -- peacocks will regrow their plumes longer and fuller. The peacock's tail reaches peak development around age six [source: Hopkins]. In fact, mature peacock trains can extend more than 5 feet (1.5 meters) in length [source: National Zoo]. Because of the size boost from the feathers, peacocks are one of the largest flying birds.

Salam..Everybody wants to burn the most calories in the least amount of time. Here have 5 Sports and Recreational Activities and the Calories They Burn.
1.Running
Burning about 450 calories every 30 minutes (based on an 8-minute mile), running also gives a fantastic cardiorespiratory workout. Leg strength and endurance are maximized, but few benefits accrue to the upper body. Warm up thoroughly, wear the proper shoes, and keep a moderate pace to avoid injury.
2. Rock Climbing
Rock climbing relies on quick bursts of energy to get from one rock to the next. It won't do a lot for your heart, but your strength, endurance, and flexibility will greatly benefit, and you'll burn about 371 calories every half hour.
3. Swimming
Swimming provides an excellent overall body workout, burning up to 360 calories in a half hour depending on the stroke used. However, most people have difficulty maintaining proper form for that long. The best swim workout is based on interval training; swim two lengths, catch your breath, and then repeat.
4. Cycling
Cycling is an excellent non-weight-bearing (your weight is not being supported by your body) exercise, and depending on your speed, burns around 300 or 400 calories in a half hour. It provides a great cardio workout and builds up those thighs and calves. However, it doesn't provide much in the way of an upper body workout.
5. Boxing
If you're game enough to step into the ring, you'll be rewarded with a 324-calorie deficit for every half hour of slugging it out. In addition, your cardiorespiratory fitness and muscular endurance will go through the roof. Make sure you're match fit, though, or it may be all over before you build up a sweat!but, always remember to properly warm up and stretch.

2. Schedule family fitness time. Play basketball, chase a Frisbee, or hike the hills together. You'll be getting closer to each other as you shape up.

Salam. It has some fact. 5 Unusual Facts About the Human Body,
1. Don't stick out your tongue if you want to hide your identity. Similar to fingerprints, everyone also has a unique tongue print!
2. Your pet isn't the only one in the house with a shedding problem. Humans shed about 600,000 particles of skin every hour. That works out to about 1.5 pounds each year, so the average person will lose around 105 pounds of skin by age 70.
3. An adult has fewer bones than a baby. We start off life with 350 bones, but because bones fuse together during growth, we end up with only 206 as adults.
4. Did you know that you get a new stomach lining every three to four days? If you didn't, the strong acids your stomach uses to digest food would also digest your stomach.
5. Your nose is not as sensitive as a dog's, but it can remember 50,000 different scents.
thank you.

Tennis

This morning i want to share to all of you about tennis. Tennis is one of my favorite game.Tennis is a sport played between two players (singles) or between two teams of two players each (doubles). Each player uses a strung racket to strike a hollow rubber ball covered with felt over a net into the opponent's court. The modern game of tennis originated in the United Kingdom in the late 19th century as "lawn tennis". After its creation, tennis spread throughout the upper-class English-speaking population before spreading around the world. Tennis is an Olympic sport and is played at all levels of society at all ages. The sport can be played by anyone who can hold a racket, including people in wheelchairs. The rules of tennis have changed very little since the 1890s. A recent addition to professional tennis has been the adoption of "instant replay" technology coupled with a point challenge system, which allows a player to challenge the official call of a point. There are four Grand Slam tournaments (sometimes referred to as the "majors"): the Australian Open, the French Open, Wimbledon, and the US Open.

Second topic of the day is about drag racing. Drag racing is a competition in which vehicles compete to be the first to cross a set finish line, usually from a standing start, and in a straight line. First gaining popularity in the USA in 1945, the sport steadily grew in popularity and spread across the globe. By 2009, there were hundreds of drag strips in operation, mainly in developed countries. Most races begin a standing (stationary) start and are just 1/4 mile long. The races last between 5 and 15 seconds, and finishing speeds range from 100 to over 300 miles per hour (480 km/h), depending upon the type of vehicle. The world record for a 1/4 mile is around 4 seconds with a finishing speed around 350 miles per hour (560 km/h).

hi..long time not leave comment..so today i start to leave my comment with the important event that all over of the world will do it which was called as EARTH HOUR.so show your care about energy conservation by simply off your lights on 28 March 2009 from 8.30pm till 9.30pm our local time. this is the third annual worldwide event and being as a symbolic act and the start of a good practical habit. for information, millions of homes and bussiness and hundreds of major landmarks will go dark for one hour to show that energy conservation is important and to send this message to political leaders attending the United Nations Climate Change Conference in this December. by the way EARTH HOUR reminds each of us how easy it is to conserve, just switch off the non essential lights and electronics to reduce our own power and reduces global heat. EARTH HOUR was sponsored by the WORLD WILDLIFE FUND. there are some of the building that will be going dark tonight, The Empire State Building in New York City, the Eiffel Tower in Paris, the St. Louis Gateway Arch, the Sydney Opera House, the Sears Tower in Chicago, Seattle's Space Needle, the Great Pyramids and Sphinx in Egypt, the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, and Broadway theater marquees in New York City.
Even the flashy Las Vegas Strip will turn dark for an hour. Of course, the slot machines inside casinos will stay on, but almost all of the buildings and marquees on the Strip itself will be dark during Earth Hour. For the very first time, the famous "Welcome to Las Vegas" sign will go off. Spokespeople say that Vegas lights have dimmed for a minute when a local celebrity dies, but the Strip and the sign have never gone dark for a full hour.Other businesses are flicking the switch too. The golden arches at McDonald's in New Zealand and Canada will go dark, saving more than 10,000 kilowatt-hours for our neighbor to the north. The Canadian chain says it has also saved 3.1 million kilowatt-hours of energy through improved lighting, heating, and ventilation.
Both Nashville and Los Angeles are U.S. sponsor cities, so the Nashville Predators and the L.A. Kings hockey teams agreed to reschedule their game in Nashville to 5 p.m. The game should end around 7:30 p.m. with plenty of time for the arena to turn off the lights. So why don't we also show our concern by switch off the light from 8.30 till 9.30pm..it not taking long time just one hour..lets do it friends

FRIENDSHIP : Tips For A Special Relationship..

friendship is the most beautiful thing that happen to human being. many poets have described friendship as one of the most fascinating bond we ever make in our life. it is the most beautiful thing that happens to us. friendship is a relation that is entirely based on trust, belief of two friends in each other.many people find good friends but they fail to continue with their friendship, because they do not know their role as a friend. firstly, be a secrete admirer of your friend.if your friend is good at something then do not praise him/her in his/her presence. a good friend should never miss an opportunity to praise his/her friend in front of others when he/she is not around.there is no point in proving your friend wrong in others presence; it will spoil your friend's image in others view. secondly, try to understand your friend.it is always important to understand what your friend is worried about or what problems he/she is facing. always try to understand the situation your friend is in and try to soothe him/her. let your friend speak up, just listen to him/her and be with him/her until your friend does not come out of frustration. then, pull your friend away from making mistakes. keep in mind; best friend has to play a role of critic if he/she wants his/her friend to stop doing wrong things. but again keep in mind not to show your friends mistakes in front of other people.after that the ego problem.it is no reason to be jealous if your friend is not at all able to speak to you and is with someone else, you have to be his/her friend, do not expect word of gratitude from the person you think is your friend. if you are a true friend, you should never give your hungry friend a fish, instead, you should teach him/her how to fish, this will give your friend food for lifetime. a good friend will never wish his/her friend to be dependent on someone.

me again..

since today is my birthday i had read an article about first birthday gifts that will be unique. In giving a unique gift, many parents are choosing to mark the occasion, not necessarily as an opportunity to notice the birthday, but to commemorate the young life's success so far. Babies do a lot of their development in the first twelve months, and experts say that many personality traits manifest for the first time during the baby's earliest weeks. One gift giving approach, especially apt for godparents and friends of the family, is giving a personalized gift that will mark the occasion of the birth with some thing that can be passed down as a keep sake.
An engraved spoon or personalized dinner plate, for example, can be used for years to come, and remain handy for the baby's children. Other types of personalized gifts include quilts, step stools, and baby chairs. Scrap booking has become one of the hottest hobby trends in recent years, and chronicling a baby's first twelve months is a thoughtful and loving gift to give parents that were perhaps other wise preoccupied to organize their baby photos. Scrap books are relatively inexpensive, and can be customized and decorated according to the giver's taste and time investment. Like the scrap book, customized
photo frames are an excellent gift idea. For example, a combination personalized photo frame and blanket set is functional, yet it provides for a keep sake as well. As always, the personalizing touch of a gift is a great way to take a gift that is already memorable and turn it into some thing unique.

Tanjung Piai and Kukup Island

Tanjung Piai and Kukup Island is home to plenty of wetland wildlife, including mammals, reptiles, amphibians, birds, fish, molluscs and crustaceans. This park is a great opportunity to inculcate important values to the young in order to protect our environment. You can boarded a boat at Kukup Laut for a five-minute ride to Kukup Island, walk on Kukup Island began with a trek across a bridge hanging between two observation towers and climbed six levels of the airy. About 20m high, you can feel on top of the world with lush greenery spread as far as the eye can see. On a clear day, one could even see Gunung Pulai. Beside that, you can sit down for a seafood meal in a popular seafood restaurant that was also built on stilts over the sea. Watching boats chug past at sea and using our fingers to wrestle with the crabs and crayfish was most satisfying, especially with the balmy breeze to cool us down. If you interesting to go this place, you must take the scenic route from Johor Bahru to Pontian. At Pontian, you can follow the signboard to go this place. That’s all.

Indoor games vs outdoor games

From this article, the observation that I can conclude is most of people better be prefer the outdoor games. It is because outdoor games are more challenging physically and mentally compared with indoor sports. They can involve more physical movement and this provides us with a unique form of exercise to maintain our health and fitness level. Beside that, it can help us get new friends and people can play happily with their friends. For example, tennis also is a fun game to play with friends and family. Other than that, the outdoor games are a good way to relief stress compared with indoor sports. However, indoor games also have their advantages, as they are usually mentally more challenging. People can learn more about the words that they do not know. People can play any time, no matter what the weather is like outside. So, rain, shine or wind, they can enjoy without worrying. Playing indoors also allows them to protect their skin from getting dark from direct contact with ultraviolet rays. For my opinion, I think that both of them have their advantages and disadvantages. The outdoor games more to the physical appearance and stamina but the indoor games can reduce the risks of injury.

Football…
Football is a team sport, it is played by two teams and each team has 11 players. It is the most popular sports in the world and can be considered as the world no 1 sport. Football has many names, and it differs from one place to another, for example in the America it is call Soccer because the name football is use for another sport. A game of football is played on a rectangular grass field, with a goal post in the centre of each ends. The game is played by maneuvering the ball and shot it into opposing goal. The team that scores the most will be the winner. There is one basic rule in football, that is a player cannot touch the ball except the goalkeeper, but the goalkeeper can only touch the ball inside the certain area only. In a football match there will be one referee on the field and another two on the side line. Its job is to monitor the match so it is played fair and square. A referee has a power to stop a match, kick a player out the match, and suspend a match. The football is governed internationally by the Fédération Internationale de Football Association or International Federation of Association Football, commonly known by its acronym FIFA. This body is in charge of the rules of the match known as the Laws of the Game. The most prestigious football competition is the FIFA World Cup, and it is held once every four year much like Olympic Games this event is the most widely viewed in the world.

Formula One
This year formula one season is about to begin, the first race will be held at Melbourne 29 March. There has been a lot of changing in this season, the most significant changes relate to the aerodynamics of the car. This year formula one car will have taller plus smaller rear wing and wider front wing which for the first time can be adjust by the driver. There is also a ban on winglet, barge boards, turning vanes and chimneys on most areas of the car. A new technology will be employ in this sport it is call KERS a short form for Kinetic Energy Recovery Systems which can give a driver a boost an additional 85 horsepower for 6.6 seconds a lap. As its name implies, a KERS recovers the normally wasted kinetic energy generated by the car’s braking process. This energy will be stored either in a battery or in flywheel. This season will also be the return of the slick tyres which gives driver more grip. There is also a ban of testing the formula car when the season has started. Another requirement is, the engines must cover at least 2 grand prix and each driver will be limited to eight engines per season only, once a driver has used up his eight-engine allocation, any engine change will incur a 10-place grid penalty. Much of the rule change like the aerodynamics, introduction of KERS, and slick tyres were done in order to promote more overtaking opportunities thus enhancing the show.

Global Warming
I’m sure that everyone knows what is global warming. For those who don’t know, global warming is the increase in the average temperature of the Earth's near-surface air and the oceans since the mid-twentieth century. There are many factors that contribute to global warming one of that is greenhouse effect. There are two causes of greenhouse emission, first is due to natural process, and second is due from human activity this is the main causes of greenhouse gases. Human activity since the industrial revolution has increased the atmospheric concentration of various greenhouse gases such as CO2, CFC, nitrous oxide, and many more. Most of these gases come from fossil fuel burning, coal burning, and power plant gas. Fossil fuel burning has produced approximately three-quarters of the increase in CO2 from human activity.

How to take care of your laptop battery??

I have just read an article on to take care of your laptop battery. Here are some guides or tips on how to take care of your laptop battery to keep it last longer.
• Heat is your battery worst enemy. Avoid keeping your battery in hot places such as your car during the daytime.
• A full discharge puts more strain on your battery than several partial discharges. You do not need to worry about battery memory with Li-Ion batteries. Get into the habit of recharging the battery when it reaches 10-20%.
• Never discharge your battery to 0% – as this can render your battery useless.
• Calibrate your battery’s fuel gauge by doing a full discharge every 30 cycles. Run the battery to the cut-off point in your notebook to keep the battery’s fuel gauge accurate.
• If you will be on plug for an extended period of time, you can prolong your battery’s lifespan by removing it and putting it into cold storage.
• Cold storage must be done with a 40% charge-level and in a cool, dry place. Some experts recommend you place the battery in your refrigerator. Use a sealed plastic bag to keep moisture out if you do this.
• Do not freeze your battery.
• Allow a stored battery to warm to room temperature completely before using or recharging it.

Hii…
I would like to comment about me and my friend video presentation and slides presentation. Last semester, my classes have already been taught on how to be a great presenter and give a good speech, but because lacks of practicing most of us forgot what to do. There is also a factor of time. From the beginning of early February up until early March we have been so busy with assignment, project, and test. Thus giving us less time to prepare for our presentation, most of the slides were made overnight. There is also a factor of incompatibility among partner, but most of us get along well after a few meet up, having a partner that have different gender provide another problem, that is communication. Our job can be made easier if we were given a choice to choose same gender as partner; this is because we can do the slides and video anytime anywhere. Enough about the reasons, I want to comment about my own and my friend presentation. After I have done my presentation I found myself lacking of self confidence. I thought after so many presentations I would be comfortable to present of my course mate, but I thought wrong. Another thing is, my slides have too little information, and my knowledge about the product I’m presenting is less also, making me talk less and cannot elaborate more about the product. From slides and video presenting, I have learned quite few things. Number one is to plan your work properly so you have enough time for all things in your lives. Number two is to use the chance that you have, for instance we were given a chance to choose who our partner, but most of us reject it. Number three is, I now can communicate much better with girl. What can I say from this activity is, there is many thing to learn from doing it.

Hi..today i want to write about Eat Right Without Thinking.I was read this article in internet. There have 20 tips that you can follow.below are the tips;

1. Always eat dessert. Yes, always. "A small amount can signal that the meal is over," says Barbara Rolls, Ph.D., author of The Volumetrics Eating Plan. She ends her meals with a piece of quality chocolate and she's a doctor.

2. Get help from a paper napkin. You can use it to blot a teaspoon of fat off a pizza slice. That may not sound like a lot, but multiply it by a slice a week, and that's more than a whole cup of fat you won't eat or wear this year.

3. Take the beltway. When junk food beckons, tighten your belt a notch. Not so you can't breathe, but so you have a gentle reminder of the size you'd like to be. "The scale isn't the only measure of weight," says Roberta Anding, R.D., a spokeswoman for the American Dietetic Association.

4. Go public. Enlist the help of friends, family, and coworkers and know they're watching. "The power of embarrassment is greater than willpower," says Stephen Gullo, Ph.D., author of The Thin Commandments.

5. Milk it for all it's worth. Consuming 1,800 milligrams of calcium a day could block the absorption of about 80 calories, according to a recent University of Tennessee study. Jump-start your calcium intake by filling your coffee mug with skim or 1 percent milk, drinking it down to the level you want in your coffee, then pouring in your caffeine fix. That's 300 mg down, 1,500 to go.

6. Scrape by. Always order your bagel or burger with a plastic knife. Use it to scrape off the excess cream cheese and mayo. You could shave off as many as half the calories.

7. Spice things up. Capsaicin, the substance that puts the hot in hot pepper, temporarily boosts your metabolism. Just make sure you're drinking a yogurt lassi with that searing-hot chicken vindaloo. Dairy blocks capsaicin's sweat-inducing signals better than water.

8. Case the organic section. That's where you're likely to find bread and cereal with fiber counts that put the conventional choices to shame. Thought you were doing well with your 3-grams-per-serving Cheerios? Nature's Path Slim blows it away with 10 g. (And it really doesn't taste like a shredded shoebox.)

9. Increase your a-peel. Speaking of fiber, a lot of it's in the peel, whether it's potatoes, apples, or pears. Even oranges don't eat the whole peel, but keep the pith, that white stringy stuff; it's packed with flavonoids. More nutrients, more fiber, less labor. It's a win-win-win.

10. Spend lavishly on precut vegetables at the supermarket. Sure, they cost more, but you're more likely to eat them. "Make low-energy snacks as easy as possible," Dr. Rolls says. "Keep vegetables as near to hand as you can. Make it so you have no excuse."

11. Upgrade your restaurant selection. Pick a place where you'll actually want to linger. "When the meals are not hurried, the presentation is beautiful and the portions are reasonable so you can regulate your attitude," Anding says. That means your body not the empty plate will tell you when to stop.

12. Eat a snack at 3 p.m., no matter what. "Have a 150-calorie snack [now], and it can save you 400 calories later," Anding says. An ounce of nuts or two sticks of string cheese weigh in at about 170 calories.

13. Drink with your dominant hand. If you're circulating at a party, Dr. Rolls suggests keeping your glass in the hand you eat with. If you're drinking with it, you can't eat with it, can you?

14. Plate it. Whatever it is, don't eat it out of the container and don't bring the container to the couch. "Part of satiety is visual," Anding says. "Your brain actually has to see the food on the plate, and when you reach into the jar, or the box, or the bag, you don't see it." If it's worth eating, put it on a plate. Eat what's there, then stop.

15. Send back the bread. All it takes is a wave of the hand, a smile, and a "No, thank you."

16. Start with salad. It's the holy grail of dieting eat less by eating more. Dr. Rolls's research has found that eating a salad as a first course decreased total lunch calories by 12 percent. Avoid the croutons and creamy dressings, which have the opposite effect.

17. Go out for ice cream. Or an eclair. Or even guacamole and chips. Just go out. Don't keep your danger foods in the house. You can't eat half of a carton of ice cream that's not there in the first place.

18. Give yourself a hand. Find a way other than food to work off your nervous energy. "It's behavior modification," Anding says. "Instead of grabbing a bag of chips, you pick up your knitting. Art works, woodworking works anything that occupies your hands."

19. Wait a minute. Well, 10 minutes. When your mind strays from your desk to the vending machine, it could be hunger or it could be boredom or irritation with your boss. If you're still thinking about snacking 10 minutes later, then you're probably hungry. Think of it as a chance to have one of the nine servings of fruits and vegetables you need each day.

20. Go wild once in a while. Deprivation won't make you thin or happy. Designate a meal or two a week when you can eat absolutely anything you want.

hi...
i want write about clock. A clock actually is an instrument used for indicating the time and passage thereof. The clock is one of the oldest human inventions, meeting the need to consistently measure intervals of time shorter than the natural units, the day, the lunar month, and the year. Such measurement requires devices. Devices operating on several different physical processes have been used over the millennia, culminating in the clocks of today.did you know how clocks work? The invention of the mechanical clock in the 13th century initiated a change in timekeeping methods from continuous processes, such as the motion of the gnomon's shadow on a sundial or the flow of liquid in a water clock, to repetitive oscillatory processes, like the swing of a pendulum or the vibration of a quartz crystal, which were more accurate.[25] All modern clocks use oscillation.

Although the methods they use vary, all oscillating clocks, mechanical and digital and atomic, work similarly and can be divided into analogous parts.[26][27][28] They consist of an object that repeats the same motion over and over again, an oscillator, with a precisely constant time interval between each repetition, or 'beat'. Attached to the oscillator is a controller device, which sustains the oscillator's motion by replacing the energy it loses to friction, and converts its oscillations into a series of pulses. The pulses are then added up in a chain of some type of counters to express the time in convenient units, usually seconds, minutes, hours, etc. Then finally some kind of indicator displays the result in a human-readable form.that's all about clock from me.

THE THIEF OF SIGHT

This article is about the author experience. The first sign, the author eye became sore, hot and itchy and his vision was blurry. After he checked with doctor, the doctors diagnose him and the result is, the author gets a glaucoma disease.

This disease gradually steals sight without warning and often without symptoms. Half of 7.5 billion people live in Asia struck blind by glaucoma. Glaucoma is a public health problem in Asia. As a conclusion, if you have the symptom as above, hurry go checkup and away from smoking!!!

sun may save sight....

Australian researchers believe that sunshine may prevent children from becoming short sighted.a comparison of children of Chinese origin living in Singapore and Sydney found the rate of myopia in the Singaporean was ten times higher .the key difference was that the Sydney kids spend almost 4 times longer outdoors.researchers say sunlight is the key it increases dopamine levels which inhibits excessive eye growth,a known myopia cause.they recommends sunglasses as they don't seem to stop the dopamine release.protecting children s eyes from UV is the appropriate thing to do.

Guitar is a musical instrument that being played for many decades. Most of basic guitar are six strings guitar and most of modern music use guitar as the rhythm for the song composed. There’re also 4, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 18 strings guitars. The first string (if use the basic 6 strings guitar) is pitched E. The second string is pitched A, third string is D, fourth string is G, fifth string is B and E for the sixth string. The cord order is based on the pianos order. The Modern/Yepes 10-string guitar (a classical guitar) adds four strings (resonators) tuned in such a way that they (along with the other three bass strings) can resonate in unison with any of the 12 chromatic notes that can occur on the higher strings; the idea behind this being an attempt at enhancing and balancing sonority. The guitar is constructed from the headstock, nut, fretboard, frets, truss rod, inlays, neck, neck joint or heel, strings, body, pickup, bridge, pickguard, tremolo arm and guitar strap. A spectrum which is a small piece of plastic is use to pick the strings. Electric guitar can produce many rhythm based on the gadget specification. These rhythms are generated by amplifier that amplified the signal from the pickup from the vibration of the string. The common bass guitar consists of 4 strings. This type of guitar produces low pitch than ordinary guitar due to the vibration of the string used. The strings are wider in diameter than the string of acoustic guitar. The bass guitar is also available in 4, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 18 strings. There are many brands of guitars, but some commonly known brands are Ibanez, Yamaha, PRS, Gibson, Dean, Gretsch, Martin, Jackson, Schecter, and Fender.

7-eleven is a convenient store that can be found in all big cities worldwide. The company's first convenience outlets were known as Tote'm stores since customers "toted" away their purchases. They change to 7-eleven in 1946. The corporate name became 7-eleven since the operation hour of the first store opened was from 7.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m... With the highest 7-Eleven outlet density in the world, is in Taiwan. Two 7-Eleven shops to stand face to face across an intersection. It is founded in Dallas, Texas, in 1927. In 1962, 7-Eleven first experimented with a 24-hour schedule in Austin, Texas. In 1963, 24-hour stores were established in Las Vegas, Fort Worth, and Dallas. The Slurpee and Big Gulp is the main product of 7-eleven. July 11 is marketed as "7-11 Day" in the USA, during which participating 7-Eleven stores offer up to 1,000 customers a free 7.11-oz. Slurpee of their choice. In Australia this occurs on November 7. In Japan, they use the 7 & i (the holding company name) instead of using 7-eleven’s name. dehydration and gout

despite the long held belief that dietary indulgence is one of the top triggers of gout, researchers now believe that factors such as heat and humidity that lead to dehydration can bring on attacks.subject with gout were asked to complete online questionnaires about risk factors experienced before attacks and during bout-free periods.the result show high degrees and dew points are linked to an increased risk of recurrent attacks.a good way for sufferers to reduce their risk? when it is hot and humid and also consider drinking more fluids.

Guitar

Today I want to tell you all about guitar base from my studies in music course. The guitar is a musical instrument with ancient roots that is used in a wide variety of musical styles. It typically has six strings, but four, seven, eight, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen and eighteen string guitars also exist. Guitars are recognized as one of the primary instruments in jazz, blues, country, flamenco, mariachi, rock music, and many forms of pop. They can also be a solo classical instrument. Guitars may be played acoustically, where the tone is produced by vibration of the strings and modulated by the hollow body, or they may rely on an amplifier that can electronically manipulate tone. The string can either be nylon or steel strings. Guitar can be played either using guitar pick or by finger picking. There are many brands of guitars, but some commonly known brands are PRS, Yamaha, Gibson, Dean, Gretsch, Ibanez, Martin, Jackson, Schecter, and Fender. I also have one guitar; I can play a song for you all. hehehe..

Piano

The piano is a musical instrument played by means of a keyboard. Widely used in Western music for solo performance, ensemble use, chamber music, and accompaniment, the piano is also very popular as an aid to composing and rehearsal. Although not portable and often expensive, the piano's versatility has made it one of the most familiar musical instruments. Pressing a key on the piano's keyboard causes a felt covered hammer to strike steel strings. The hammers rebound, allowing the strings to continue vibrating at their resonant frequency. These vibrations are transmitted through a bridge to a sounding board that couples the acoustic energy to the air so that it can be heard as sound. When the key is released, a damper stops the string's vibration. Pianos are sometimes classified as both percussion and a stringed instrument. The word piano is a shortened form of the word pianoforte, which is seldom used except in formal language. This refers to the instrument's responsiveness to keyboard touch, which allows the pianist to produce notes at different dynamic levels by controlling the speed with which the hammers hit the strings.

Did you know what is the leading killer of both men and women in the United States??? The answer is a heart attack according to the web http://www.nhlbi.nih.gov..I have read this information when searching about the dangerous disease that kill people around the world.

For our information, a heart attack occurs when blood flow to a section of heart muscle becomes blocked. If the flow of blood isn’t restored quickly, the section of heart muscle becomes damaged from lack of oxygen and begins to die..There are the some causes of heart attack such as ;-

* Taking certain drugs
* Emotional stress or pain
* Exposure to extreme cold
* Cigarette smoking

So,my advices are;-take a good care of our healthy, don't take drugs, avoid from pressure and always exercise in order to make our life happily ever after..that's all..thank you

Perfumes

Perfume is a mixture of fragrant essential oils and aroma compounds, fixatives, and solvents used to give the human body, animals, objects, and living spaces a pleasant smell. Perfume oil is necessarily diluted with a solvent because undiluted oils (natural or synthetic) contain high concentrations of chemical components (natural or otherwise) that will likely result in allergic reactions and possibly injury when applied directly to skin or clothing. As well, the scents in pure perfume oils are far too concentrated to smell pleasant. By far the most common solvent for perfume oil dilution is ethanol or a mixture of ethanol and water. The precise formulae of commercial perfumes are kept secret. Knowledge of perfumery came to Europe as early as the 14th century due partially to the spread of Islam. Today there are so many types of perfumes and it is one of important part in our daily life. But beware because there are perfumes that risk our health. So be careful when choosing perfumes.

i just want to share about something that i had just read in internet.it is about a nut called pistachio.did you know this nut?it very tasty and most said that this is good for brain.but just know i read in an article it said FDA says to avoid pistachios amid salmonella scare. it attract me to read the whole text.Federal food safety officials warned Monday that consumers should stop eating all foods containing pistachios while they figure out the source of a possible salmonella contamination.Still reeling from the national salmonella outbreak in peanuts, the Food and Drug Administration said central California-based Setton Pistachio of Terra Bella Inc., the nation's second-largest pistachio processor, was voluntarily recalling a portion of the roasted nuts it has been shipping since last fall. it is because The FDA learned about the problem last Tuesday, when Kraft Foods Inc. notified the agency that it had detected salmonella in roasted pistachios through routine product testing. actually what is salmonella?Salmonella is the most common cause of food-borne illness, is a bacteria that causes diarrhea, fever and cramping. Most people recover, but the infection can be life-threatening for children, the elderly and people with weakened immune systems. For nuts, roasting is supposed to kill the bacteria. But problems can occur if the roasting is not done correctly or if roasted nuts are re-contaminated. That can happen if mice, rats or birds get into the facility. so avoid to eat pistachio now before your health get worse.

Cola

Cola is a beverage usually with caramel coloring and containing caffeine. It invented by the druggist John Pemberton and has become popular worldwide. Being carbonated, colas are acidic (carbonic acid is formed when carbon dioxide dissolves in water), and so can react violently with basic chemicals, such as baking soda. Many colas also contain phosphoric acid and/or citric acid, which further increases the acidity. Colas containing phosphoric acid have been linked to chronic kidney disease. Drinking two or more of these colas per day more than doubled the incidence of kidney disease, while colas containing citric acid did not have an effect. The Diet Coke and Mentos eruption is a popular experiment. Mentos candies and crystalline powders such as sugar and salt, when added to cola (usually diet coke), cause fizzing by providing many micronucleation points for the carbon dioxide to leave solution. This, however, is a physical reaction resulting from the release of dissolved CO2 as opposed to a chemical reaction. So we can see that cola is not so good for our health. We should not take cola as our daily diet because it contains many chemical reactions. Without cola our life will healthier.

CLOWN

Clowns are comical performers, stereotypically characterized by their grotesque appearance: colored wigs, stylistic makeup, outlandish costumes and unusually large footwear. Types of their acts vary greatly.

Clowning is often considered an important part of training as a physical performance discipline, partly because tricky subject matter can be dealt with, but also because it requires a high level of risk and play in the performer. This has included the training offered by Jacques Lecoq.

An interesting example can be found in the Native American clown societies. Types of clowns as below :
-Whiteface
-Classic appearance
-Auguste
-The contra-auguste
-Native American clowning
-Rodeo
-Commedia dell'Arte

RAINBOW

A rainbow is an optical and meteorological phenomenon that causes a spectrum of light to appear in the sky when the Sun shines onto droplets of moisture in the Earth's atmosphere.

They take the form of a multicoloured arc, with red on the outer part of the arch and violet on the inner section of the arch.

A rainbow spans a continuous spectrum of colours. Traditionally, however, the sequence is quantized.

The most commonly cited and remembered sequence, in English, is Newton's sevenfold red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet. "Roy G. Biv" and "Richard Of York Gave Battle In Vain" are popular mnemonics.

Rainbows can be caused by other forms of water than rain, including mist, spray and dew.

It is also called toss pillows, which are pillows that are purely decorative and not designed for support or comfort.

Outside the USA these are generally considered a type of cushion, with the term pillow reserved for the pillows on a bed. Pillows are usually very soft and comfortable. Many people use them while they sleep.

WATCH

A watch is a timepiece that is made to be worn on a person. The term now usually refers to a wristwatch, which is worn on the wrist with a strap or bracelet.

In addition to the time, modern watches often display the day, date, month and year, and electronic watches may have many other functions.

Most inexpensive and medium-priced watches used mainly for timekeeping are electronic watches with quartz movements.

Expensive, collectible watches valued more for their workmanship and aesthetic appeal than for simple timekeeping, often have purely mechanical movements and are powered by springs, even though mechanical movements are less accurate than more affordable quartz movements.

What happen to the old cell

Could you imagine your life without a cell phone?.I don’t think that I could. Nowadays people have email access, instant messaging and GPS navigation on their cell phones, and with this kind of technology literally in the palm of their hand, many people see this equipment as a necessity rather than a luxury. In fact, according to an AP-AOL-Pew Research Center mobile lifestyle survey, 29% of Americans people said they can’t live without their cell phones. And that also means that they can’t live without constant upgrades. What happens to the old cell phones that get replaced by slicker, higher-tech cell phones?. They thrown away and added to the billions of tons of waste that overflow in our landfills. The best way to deal with these discards is to recycle them, and cell phone recycling programs make this very easy. Almost as easy as voice-dialing your mom.

10 Ways to Reuse Plastic Soda Bottles

There are over 10,000 different kinds of plastic throughout the world, but only 5% of that plastic is recycled. The plastic that isn’t recycled is then thrown into our overcrowded landfills, where it can take up to 700 years to decompose and break down. You can prevent land pollution by reusing your bottles in creative and fun ways. Here are 10 ways you can reuse a plastic soda bottle:
1. Potpourri Holder ‘ Cut out the bottom of the bottle, put in the potpourri and cover the opening with lace and ribbon.
2. Coffee Maker ‘ Cut the bottle into two pieces. Turn the top upside down so it is a funnel. Hold the funnel in place, and then place a coffee filter inside. Put ground coffee on the filter and pour hot water over the filter. It’s the cheapest coffee maker you’ll ever find!
3. Motion Ocean Bottle ‘ If you’re the creative type, then you can fill the bottle with half water/half oil. Add some food coloring, glitter and anything else shiny that is small enough to fit, and be amazed at how cool it can look.
4. Planter ‘ Just cut out the bottom, add some soil and your favorite plant, and you have an eco-friendly plastic pot.
5. Ready-to-Use Ice Packs ‘ Fill the bottle about 2/3 full and freeze. You can use it to heal a sore ankle after a run in the park, or fill it up with a warm drink so it can be cold in a few minutes.
6. Candle Holders ‘ If you have some long candlesticks and want to prepare a nice, cheap romantic dinner for you and your significant other, cut the top of the soda bottles off, sit them on the table with the funnel-side upward and insert the candles into the holes. Very useful and practical.
7. Paint Trays ‘ Cut out the bottom of the bottle and use it as a paint tray. It’s easy to wash and convenient to carry.
These are only a few ways that you can reuse plastic bottles instead of just throwing them away.

did you know what happen at Fargo,North Dagota?Strengthening wind blew heavy, wet snow around the city Tuesday, adding to the strain on residents' spirits and on the patchwork system of sandbag levees protecting them from the bloated Red River. However, there were no reports of problems with leaks or with wind-driven waves battering the dikes Tuesday morning. The blizzard that walloped North Dakota and other parts of the northern Plains on Monday into Tuesday morning brought almost six inches of snow and powerful, gusting wind that threatened to whip up waves that would pound the levees. The wind blew at 15 to 25 mph before dawn, with some higher gusts, said National Weather Service forecaster Mike Hudson. The wind was expected to peak at up to 35 mph around midday, and an additional 7 to 14 inches of snow was possible.Engineers had scrambled Monday to shore up the dikes to make sure they could withstand waves, with National Guard members placing sheets of plastic over the levees to stem erosion. As the heavy, wet snow fell during the night, trucks with snow plows rolled through Fargo. The river had fallen to 38.16 feet Tuesday morning, more than 2 feet below its peak but still over 20 feet above flood stage. City officials have said they would breathe easier when the river falls below 36 or 37 feet. The weather service projected 37 feet by Friday morning, but warned that the river may have a second dangerous crest in mid-April.The dropping water level prompted officials in Fargo's cross-river neighbor — Moorhead, Minn. — to lift evacuations in two parts of the city, but a voluntary evacuation remained for part of south Moorhead, where at least five houses were flooded.

Cold weather has been helping the flooding situation because ice and snow that normally would be melting and feeding the river have stayed frozen. But forecasters said the latest snowfall would contribute to an increase in river levels down the road, and Tuesday morning's temperature in Fargo was around 30 degrees.Another potential problem is that floating ice chunks can hit a levee, speeding erosion or punching holes in the plastic sheeting. Once water gets in, a levee becomes much more susceptible to failure. Officials in Fargo and Moorhead say they have limited the damage to a small number of homes, but they have had to rescue about 300 people by boat, and several outlying rural areas have seen significant flooding.Authorities also warned people to stay away from the dangerous river. Late Monday, a man was arrested for driving a snowmobile on a dike.Flooding statewide was blamed for two deaths in what health officials said were apparent heart attacks brought on by exertion. So glad to us not have to face it in our country.

Recycling Old Computers into Fuel

Every year millions of computers are dumped into landfills instead of being recycled. But scientists in Romania and Turkey have discovered a way to remove toxic chemicals from old circuit boards and turn the scraps into fuel and other raw materials for consumer products. How do they do it? To remove the toxic flame-retardant additives in the plastic pieces of the circuit boards the scientists used a combination of catalysts, high temperatures and chemical filtration. This makes the pieces environmentally-safe and perfect to use for other products. This process also recovers precious metals from the circuit boards, as well as valuable organic chemicals. This is a great new discovery by the scientists, and if proven to work, it could drastically reduce the computer waste that takes up a lot of space in our landfills.Plus, any other alternative energy methods are always welcomed during this fuel crisis.

Comfortable style

I think that ‘comfortable’ is one word that every college student would use to describe their clothing style. Most college students like to wear comfortable clothes that they can lounge around in, but most importantly, that they can go to class in. I remember getting up for 7:00 a.m. Monday morning classes and not even changing out of my sleepwear because it was so comfortable. A basic cotton t-shirt, a pair of jeans or sweatpants and some sneakers did the trick for me and most of the other people in my class. And it didn’t matter if someone wore the same thing for two or three days in a row because washing machines were so scarce in the dorms!

10 Ways to Reuse Egg Cartons

Eggs are everywhere. They’re in our baked goods, sushi, salads and more. The average person eats about 254 eggs per year, so that yields a lot of used egg cartons. Egg cartons that are made from paper can be recycled, but many people still throw them away. Instead of throwing them away there are many different ways that you can reuse the carton. Here are a few creative ideas:
1. Makeshift Ice Cube Tray ‘ If you’re in a bind and need to make more ice without ice cube trays, you can fill the carton with water and freeze for a quick fix (only for foam cartons).
2. Start Seedlings ‘ If you’re just beginning to plant something from seeds, cut off the top of the carton, fill the cups with soil and plant the seeds. Once they start sprouting you can transfer them to wherever you want them to permanently grow.
3. Desk Organizer ‘ With so many small compartments, egg cartons are great to place to store paper clips, thumb tacks, rubber bands and more, and they can be used both on top of your desk and in a drawer.
4. Earring Storage ‘ The small size is perfect for storing your earrings in.
5. Golf Ball Holder ‘ If you’re an avid golfer you can store up to a dozen golf balls in one case.
6. Store Change ‘ If you keep extra change around or you happen to be having a yard sale, these are perfect for separating change.
7. Shipping Material ‘ You can always use egg cartons to cushion fragile items that need to be shipped far away.

These are just a few ways that you can reuse your old egg cartons if you can’t recycle them. You’ realize once you start reusing them that the creative ideas will keep flowing.

*****REPENTANCE*****

Here I want to remind myself first and to all of the readers that we live in this world just for a while. So, we must appreciated what we have in life now and must increase our daily kindness. There are so many verses of the Quran that contain the command and encouragement to repent, and the statement that God loves those who turn unto Him in sincere repentance.

However, if the sin we do is between man and man, there is another condition to be met which are one has to seek forgiveness from the person one has wronged and to repay whatever his or her due is. So, we must realize that every Muslim is taught to instantly repent from all sins, mortal or venial.

Hi!!!

Do you want to know? Here I want to tell you that discipline is not about how we give some physical punishments and scolding others. But it is about solving problems without violence and learn to negotiate or offer exchanges to solve the problems.

Humiliation and punishment will only worsen the situation and make it harder. So, we can practice this kind of method in our real life without fighting or hurting others.

Grunge music is a sub genre of alternative rock that emerged during the mid-1980s in Washington. Inspired by hardcore punk, heavy metal and indie rock, grunge is generally characterized by heavily distorted electric guitars. This type of music is generally characterized by sludgy guitar sound that uses a high level of distortion, fuzz and feedback effects. MU Football Club
Manchester United is the famous football club in United Kingdom. It has won many cups and championships. Now, Manchester United has won 10 times EPL as a champion. There are many star players in this club such as Christiano Ronaldo, Dmitiar Berbatov, Carlos Tevez and many more. The legendary player that I know is David Beckham, George Best, and Eric Cantona. The qualities that make Manchester United great is the manager, the player and the teamwork. It has been a long time since Sir Alex Ferguson lead Manchester United and under his management Manchester United has achieved so many championships and cups. The player is one of the factors that make this club strong. With many skillful players, I think this EPL season will be won by Manchester United. Wish this club will always glory with the best achievement and performance.

Samba team draw with underdog team.

May be football fan know that Brazil football team or “samba team” draw with Colombia in qualifying matches to FIFA World Cup at South Africa. Why the favourite team has won 5 championships world level can be draw with underdog team? I can list some reason why they can be draw with underdog team. First their coach Dunga usually used young player . Beside that generally he have not a fixed team. This is can cause lost compatibility among them. Secondly, Dunga has not experience as coach, because he is former player football in fact he never be coach football in club level or national level. So this is can cause Brazil football team can be draw with Colombia

Metallica : The legend heavy metal band.

Metallica is an American heavy metal band that formed in 1981 in Los Angeles. Founded when drummer Lars Ulrich posted an advertisement in a local newspaper, Metallica's line-up has primarily consisted of Ulrich, rhythm guitarist and vocalist James Hetfield, and lead guitarist Kirk Hammett, while going through a number of bassists. Currently, the spot is held by Robert Trujillo. Metallica's early releases included fast tempos, instrumentals, and aggressive musicianship that placed them as one of the "big four" of the thrash metal subgenre alongside Slayer, Megadeth, and Anthrax. Metallica has released nine studio albums, two live albums, two EPs, twenty-two music videos, and forty-four singles. Beside that they has won nine Grammy Awards, and has five consecutive albums debut at number one on the Billboard 200, making Metallica the only band ever to do so. No heavy metal band at America can beat their achievement.

Leadership Skills.

Many people believe a strong leader is born and not made. This is not necessarily the case. As with anything, educating yourself to encourage become a great leader or a person with superb leadership skills takes time, energy and commitment. A leader is a person who has strong principles, courage and dedication to a clear vision.

People will follow a great leader because he is representative of the beliefs of a group. This person is often a well-principled individual who is focused on a common goal and eliminates excess fear and doubt. The followers of the leader often provide the necessary support for the team to advance and succeed in achieving their goals.
so, everyone must know leadership skills because it is important for us wether at university or when we work, of course we will become a leader for another peoples.

Red Devil lose to The Red

Maybe Manchester united fan still surprised with defeated their favourite team with Liverpool. After I read one article at utusan melayu newspaper, I can list some reason why man u defeat by Liverpool while they are the best team in primier league. First strategy which used by sir alex cannot prevent a movement player Liverpool. Second sir alex like to use a young player than use an experience player. Beside that a important position such as winger, attacking midfielder, wing back, have used by the young player. This weakness have been advantage to Liverpool when they can control tournament until they win this tournament.

I have read an article about a 60-year-old give birth for twins (I think you have already read about it). What a breaking news! This story took place in Canada. The woman actually had undergoing fertility treatment before giving birth for those ‘will-popular’ twins. See how advanced nowadays technologies that can make a menopause woman (exactly) who can be categorized as a grandmother able to pregnant and then gave birth safely. So, can she be in the graduation ceremony of those twins.

Proxy server is a computer system or an application program that acts as a go-between for requests from clients seeking resources from other servers. Clients that connected the to the proxy server commonly requesting for some service such as a file, connection, web page, or other resource from the proxy server. The proxy server evaluates the request according to its filtering rules. If the request is validated by the filter, the proxy provides the resource by connecting to the relevant server and requesting the service on behalf of the client. A proxy server may optionally alter the client's request or the server's response, and sometimes it may serve the request without contacting the specified server. In this case, it 'caches' responses from the remote server, and returns subsequent requests for the same content directly. There’re many type of proxy based on their specific function such as Caching proxy server web proxy, content-filtering web proxy, anonymizing proxy server, hostile proxy, intercepting proxy server, transparent and non-transparent proxy server, forced proxy, open proxy server, reverse proxy server, circumventor content filter and suffix proxy. In using a proxy server (for example, anonymizing HTTP proxy), all data sent to the service being used (for example, HTTP server in a website) must pass through the proxy server before being sent to the service, mostly in unencrypted form. It is therefore a feasible risk that a malicious proxy server may record everything sent: including unencrypted logins and passwords. I used the proxy server to bypass the UMP server firewall for some reasons – to surf for some information for my knowledge and assignment such as Youtube etc.. I don’t used for bad purpose especially porn and nude!

let's read

Before this, I just know about hacker and cracker but I never heard about Script kiddy. Do you ever heard about this? As I read in the internet, Script kiddy (sometimes spelled kiddie) is actually a derogative term, originated by the more sophisticated crackers of computer security systems, for the more immature, but unfortunately often just as dangerous exploiter of security lapses on the Internet. The typical script kiddy uses existing and frequently well-known and easy-to-find techniques and programs or scripts to search for and exploit weaknesses in other computers on the Internet - often randomly and with little regard or perhaps even understanding of the potentially harmful consequences. Hackers view script kiddies with alarm and contempt since they do nothing to advance the "art" of hacking but sometimes unleashing the wrath of authority on the entire hacker community.

Do you like Japanese drama? I like it very much. Do you ever watch one litre of tears drama? If no, you should watch it. I have watched it at last year. This is a simple drama but it has a strong message: “just being alive is such a lovely and wonderful thing.” This is a drama where you can see a 15 year old young girl who was able to face her disease bravely and tried her best to treasure the time she spent with her family, friends and her boyfriend everyday she could. This story is based on true story of a Japanese girl who had suffered with a disease called spinocerebellar degeneration a terrible incurable disease that gradually deteriorates a part of patient’s brain to the point where she can no longer walk, speak, write or even swallow. She got the disease when she was only 15 year old. She died at the age of 25 year old. This means that she had suffered the disease for 10 years. While she was alive, she kept writing in her diary to remember her experiences until she could no longer hold a pen. She only wished to live until the end of her life. She wrote the diary to remind herself to not give up. As I know, her diary, one litre of tears was published after her death. If you were at her place, what would you do? Could you be strong like her? If I at her place, I’m not sure that I can be strong like her, but I’m grateful because my life not that tough likes her. We do not know when we will die, so try to appreciate every single moment that we have.

Blue color

Do you have a favorite color? Which color that you choose as your favorite color? For me, I like many color but the most color that I like very much is blue. Blue is one of the basic color. It is calming and peace. A natural color, from the blue of the sky, blue is a universal color. From the article that I had read was stated that the use of blue in familiar phrases can help a designer see how their color of choice might be perceived by others, both the positive and negative aspects.

Good blue
-True blue - someone loyal and faithful
-Out of the blue - unexpected (could be positive or negative)
-Blue ribbon - first rate, top prize
-Blue blood - person of noble birth, royalty
-Bluestocking - well-read or scholarly woman
-Blue book - register of socially prominent people
-The Blues (capitalized) - popular style of music sometimes characterized by melancholy melodies and words
-Baby blues - Blue eyes

Bad blue
-Feeling blue - feeling sad or depressed
-Blue devils - feelings of depression
-The blues (not capitalized) - depression, state of sadness
-Blue Monday - feeling sad
-Baby blues - post-par tum depression
Singing the blues - bemoaning one's circumstances
-Blue laws - laws originally intended to enforce certain moral standards
-Blue language - profanity
-Bluenose - puritanical individual
-Into the blue - entering the unknown or escape to parts unknown
-Out of the blue - unexpected (could be positive or negative)

So, how about your favorite color?

Nervousness? I’m always experience this situation. Especially when I need to make a presentation. I hate it but it’s become normal for me to act this way. I need to stop but I never am able to this feeling. When I get nervous, my friends always ask me to breathe deeply and make a lot of practise. It helps me to reduce my nervousness. Actually, deep breathing can be very relaxing before an important presentation. If feeling overwhelmed by your nerves, take a seat, close your eyes and breathe in slowly. Hold your breath for four or five seconds, then slowly exhale. Repeat this exercise several times, until you regulate your breathing and your heart rate steadies. Besides that, the more familiar you are with your materials, the more comfortable you’ll feel presenting. Prepare your speech in advance and practice until you can present it with ease. The less prepared you are, the more stressful you’ll feel, and who needs that?

How are you???Now, I want to share something with you and all members in E04… I want make comparison between CDR and DVDR… I think most students in UMP have either CDR or DVDR… How About you???
Actually, both CDR and DVDR are compact drive which can store many in formations…. Once we use CDR or DVDR, we cannot add or remove any information that has been store in it…… Both of it has same shape….
The differences between them are the capacity to store the information… for CDR, the capacity is only 700Mb but for DVDR, the capacity given is 4.7 GB…. Its big differences between them!!!! So, the price also has the differences…CDR is cheaper than DVDR.
So I think, if you want to choose, it is better to choose DVDR…Hehe
