The Born Of The Extraordinary Footballer in Football History

Zinedine Yazid Zidane was born in 23 June 1972 in Marseille, popularly nicknamed Zizou, is a retired French football midfielder. He played professionally in France, Italy, and Spain, and was a member of the French national team. His career accomplishments include helping France win the 1998 FIFA World Cup and Euro 2000, in addition to winning the 2002 UEFA Champions League with Real Madrid. One of only two three-time FIFA World Player of the Year winners, Zidane was also named the European Footballer of the Year in 1998. He retired from professional football after the 2006 FIFA World Cup. Zidane is considered among the greatest footballers to ever play the game, alongside legends like Diego Maradona, Pele and George Best. He started his first debut in his first club in 1988 with Cannes Futbol de Club in France. Then he made his move to Bordeaux in 1992, Juventus in 1996, and finished his club career at Real Madrid. Zidane is the most expensive player ever in football history during the transferred from Juventus to Real Madrid in 2001. His position on the pitch is as an attacking midfielder. He had scored many goals and being in his time as a perfect skipper that able to play the entire role of the midfielder. Zidane also started his international career in 1994 and retired in 2006, the year of World Cup Tournament was held. He scored his first goal for international game in 1994 against Czech Republic, 4 years later in 1998, the first World Cup Trophy he won for France defeated Brazil. However, if in 1998 was the greatest moment he ever played in World Cup game, in 2006 is the worst ending of his career for international game. The controversy of his header on Marco Marterrazi(Italy Player) is the worst foul he ever committed throughout his football career. As a conclusion, this “France Hero” at once upon the time had became the worst blunder of football player but his fans is still all over the world now although he retired. What I’ve learned from this article is the strength inside this player and all the determination he had during his career in all football tournament he played. Zidane is my biggest idol and the model of the the same role I played on the field as a midfielder. I had watched so many games involving Zidane and every time he scored I can feel the true spirit one footballer could ever have especially scoring for the winning goals and save the team from losing. This player reminds me how important he was in his team for both club and international team. Last but not least, those are the words describing Zidane during his career by one of his fans,
“Every time he comes down on the pitch, the grass grows greener under his feet, the wind follows his movement, and the pitch is all covered by him. The born of the extraordinary player in football history that we can see and Zidane is one of the Greatest Footballers ever.”

can men breastfeed?

i just read an article about it. sounds unbelievable? but it is possible. i didn't believe it the first time either but it's true. that's why i want to share with you this interesting fact that many don't know about. men have two most vital components for lactating-mammary glands and pituitary glands just like women. but these glands must be activated first in order to work. in women, this usually happen during pregnancy. the brain releases a hormone called prolactin, which prepares the breasts to produce milk. men however, they won't get pregnant. but to produce the hormone, the brain must undergo the appropriate psychological circumstances that demands the body to produce more of the hormone. in Sri Lanka, a man whose his wife just died can breastfeed his 18-month-old daughter because he was unable to see his daughter crying for milk. and there are more stories about men who can breastfeed their infant. believe it or not, that is all i can say. well, that's all for my first march reading review. bye.

Assalamualaikum. I would like to summarize a drama which is popular among the students.

Teenage movie “KAMI” follows a group of five friends as they squeeze in as much fun and reckless abandonment on their road to self-discovery before entering a new stage in their lives – higher education.

Lynn, the most attractive character for me. She is a form five student who juggles her studies while helping her mother at their food stall and always hangs out with Ali, Abu, Sofie and Adi. Although they have made her part of their circle, Lynn is holding back a dark past from her buddies. Unknown to them Lynn and her mother had moved from their small town home to start afresh in the city away from a persistent small-time drug dealer, Boy, whom Lynn used to run errands for to gain extra pocket money.

To complicate matters, Lynn writes under the pseudonym Teka Teki for her own, well known fanzine called KAMI and has recently contributed a scathing write-up on Ali’s band in a local music magazine.

As she struggles to keep her secrets under wraps, Lynn soon learns that they are all hiding something from each other.

This drama give many values especially for students in facing the world in the right way.

A Clutch is a mechanism for transmitting rotation, which can be engaged and disengaged. It is one of the main component for a car. Without it, your car can’t move. So that, we must make sure that our clutch is in good condition. To make sure that happen, we must regularly check the clutch fluid. I have read a article entitle How to Check The Clutch Fluid of Your Car. This article is very good and useful to me. Now, everyday I can easily check the clutch fluid of my car on my own. At this opportunity, I will share what I have read to you all and I hope that this information will be useful for you. First of all, what do you need to do is turn the engine off before opening the hood. Then, you need to find the clutch fluid reservoir. For your information, the clutch fluid reservoir is close to the back of the engine, near the brake fluid reservoir. After that, take off the cap. Check the fluid level. If it is not filled to the top, you will need to add brake fluid. Lastly, replace the cap tightly. Make sure that you check the clutch fluid regularly for you own safety.

Changing a flat tire is scary for many people but it doesn't need to be. It is quite difficult and of course, you will get dirty. But it is better from being stranded. It is important to check your spare tyre regularly and be sure it is always inflated. I have read an article on how to change flat tyre .I think this is a very useful article. I never been in this situation. So after this, if I’m in this situation I will know what to do. This article gives me a preparation for the future. In this article you will learn how to use a wrench, jack and how to put on a spare tyre. If this happen to you, first thing you need to do is pull over away from oncoming traffic, put the handbrake on and chock the wheels. Then use the wrench (turn to the right to tighten and to the left to loosen) to loosen the nuts, but don't undo them completely. After that, use a jack to raise the wheel. Make sure the jack is firm on the ground, and raise just far enough for the wheel to be off the ground. Unscrew the nuts completely and remove. Take off the flat Tyre (and don't forget to get it repaired or replaced as soon as possible). Put on the spare Tyre and screw on the nuts. Tighten each nuts slowly, and don't spin the Tyre. Lower the car and now you have finished changing the flat tyre. Make sure that you take a very good care of yourself while changing the flat tyre because the tyre might drop on your hand. I hope that this information will gives a lots of benefit to you.

Bloody Mary's Urban Legend

Who can forget the scary story of Bloody Mary, the evil spirit who will scratch your eyes out when summoned? Most people heard the Bloody Mary legend when they were children, listening to spooky ghost stories that are told by old folks. The legend claims that the evil woman can be summoned by chanting "Bloody Mary" into a mirror anywhere for thirteen times in a darkened room lit only by a candle. The number of Thirteen is the famous number in which related to the number that bring bad luck. The bathroom is the most popular setting to test out the legend, but other dark rooms seem applicable. After the given amount of chants, the spirit will then appear in a mirror and claw your eyes out and death will follow. Other variations have her driving you insane or pulling you into the mirror, never to be seen again. Who Bloody Mary really is remains a mystery. While there are many versions of this story, most accounts point to a woman named Mary Worth, who was horribly disfigured in a car crash. Some people still tell of a witch who was burned at the stake and has returned for revenge, or it may be the devil himself who comes for your soul. What I learned from this legend is sometimes what makes a legend so special is how it comes alive. Whether we believe or not, if you try to call Bloody Mary in the dark and she’s not appeared, it doesn’t mean that there are no supernatural forces around us. It just we can’t see them from aside of the life world.

Is there Yeti in this Earth?

Villagers of the Caucasus Mountains have legends of an apelike "wildman" going back for centuries (named Yeti). The same may be said of the Tibetans living on the slopes of Mt. Everest and the Native American tribes inhabiting the northwestern United States. The Gilyaks, a remote tribe of Siberian native people, claim that there are animals inhabiting the frozen forests of Siberia that have human feelings and travel in family units. Based on the eyewitness descriptions of hundreds of reliable individuals around the world who have encountered these creatures, it would seem that the creatures are more humanlike than apelike or bearlike. For one thing, these giants are repeatedly said by witnesses to have breasts and buttocks. Neither apes nor bears have buttocks; nor do they leave flatfooted humanlike footprints. The humanlike creature; whether sighted in the more remote, wooded, or mountainous regions of North America, South America, Russia, China, Australia, or Africa, is believed by some anthropologists to be a two-footed mammal that constitutes a kind of missing link between humankind and the great apes, for its appearance is more primitive than that of Neanderthal. The descriptions given by witnesses around the world are amazingly similar. Height: six to nine feet. Weight: 400 to 1,000 pounds. The eyes are black. Dark fur or body hair from one to four inches in length is said to cover the creature's entire body with the exception of the palms of its hands, the soles of its feet, and its upper facial area, nose, and eyelids.
From the short passage, Yeti is one of the lost creatures who might be connecting to our first ancestor, the first Ape in Stone Age. He is mammal like human-like or ape-like creature that has same desire to live the life. Although there are no supportive scientific evidences about Yetis, I believe they are elsewhere and it is a matter of time for them to show up.

Bermuda Triangle: The Open Gate To Another Side of World

The Bermuda Triangle, also called the Devil's Triangle, is an imaginary area that can be roughly outlined on a map by connecting Miami, Florida; San Juan, Puerto Rico; and the Bahamas, an island chain off the coast of the United States. Within that triangular area of the Atlantic Ocean have occurred a number of unexplained disappearances of boats and planes. Additionally, readings on directional devices do not operate normally inside the triangle. In March 1918, during World War I, the USS Cyclops, name for a ship was vanished in the Bermuda Triangle. That ship may have been a casualty of war, but the December 1945 disappearance of Flight 19, a training squadron of five U.S. Navy torpedo bombers, became the most notorious of disappearances associated with the Bermuda Triangle. The squadron left Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with 14 crewmen and disappeared after radioing in several distress messages. A seaplane sent in search of the squadron also vanished. Those two airplane disappearances were frequently cited as the Bermuda Triangle legend grew during the 1960s and 1970s. Few of those stories included telling details. Nevertheless, there are many documented disappearances that occurred within the triangle. They include a four-engine Tudor IV air-plane lost in 1948, with 31 aboard; an American freighter, which sunk without a trace; a British York transport plane, disappeared in 1952, with 33 aboard; a U.S. Navy Lockheed Constellation airplane, vanished in 1954 with 42 aboard; a U.S. Navy seaplane, 1956, with a crew of 10; a French freighter in 1970; and a German freighter lost in 1972 with a crew of 32. Theories about why so many air and water ships disappeared in the Bermuda Triangle involve strange magnetic fields, time warps, the lost continent of Atlantis, and alien abduction. The area known as the Bermuda Triangle is one of the two places on Earth where a magnetic compass does point towards true north, a phenomenon called compass variation. Navigators must compensate the amount of variation or the craft they are on will go off course. A region commonly called the "Devil's Sea" in the Pacific Ocean is the other area of compass variation.

Who else was outside there before our time?

Since primitive humans first crawled out of their caves and gazed up in awe at the star-filled night, humankind has been intrigued by the unexplained mysteries of the universe. Early myths and legends tell of mysterious objects roaring across the heavens. Scraps of ancient documents reveal phenomenal, unexplained manifestations in the skies. Virtually every religion relates visitations from angels, demons, devils, and gods who descended to Earth in ancient times. With the highly publicized arrival of the "flying saucers" in the earth's atmosphere in 1947, modern humans were confronted with what they thought was a new celestial mystery. However, in their efforts to interpret this phenomenon, a band of scholarly individuals dug through old documents and musty records and discovered that the UFO phenomenon had appeared periodically throughout history. Gradually, some UFOlogists believed humankind's gods, angels, devils, and demons were nothing more than alien visitors from some superior civilization on some far planet in a dark corner of the universe. Many UFO researchers theorize that Homo sapiens may have been seeded on Earth, for despite the many theories put forth by conventional scientists, it is still not known how humans originated on this planet. The Darwinian theory of evolution remains a fascinating, yet unproved, hypothesis, simply because the elusive "missing link" remains undiscovered. The alleged link between humans and their anthropoid cousins may have been provided by visitors from another world. Perhaps human must believe that there’s another life form in other galaxies and one of them is UFO.

what is martial arts??

Last week I was already read a book about martial arts because I need to do an assignment about it.Here I leave some comment about the martial art..

Martial arts are systems of codified practices and traditions of training for combat. While they may be studied for various reasons, martial arts share a single objective to physically defeat other persons and to defend oneself or others from physical threat. In addition, some martial arts are linked to beliefs such as Hinduism, Buddhism, Daoism, Confucianism or Shinto while others follow a particular code of honour. Many arts are also practised competitively, most commonly as combat sports, but may also take the form of dance.

Seni Silat Gayong(martial art)

Silat Seni Gayong is mostly the hard form of silat. Silat itself consists of two forms, hard and soft. The soft form is referred to as Bunga (flower) and the hard form as Buah (fruit). From the flower we have fruit. Gayong seldom practices the flower form but it does exist. The flower form acts as a means of camouflage for the hard style. The purpose of bunga is to confuse and bore the opponent. When the opponent is confused, the graceful motions suddently change into explosive and lightning fast strikes to vital targets. Gayong style uses striking, grappling and bone breaking techniques. In addition to Buah Kunci Mati (dead lock), there is a set of movements referred to as Kombat or Pukulan (combat), i.e. a combination of blows, claws, tears and pokes to the vital points. Gayong also teaches the "ground fighting form". Falling to the ground does not mean the fight is over. Falling to the ground enables you to use Gerakan Harimau (tiger movements). Another concept is to work on the opponents' center axis by pushing, twisting and off balancing maneuvers.to be continued...

continued silat Seni Gayong Malaysia....

Basically, to master Silat Seni Gayong, practitioners must learn at least 4 out of seven stages of Silat. They are as follows:

1. Tapak Gayong (Foundation of Silat Seni Gayong - practitioners will study all techniques of self defence and offence using all parts of human body especially hand, leg, elbow, knee. No weapons are taught in this stage. Practitioners learn to use their bare hand as their weapon).

2. Seni Tapak Gayong (This is an advanced form of the foundation. Practitioners will study in depth about the possible development of free-hand techniques in the Silat Seni Gayong).

3. Seni Keris (Learning how to apply defensive or offensive techniques using Malay dagger and other small sized weapons such as Kerambit, knife, tekpi)

4. Seni Simbat (In this stage, practitioner learns how to apply defensive or offensive techniques using long weapons including spear, long stick, and parang).

5. Seni Yoi (Aerobic techniques that are applied to defeat stronger or bigger opponent. Silat practitioner will apply brilliant traps to ensnare their foes. Its approach is a cross breed between aikido and judo).

6. Seni Cindai (This technique applies ordinary clothes like kain sarung, belt, and tudung as weapons to defeat the opponent).

7. Seni Belian (Spiritual aspect of Silat Seni Gayong. Only Muslim practitioners who managed to achieve high level of discipline and dedication to Silat Seni Gayong have the opportunity to learn this technique - normally senior instructors and future leaders of silat organizations).

MARTIAL ART

Seni Gayung Fatani originally came from the state of Patani, a Malay State in the south of Thailand. It was first brought to Kedah in Malaysia in 1840 by Syeikh Abd. Rahman, a Malay man from Patani. Later his son Tok Yah Ramli expanded this style. Another student from Syeikh Abd. Rahman was Pak Teh Mat Ali who taught this style to Pak Andak Embong.

When it was registered in 1976 as an association under the Government's Club Act, the name was formalized to Seni Gayung Fatani (in Arabic, fatani means wise or having wisdom). This style is the combination of the seni(art) that consists of movements that are soft and holds its own meaning practiced together with muzik silat baku or traditional silat music and also beladiri(self defence) techniques against weapons.

Hello there. I just want to share something about 'Being Happy'. I hope you can enjoy my writing.

Everything that happens in this world, there is no absolute good or bad. Sometimes good things turned out to be bad things eventually, while bad things become a gain. Whatever good things that happen to you, enjoy it, but don’t have to hold too tight to it, treat it as a surprise in your life. Whatever bad things that happen to you, don’t feel too sad or despair, in the end, it might not be a total bad thing after all. If one can understand this, he or she will find life much easier.

To be good is not easy, but we still can be a good person if we trust ourselves to be good. One more thing, never say bad things about ourselves even many people say it.

Hi there...

Want to know about CLOCK?
Let's check it out..

A clock is an instrument used for indicating and maintaining the time. The clock is one of the oldest human inventions, meeting the need to consistently measure intervals of time shorter than the natural units, the day, the lunar month, and the year. Devices operating on several different physical processes have been used over the millennia, culminating in the clocks of today.

Clock has two types which are ANALOG and DIGITAL.

Analog clocks usually indicate time using angles. The most common clock face uses a fixed numbered dial or dials and moving hand or hands. It usually has a circular scale of 12 hours, which can also serve as a scale of 60 minutes, and 60 seconds if the clock has a second hand.

What about Digital clock?

Digital clocks display a numeric representation of time. Two numeric display formats are commonly used on digital clocks. For example, the 24-hour notation with hours ranging 00–23 and the 12-hour notation with AM/PM indicator, with hours indicated as 12AM, followed by 1AM–11AM, followed by 12PM, followed by 1PM–11PM.

FUEL AND PROPOLUSION TECHNOLOGIES

Most automobiles in use today are propelled by gasoline (also known as petrol) or diesel internal combustion engines, which are known to cause air pollution and are also blamed for contributing to climate change and global warming.Increasing costs of oil-based fuels, tightening environmental laws and restrictions on greenhouse gas emissions are propelling work on alternative power systems for automobiles. Efforts to improve or replace existing technologies include the development of hybrid vehicles, and electric and hydrogen vehicles which do not release pollution into the air.

Supersonic jet aircraft

Supersonic aircraft, such as military fighters and bombers, Concorde, and others, make use of special turbines, that generate the huge amounts of power for flight faster than the speed of the sound. Flight at supersonic speed creates more noise than flight at subsonic speeds, due to the phenomenon of sonic booms. This limits supersonic flights to areas of low population density or open ocean. When approaching an area of heavier population density, supersonic aircraft are obliged to fly at subsonic speed.

Due to the high costs, limited areas of use and low demand there are no longer any supersonic aircraft in use by any major airline. The last Concorde flight was on 26 November 2003.

Driving with worn tires increases the chance of getting a flat tyre or a dangerous blowout. Good tyre maintenance will extend the life of your tyres, which will save your money. Don’t let yourself get killed just because of a tyre. Tyres are one of the most important parts of the car. I have read an article about how to extend the life of your tyres. I think that this article is very good. I’m as one of the owner of a car really want to extend the life of my tyres. This article give a lots of information for me. Now, I want to share this information to you so that if you have a car, you can extend the life of your tyres. Don’t take this matter so easily because your life depends on it. First step is you need to check the tyre pressure on all four tires at least once a month. Don't over inflate. If you don’t know your tyre pressure, you can see on the side of the tire as well as on a sticker on the driver's side door jamb. Second thing is you need to have your car aligned if you notice that it drifts in one direction when driving on a straight road and get an alignment after any accident, even a small fender bender. Lastly, understand that bad shock absorbers or struts will cause the tires to wear unevenly. These are some of the important information that you need to highlight. I hope that this information will help you a lot.

Ever wonder why school bus doesn't have seat belts? I do. According to an article i read, the reason why school buses doesn't equipped with seat belts is because the bulkiness of a bus makes it about seven times safer than a passenger car. if the bus get into a collision, the bus can easily absorbed the force of impact. Can you imagine, seven times safer than a passenger car. I think that if the bus is equipped with seat belts, than it could be many times safer than a passenger car. Seat belt could also be equip to express buses and it can surely save the life of the passenger during an accident. That's all for now. bye.

They will be so angry if they see scratch or rust spots. Even for me, if I see that at my car, I will really really really really angry. So, I have found and read an article that is how to take care rust spot of your car. When I read it, I felt that it was too difficult to do it on my own. This is because you really need experiences to handle all the process. It need to handle by the profesional or guided by the profesional because if you do it on your own, probably you will make it more worst. One of the process that you need to do is you need use the sandpaper to the body of the car. If you make a careless mistake, it will affect the body paint of your car. My suggestion is if you see some rust spots at your car, see the profesional people to fix it.

I was searching on an article to read and comment about when I open the blog and find an article "Don't We All?" and I thought why don't I comment on this article. So, this is what I can comment on. Everyone need help when they have trouble. When we are still kids, we often ask our parents for help. Help when dressing up for the first day on the first time of going to school. Help when doing homework. And many more. Without their help, we might not be what we are today. Now that we are big, its time for us to help our parents in return. Never turn your back on them when they need your help. We need to help them when they have problems. this is a way we can show them that we appreciate their sacrifice raising us up. Love them, have respect to them, and listen to their advices. If you become a good child to your parents, in the future, your children will be good to you. That's all for now. bye.

Dig out your car or truck owner's manual, and consult the pages detailing rim specifications. Here, you will find the dimensions and weight of your factory rims, which will guide your search for rims that match your vehicle. If you've lost your owner's manual or you don't have one because you bought the car secondhand, you can contact the manufacturer for a replacement manual or search its website to find the rim specs. Examine the exterior styling of your car when searching for rims that match. If you drive a sensible domestic or imported car, chances are you won't want to opt for five-spoke star rims or rims that are sporty. On the other hand, if you drive a sports car, conservatively styled rims might not make the most appealing choice. Find pictures of your car's make, model and production year. Have a look at the different styles of rims that other car owners have chosen.
Ensure that your rims are compatible with your car's size and weight before buying them. If you're in doubt, you can contact your car's manufacturer or an automotive professional for advice. Use image-manipulation software to test out your choice of rims for aesthetic appeal. Simply cut or copy an image of your selected rims and paste it onto an image of your car. Evaluate the look of the rims.

How does stress make you feel??

• It can make you feel angry, afraid, excited
or helpless.
• It can make it hard to sleep.
• It can give you aches in your head, neck,
jaw and back.
• It can lead to habits like smoking, drinking,
overeating or drug abuse.
• You may not even feel it at all, even
though your body suffers from it.

What is stress??

We are now more closed to the final exam.I believe many students in UMP have to study hard to cover their topic cover for the final exam. And I believe many students was facing with stress lately.
Before this I was read a book about the stress. Here I leave some comment about stress.
Stress is your body’s response to change. It’s a very individual thing.A situation that
one person finds stressful may not bother someone else. For example, one person may become tense when driving; another person may find driving a source of relaxation
and joy. Something that causes fear in some people, such as rock climbing, may be fun for others. There’s no way to say that
one thing is “bad” or “stressful” because everyone’s different.
Not all stress is bad, either. Speaking to a group or watching a close football game can be stressful, but they can be fun, too. Life would be dull without some stress. The key is to manage stress properly, because unhealthy responses to it may lead to health
problems in some people.

In honour of Ramadhan month, we know that there will be many Pasar Ramadhan that are located nearby your home. What it makes different between stalls is the clean and delicious of that food. So that, we as buyer need to know that how to choose the right stall.

Here, i would like to share my experience where i go to pasar ramadhan or anything else. When i want to have a good food;

1. Make sure, that stall are so many people. That's mean, the more people come to that stall, the more delicious of that foods. But, if there are no many people in the pasar ramadhan, so just ignore this tip.

2. See the skill of seller. The way them serve food for you. If their skill are so doing of good deed, that;s mean they were trained because so many people come to their stall.

3. See their equipment of making food. If they have higher technology, maybe they got money to buy that equipment because so many people came to their stall.

4. If you go to the pasar in the early of time, see the quantity of the food on their table, if there are so many food on it, maybe they are ready to serve for many people. But, if that time the pasar ramadhan are getting close, maybe their food are not in demand. So, dont buy it. hehe

5. See the worker also, if there are many worker, mean that they want to increase the rate of making food to serve for many people.

Remember this, i believe when too many people come to some stall, mean that that people know the stall is having a really delicious and good food.
That;s all my sharing experience. I think there are other tips that are not write down here. So, it;s depend on you to believe in what way about making choice to choose the corret stall.

Drugs- Mediced Or Killer?

Drugs are chemicals that change the way a person's body works. You've probably heard that drugs are bad for you, but what does that mean and why are they bad?

Medicines Are Legal Drugs

If you've ever been sick and had to take medicine, you already know about one kind of drugs. Medicines are legal drugs, meaning doctors are allowed to prescribe them for patients, stores can sell them, and people are allowed to buy them. But it's not legal, or safe, for people to use these medicines any way they want or to buy them from people who are selling them illegally.

Illegal Drugs

When people talk about the "drug problem," they usually mean abusing legal drugs or using illegal drugs, such as marijuana, ecstasy, cocaine, LSD, crystal meth and heroin. (Marijuana is generally an illegal drug, but some states allow doctors to prescribe it to adults for certain illnesses.)

Why Are Illegal Drugs Dangerous?

Illegal drugs aren't good for anyone, but they are particularly bad for a kid or teen whose body is still growing. Illegal drugs can damage the brain, heart, and other important organs. Cocaine, for instance, can cause a heart attack - even in a kid or teen.

While using drugs, a person is also less able to do well in school, sports, and other activities. It's often harder to think clearly and make good decisions. People can do dumb or dangerous things that could hurt themselves - or other people - when they use drugs.

Friends-Sharing And Caring?

Hmmm, in this super duper gorgeous earth, I'm very sure that each of us must have know somebody. But are each of person that we knew is our friends or our best friends. Are they can share their secret and take care about us and vice versa? Hmmm but the most important what is the meaning of truly friends. Let's check it out.

Friendship' is a term used to denote co-operative and supportive behavior between two or more beings. In this sense, the term connotes a relationship which involves mutual knowledge, esteem, and affection and respect along with a degree of rendering service to friends in times of need or crisis. Friends will welcome each other's company and exhibit loyalty towards each other, often to the point of altruism. Their tastes will usually be similar and may converge, and they will share enjoyable activities. They will also engage in mutually helping behavior, such as exchange of advice and the sharing of hardship. A friend is someone who may often demonstrate reciprocating and reflective behaviors. Yet for many, friendship is nothing more than the trust that someone or something will not harm them.Value that is found in friendships is often the result of a friend demonstrating the following on a consistent basis:

1. The tendency to desire what is the best for the other.

2. sympathy and empathy.

3. honesty, perhaps in situations where it may be difficult for others to speak the truth, especially in terms of pointing out the perceived faults of one's counterpart.

4. mutual understanding.

So, did you know now what are the meaning if friends right now. I hope that we and also myself for sure would not choose the wrong person to be our friends. Friends are special people. We can't pick our family, and we're sorely limited in the number of them at any rate. Society and mores and often our own conscience dictate we select a single mate. But our friends can be as diverse and infinite as the adjectives we choose. Our friends, in a very real sense, reflect the choices we make in life.

heart attack-are we at risk??

your lifetime, you must ever heard someone said "He was died because of heart attack last night". Then there are someone else said "How can he got a heart attack" and "You must always asking are the heart attack is very dangerous..do I will have heart attack one day..but what is the sign of it and the most important what is the heart attack??"

A heart attack happened when the blood supply to part of the heart muscle itself, the myocardium, is stopped.

The reduction or stoppage happens when one or more of the coronary arteries supplying blood to the heart muscle was blocked. This is usually caused by the buildup of plaque (deposits of fat-like substances), a process called atherosclerosis. The plaque can eventually break into piece, tear or rupture, creating a "snag" where a blood clot forms and blocks the artery. This leads to a heart attack.

If the blood supply is cut off for more than a few minutes, muscle cells suffer permanent injury and die. This can kill or disable someone, depending on how much heart muscle is damaged.

Sometimes a coronary artery temporarily contracts or goes into spasm. When this happens the artery narrows and blood flow to part of the heart muscle decreases or stops. We're not sure what causes a spasm. A spasm can occur in normal-appearing blood vessels as well as in vessels partly blocked by atherosclerosis. A severe spasm can cause a heart attack.

The medical term for heart attack is myocardial infarction. A heart attack is also sometimes called a coronary thrombosis or coronary occlusion.

The sign that you should take care of it if you realize that it is happened to you :

1. Chest discomfort. Most heart attacks involve discomfort in the center of the chest that lasts more than a few minutes, or that goes away and comes back. It can feel like uncomfortable pressure, squeezing, fullness or pain.
2. Discomfort in other areas of the upper body. Symptoms can include pain or discomfort in one or both arms, the back, neck, jaw or stomach.

3. Shortness of breath with or without chest discomfort.

4. Other signs may include breaking out in a cold sweat, nausea or lightheadedness.

Please learn the signs of it, and remember this : Even if you're not sure about it, have it checked out and tell the doctor about your symptoms. Don't ever wait a minute it you figure it symptoms. Fast action can save lives.

Dolphins are marine mammals that are closely related to whales and porpoises. There are almost forty species of dolphin in seventeen genera. They vary in size from 1.2 metres (4 ft) and 40 kilograms (88 lb)(Maui's Dolphins), up to 9.5 m (30 ft) and ten tonnes(the Orca or Killer Whale). They are found worldwide, mostly in the shallower seas of the continental shelves, and are carnivores, mostly eating fish and squid. The family Delphinidae is the largest in the Cetacea, and relatively recent: dolphins evolved about ten million years ago, during the Miocene. Dolphins are considered to be amongst the most intelligent of animals and their often friendly appearance and seemingly playful attitude have made them popular human culture.

Elecric motorcycles

Very high fuel economy equivalents can be derived by electric motorcycles. Electric motorcycles are nearly silent, zero-emission electric motor-driven vehicles. Operating range and top speed suffer because of limitations of battery technology. Fuel cells and petroleum-electric hybrids are also under development to extend the range and improve performance of the electric motors.

What is nutrition??

Nutrition is between the extremes of optimal health and death from starvation or malnutrition, there is an array of disease states that can be caused or alleviated by changes in diet. Deficiencies, excesses and imbalances in diet can produce negative impacts on health, which may lead to diseases such as scurvy, obesity or osteoporosis, as well as psychological and behavioral problems. The science of nutrition attempts to understand how and why specific dietary aspects influence health.

Nutrients in food are grouped into several categories. Macronutrients means fat, protein, and carbohydrates. Micronutrients are the minerals and vitamins. Additionally food contains water and dietary fiber.

CALCULATOR

In the past, mechanical clerical aids such as abaci, comptometers, Napier's bones, books of mathematical tables, slide rules, or mechanical adding machines were used for numeric work. This semi-manual process of calculation was tedious and error-prone.

Modern calculators are electrically powered and vary from cheap, give-away, credit-card sized models to sturdy adding machine-like models with built-in printers. They first became popular in the late 1960s as decreasing size and cost of electronics made possible devices for calculations, avoiding the use of scarce and expensive computer resources. By the 1980s, calculator prices had reduced to a point where a basic calculator was affordable to most. By the 1990s they had become common in math classes in schools, with the idea that students could be freed from basic calculations and focus on the concepts.

Computer operating systems as far back as early Unix have included interactive calculator programs such as dc and hoc, and calculator functions are included in almost all PDA-type devices

Determination.

Another article on the blog that I want to comment on. Its the story about the Brooklyn Bridge. The man behind all of it. His father dreams about it. He made it real. And this man is paralyzed. Washington Roebling was his name. An accident at the construction site of the bridge take his father life away and left him with brain damage which resulted in him not being able to walk or talk or even move. But his determination of building the bridge never fade but is getting stronger. He sent his massage to the engineers by tapping on his wife arm for 13 years until the bridge is finished. Can you imagine, a handicap man, had done something even for us, a healthy human being might not accomplish. Sometimes, we just simply quit on solving a question or a problem. We quickly give up. We cannot be like this especially since we are students. We should have the determination as big and strong as Washington. With that we can surely faced any problem and succeed on solving it. that's all. bye.

What is happening to today's world? People with good intentions are being treated badly. I read an article in a newspaper where a woman was raped for trying to help two guys whose car broke down beside a road. Nowadays, it is really hard to trust other people. Sometimes when we want to help those in need, we tend to wonder whether do they really need our help or are they wanting something else. Like this poor woman who has to live it for her whole life knowing that she has made a mistake by wanting to help those who do not deserve to be helped. Every time I read articles on women or girls being treated badly, it kinds of make my blood boil because it makes e think what those evil people are thinking. Please treat other people properly and do not be selfish and let yourselves be controlled by lust. Live life with full of love.

Ghost...

A ghost is popularly held to be the disembodied spirit or soul of a deceased person.Popularly described as insubstantial and partly transparent, ghosts are reported to haunt particular locations that they were associated with in life or at time of death. A revenant is a deceased person returning from the dead to haunt the living, either as a disembodied ghost or alternatively as an animated ("undead") corpse.

Phantom armies, ghost-animals, ghost trains and phantom ships have also been reported.

A poll conducted in 2003 showed that more than half of adults in the United States believe in ghosts and/or demons. To date, there is no solid empirical evidence of the existence of ghosts.

Ghosts or similar paranormal entities famously appear in film, theatre, and literature; legends and myths, and some religions.

what is monopoly really is?

In economics, a monopoly (from Greek monos , alone or single + polein , to sell) exists when a specific individual or enterprise has sufficient control over a particular product or service to determine significantly the terms on which other individuals shall have access to it.Monopolies are thus characterized by a lack of economic competition for the good or service that they provide and a lack of viable substitute goods. The verb "monopolize" refers to the process by which a firm gains persistently greater market share than what is expected under perfect competition.

A monopoly should be distinguished from monopsony, in which there is only one buyer of a product or service; a monopoly may also have monopsony control of a sector of a market. Likewise, a monopoly should be distinguished from a cartel (a form of oligopoly), in which several providers act together to coordinate services, prices or sale of goods. Monopolies can form naturally or through vertical or horizontal mergers. A monopoly is said to be coercive when the monopoly firm actively prohibits competitors from entering the field.

In many jurisdictions, competition laws place specific restrictions on monopolies. Holding a dominant position or a monopoly in the market is not illegal in itself, however certain categories of behaviour can, when a business is dominant, be considered abusive and therefore be met with legal sanctions. A government-granted monopoly or legal monopoly, by contrast, is sanctioned by the state, often to provide an incentive to invest in a risky venture or enrich a domestic constituency. The government may also reserve the venture for itself, thus forming a government monopoly.

Now a days, people enjoy playing a board games called monopoly. A business strategy games that is really fun to play with.

Our planet...

Home to millions of species, including humans, Earth is the only place in the universe where life is known to exist. The planet formed 4.54 billion years ago,and life appeared on its surface within a billion years. Since then, Earth's biosphere has significantly altered the atmosphere and other a biotic conditions on the planet, enabling the proliferation of aerobic organisms as well as the formation of the ozone layer which, together with Earth's magnetic field, blocks harmful radiation, permitting life on land. The physical properties of the Earth, as well as its geological history and orbit, allowed life to persist during this period. The world is expected to continue supporting life for another 1.5 billion years, after which the rising luminosity of the Sun will eliminate the biosphere. This is the planet where we live with.

The Solar System

The Solar System consists of the Sun and those celestial objects bound to it by gravity: the eight planets and five dwarf planets, their 173 known moons, and billions of small bodies. The small bodies include asteroids, icy Kuiper belt objects, comets, meteoroids, and interplanetary dust.

The charted regions of the Solar System comprise the Sun, four terrestrial inner planets, the asteroid belt, four gas giant outer planets, and finally the Kuiper belt and the scattered disc. The hypothetical Oort cloud may also exist at a distance roughly a thousand times beyond these regions.

The solar wind, a flow of plasma from the Sun, permeates the Solar System, creating a bubble in the interstellar medium known as the heliosphere, which extends out to the middle of the scattered disc.

In order of their distances from the Sun, the eight planets are:

1. Mercury (57,900,000 km)
2. Venus (108,000,000 km)
3. Earth (150,000,000 km)
4. Mars (228,000,000 km)
5. Jupiter (779,000,000 km)
6. Saturn (1,430,000,000 km)
7. Uranus (2,880,000,000 km)
8. Neptune (4,500,000,000 km)

As of mid-2008, five smaller objects are classified as dwarf planets, all but the first of which orbit beyond Neptune. These are:

1. Ceres (415,000,000 km, in the asteroid belt; formerly classed as the fifth planet)
2. Pluto (5,906,000,000 km, formerly classified as the ninth planet)
3. Haumea (6,450,000,000 km)
4. Makemake (6,850,000,000 km)
5. Eris (10,100,000,000 km)

Six of the planets and three of the dwarf planets are orbited by natural satellites, usually termed "moons" after Earth's Moon. Each of the outer planets is encircled by planetary rings of dust and other particles.

Galaxy

A galaxy is a massive, gravitationally bound system that consists of stars and stellar remnants, an interstellar medium of gas and dust, and an important but poorly-understood component tentatively dubbed dark matter. The name is from the Greek root galaxias [γαλαξίας], meaning "milky," a reference to the Milky Way galaxy. Typical galaxies range from dwarfs with as few as ten million stars up to giants with one trillion stars, all orbiting the galaxy's center of mass. Galaxies can also contain many multiple star systems, star clusters, and various interstellar clouds. The Sun is one of the stars in the Milky Way galaxy; the Solar System includes the Earth and all the other objects that orbit the Sun.

There are probably more than 100 billion galaxies in the observable universe. Most galaxies are 1,000 to 100,000 parsecs in diameter and are usually separated by distances on the order of millions of parsecs (or megaparsecs).Intergalactic space (the space between galaxies) is filled with a tenuous gas of an average density less than one atom per cubic meter. The majority of galaxies are organized into a hierarchy of associations called clusters, which, in turn, can form larger groups called superclusters. These larger structures are generally arranged into sheets and filaments, which surround immense voids in the universe.

first sorry because im late to send comment in this blog, this week so busy for me, because we have a lot of test and quiz.

Bipolar disorder affects men and women equally and usually appears between the ages of 15 and 25. The exact cause is unknown, but it occurs more often in relatives of people with bipolar disorder.

Bipolar disorder results from disturbances in the areas of the brain that regulate mood. During manic periods, a person with bipolar disorder may be overly impulsive and energetic, with an exaggerated sense of self. The depressed phase brings overwhelming feelings of anxiety, low self-worth, and suicidal thoughts.

There are two primary types of bipolar disorder. People with bipolar disorder I have had at least one fully manic episode with periods of major depression. In the past, bipolar disorder I was called manic depression.

People with bipolar disorder II seldom experience full-fledged mania. Instead they experience periods of hypomania (elevated levels of energy and impulsiveness that are not as extreme as the symptoms of mania). These hypomanic periods alternate with episodes of major depression.

A mild form of bipolar disorder called cyclothymia involves periods of hypomania and mild depression, with less-severe mood swings. People with bipolar disorder II or cyclothymia may be misdiagnosed as having depression alone.

DANGEROUS OF FAST FOOD

Fast food success has drawn much attention to the industry and the food itself. Animal rights advocates and health buffs alike criticize fast food on its effect on the health of its customers and the health of the globe. Not only is fast food proven to be bad for the health because of its high fat content and the probable health hazards fast food chains are prone to, but also its effect on employment and agricultural concerns.

Fast food is everywhere. It is available from main commercial blocks to gas service stations. In short, it is available and accessible. This partnered with the biological propensity towards food high in fat and sugar, leads to widespread obesity.

A particular man filed a lawsuit in the United States against four fast food chains because, according to him, the fast foods’ greasy and salty food led him to being obese and unhealthy. Magnifying this issue, a documentary titled “Supersize Me” was created. This showed the life of a man who dined on fast food for an entire month. The result was tens of pounds gained.

Ultimately, dining regularly or almost totally on fast food will pose serious risks to one’s health. But it cannot be totally blamed for health problems. Mainly because it still rests on the person’s choice. There are plenty of fast food diners in perfect shape. The key is in moderation and smart choice.

I LOVE PEANUT BUTTER

Peanut butter is one of America's favorite foods. Found in about 75% of American homes, peanut butter is considered by many to be a staple like bread and milk. While the traditional kid and comfort food favorites - pb&j's and criss-cross cookies - remain favorites today, peanut butter is all grown up when used in savory sauces for pasta, meat and vegetables.

Peanuts are planted after the last frost in April, when soil temperatures reach 65° to 70° Fahrenheit. The shelled peanut itself also is the seed. Specially grown and treated peanut kernels from the previous year's crop are planted two inches deep, approximately one to two inches apart in rows.

Peanuts are harvested 120 to 160 days after planting, usually in September and October. Harvesting is a rapid process. When the soil is not too wet or too dry (both conditions leave the peanuts stuck in the ground as the plant is pulled free), the farmer drives a tractor with a digger-shaker attachment along the rows of peanuts. The digger has long blades that run four to six inches under the ground loosening the plant and cutting the tap root. Just behind the blade, a shaker lifts the plant from the ground, gently shakes the soil from the peanuts and lays the plant upside-down in windrows to dry in the sun for two to three days.

The peanut wagons are taken to buying stations where they are weighed, graded and inspected by the Federal-State Inspection Service to determine the quality and value of the load.

There are 16,000 peanut farmers in nine primary states in the US. Peanut farms are mostly operated by family farmers who grow an average of 98 acres of peanuts each year on a 3-year rotation, usually with cotton, corn, soybeans and grass crops. Farmers sold their peanuts in the domestic market for about 30.5¢ a pound in 2001

BUSY...

Being busy--or over-busy--is usually a question of decisions. We decide which tasks we'll take on and which deadlines we accept. Sometimes our motivation seems so strong that we feel pushed into a decision, such as the possibility of losing a job, but the bottom line is that what we do and when we do it is still our decision. Perhaps removing ourselves from a job that takes too much from us is the better decision for us in the long run, and perhaps setting some limits by saying no to someone can be an extremely important action.

Busyness is something that keeps us away from quiet time, from meditation, from friends and family, from reading, from relaxation. And these are the things that help us to re-create ourselves, to rejuvenate ourselves, and to grow and develop as human beings. Making the decision to step away from being busy can help us in many different ways, some of which are completely unimaginable to us while we're still busy, while we're still so scattered in our thoughts that we can't focus on anything else but the immediate task at hand. We owe it to ourselves to take care of ourselves, and being perpetually busy is not healthy or wise for the vast majority of us.

Playing on the dance mat improves your fitness levels and co-ordination. It can be done alone, with a friend or with your children. You can also plug in two mats at the one time and dance against each other. Why not get your mates together and have a Dance Mat party?

The dance mat is easy to set up and put away. They fold up neatly so they can be kept virtually anywhere. No fancy gear is required, not even a good pair of trainers!

A habit is any action that we have performed so often that it becomes almost an involuntary response. If we consider this habit to be undesirable then we may label it a "bad habit". People spend countless hours and dollars each year attempting to break these bad habits and often do not have any success. Why? Because there is no magic bullet. Change is hard work and there is no short cut to achieving it. The steps a person needs to take, however, can be very simply outlined. To effect a change in habits, one needs to bring the action back into the realm of consciousness and regain the ability to make choices.

Now you should realize that the only way to continue with a bad habit for very long is to sink back into denial of why you are doing it in the first place. Each time you begin to resume your old patterns the thought will pass through your mind that you are trading X for Y each time you perform that action. You will be forced to make a choice, whether good for bad, about continuing your habit. What choices will you make? The one that makes you feel bad about yourself or the one that makes you feel good? It's up to you.

YOGURT

Yesterday I had bought yogurt at Ina shop, it was blueberry yogurt, it to sour, and I don't like it. After that i had a little bit study on yougurt, and what i had founds.
The health benefits of yogurt have been cited for centuries, but many people still don’t realize just how valuable yogurt can be to living a healthy lifestyle. Yogurt can actually benefit your health in a variety of ways, and it should definitely be added to your shopping list the next time you head out to the grocery store.

Since yogurt is made from dairy products, it is very high in calcium, which is highly beneficial for bone and teeth health. Calcium is especially important for those seeking to prevent bone density loss and osteoporosis. Healthy levels of calcium can also encourage the body to maintain and lose weight.

Last week,i was read an article about global war.The writer told that the first time he met Robert Prechter was at a meeting of the Market Technicians' association in New York in the early 1970s. Over time we became good friends and a few years ago he invited me to speak at one of his seminars in the United States.

I have to confess that when I first met Robert, I had not heard of the works of Ralph Nelson Elliott which form the basis of the Elliott Wave Principle.

However, I subsequently became interested in the subject and when Robert Prechter, together with Alfred Frost, published the Elliott Wave Principle in 1978, I read it with great interest and, also, a lot of scepticism.

Today, it is hard to believe how pessimistic investors had become in the late 1970s about the outlook for stock prices. Inflation was accelerating, oil prices were shooting up, and the Cold War was in full swing.

Gold and silver prices were soaring while financial markets were in disarray. The whole world was speculating in gold 24 hours a day. Investors flocked to gold seminars at which the gold bugs predicted it would rise to US$ 3,000 (S$ 4,230) while stocks and the US dollar would tumble.

The Dow Jones hovered around 800 points after having exceeded 1,000 for the first time in 1966 -12 years earlier. I can assure you that in 1978, not many people believed that stocks "always go up in the long term".

After all, mutual funds had suffered net redemption since 1971 and many US brokerage firms had to close their doors or merge because of low volume -in 1978 the average daily NYSE volume was 28 million shares -as well as negotiated commissions.

Investor sentiment was then so bearish that hardly anyone gave much weight to Mr. Prechter's forecast, based on the Elliott Wave, of the Dow Jones rising to 2500-3000. In the 1983 edition, this target was revised to 3500-4000, a prediction which was then taken with equal disbelief.

Today, the mood is obviously quite different. Investors believe that stocks will always go up and outperform cash and bonds, while gold is totally out of favour. Confidence in equities is so high that, for 58 consecutive months, US equity mutual funds had net inflows.

At the same time, the public has become accustomed to the idea that any decline is a great buying opportunity -as was provided by the October 1987 crash, or the 1990 Gulf War. Communism is dead, capitalism and market-based economies with financial markets are in fashion, the global economic outlook is perceived to be bright, and renowned strategists talk about a "perfect world" for equities.

Thus, it should come as no surprise that Mr Prechter's latest book - At the Crest of the Tidal Wave -A Forecast for the Great Bear Market - will meet with total incredulity among the investing public.

People will read it and find it "very interesting". But since everybody believes that stocks will rise further -even Mr Prechter concedes that the Dow Jones could still rise to the 5200-5500 range within the next few months -not many will act upon his predictions. Many "experts" will likely dismiss it as "ridiculous".

In Forecast for the Great Bear Market, Mr Prechter, based on his interpretation of the Elliott Wave Principle, expects "almost everything" to decline massively in value over the next few years. This includes stocks, bonds, gold, real estate and collectibles, but not the US dollar, which will rise because of a credit contraction.

The Elliott Wave stipulates, based on complex wave counts and Fibonacci numbers, that the US stock market is at present "at the crest" of the fifth wave which will be followed by a "Grand Supercycle degree bear market" which will carry the Dow Jones "to its expected target within the range of the previous Supercycle fourth wave, between 41 and 381 on the Dow".

And since no "Supercycle degree decline in stock prices on record has failed to produce a depression", Mr Prechter argues that the coming deflationary depression will also wreak havoc in the real estate and commodities markets.

But the bad news does not stop there. While a deflationary depression should, under normal conditions, be favourable for bonds, Mr Prechter's Elliott Wave counts suggest that bonds will not escape the coming collapse. This he attributes to massive defaults, including the one by governments.

According to Mr Prechter, "rising interest rates in a deteriorating economy will be a total mystery to most investors".

In a strongly deflationary environment, gold is not expected to perform well either. The wave principle has an ideal price target for gold of between US$ 112 and US$ 182.

In the case of gold and silver, however, Mr Prechter allows for an alternate wave count which suggests that the precious metals will not fall to new lows before rallying. "With silver having fallen 93 per cent, this possibility must be entertained."

And what should we think of his apocalyptic forecasts?

As indicated earlier, Mr Prechter's forecasts sound as far-fetched today as his prediction of the Dow Jones in 1978. All I can say is that Robert Prechter is no lunatic and, most certainly, not a doomsayer.

He is one of the most thorough observers of stock, commodities and currency markets I have ever met, and has an enviable forecasting track record.

In the early 1980s, he recognised the disinflationary environment to come which would propel stocks sharply higher at a time investors had lost faith in equities. Then, in August 1987, he advised his clients to liquidate their stocks -not a bad call considering the global stock market crash that occured two months later. And while the Elliott Waves are open to a number of different interpretations and alternate counts, they cannot be dismissed as hogwash.

I have read an article in the NST newspaper. The article is about the global warming. It has become common practice these days to associate e-waste recycling purely with the act of scraping metal and cables. It is my view that recycling in this form is only a last resort when an item can no longer be re-used.

While most recycling does involve the scrapping of raw materials we have to stop and think about the energy requirements of recycling versus re-use.

The cost of recycling includes:
Item collection
Item dismantling and sorting
Raw material transport and containerization
Raw material smelting
Transport of smelted material to producer
Reproduction into new useful item
New item transport and containerization back to us

Compare that process to re-use which usually only involves:
Item collection
Item testing / refurbishing
Transport to final recipient

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that re-using the original item as opposed to recycling it uses a lot less energy (making it more environmentally friendly) and offers a more economical outcome to the final user. This doesn't just apply to computers, but to most items that we currently recycle. So why isn't there more re-use? Why is there such a push towards recycling but silence when it comes to re-using? Shouldn't we be trying to encourage people to re-use rather than just recycle?

What is a true friend?

These are the people you trust. You know they have your best interest at heart and they are going to tell you from time to time what you need to hear, not always what you want to hear. They are of the "handpicked family" as one of my fantastically wise friends calls these very special people, as she herself has been a true & trusted friend for over 26 years now and in all that time we only lived in the same city the first year we met when we became true friends all those years ago. We never lost sight of our deep respect and close bond of true friendship across many miles, years and provinces. We are each a part of the other's "handpicked family".

I think one thing true friends do best is bring you back to yourself. Reminding you of who you are and what you are capable of, even when you may have temporarily forgotten.

Life's demands can stretch you thin and leave you wondering at times, where 'you' went.
If you find yourself in this situation it is time to call a true friend from your 'handpicked family' to set you back on the road home to yourself.

Oh and by the way, the best way to find a true friend is to BE a true friend.

This time,I want to told you about synopsis of the story that I have read that is The Narrator and His Guide

The story begins with the unnamed narrator indicating that he and his party has reached the summit of the mountain. The narrator is a tourist being shown a local natural wonder by a grizzled Norwegian fisherman whose shortness of breath, white hair, and nervous demeanor seem to indicate great age. However, fisherman seeks to remove the idea of advanced age from the narrator’s mind. He claims that less than three years ago, he could have ascended the mountain as easily as one of his sons, however after six hours of the most intense fear, he is now broken in both body and soul.

The two have climbed the heights of Helseggen Mountain so that the narrator may view an immense whirlpool from the height of fifteen hundred feet.

The whirlpool forms daily at the changing of the tides. The narrator gives a detailed description of the geography of the area and the formation of the whirlpool as the tide changed, which is augmented by information shared with him by the fisherman. In addition to his detailed description of the physical characteristics of the whirlpool, the narrator shares various theories as to the cause of the maelstrom. After having personally viewed the phenomenon, the narrator is willing to believe the most outrageous account as being plausible.
The Account of a Grizzled Eyewitness

The fisherman explains to the narrator that it was the habit of him and his two brothers to fish near the maelstrom as the quantity and quality of the catch justified the danger of the job. However, while he was willing to take the risk on himself, he was unwilling to take the risk with his sons and so it was only him and his brothers who fished near the maelstrom.

The men had studied the patterns of the maelstrom and knew when the window of opportunity was open. On the day about which the fisherman shares his story, the brothers were caught near the maelstrom by an unexpected hurricane. The hurricane washed one brother overboard, disabled the ship and propelled the two remaining brothers, on board the ship, towards the maelstrom. As the disabled craft neared the maelstrom, the eye of the hurricane centered over the whirlpool.. As a result, the fisherman was able to see everything that was happening with startling clarity by the light of the moon.

Once he realized their situation, the fisherman began to observe the situation with a curious detachment that allowed him to appreciate the manifestation of God’s power as displayed in the maelstrom. However, his brother responded to the same situation with unreasoning madness and attempted to forcibly remove the fisherman from the hook, which he was hanging onto. The fisherman, recognizing the futility of holding onto anything switched places with his brother and hung onto the barrel that his brother had vacated.

As they descended down the side of the maelstrom, the fisherman noticed that while it was bright and clear, he could not see the bottom of the whirlpool because it was obscured by mist “a magnificent rainbow, like that narrow and tottering bridge which Musselmen say is the only pathway between Time and Eternity.”

The descent into the whirlpool was not rapid and it gave the fisherman time to realize that the objects trapped in the whirlpool descended at different rates. He realized that cylindrical objects descended at the slowest rate and decided that the most likely way to survive was to strap himself to the barrel and jump into the maelstrom and hope that he might descend slowly enough to outlast the lifespan of the whirlpool. His brother refuses to join him and rides the ship to his death.

The fisherman survived and was spit out of the whirlpool to be picked up by some fishermen who are his friends. However, they did not recognize him because after six hours in the maelstrom, his hair had turned from black to white and the character of his face had changed.
Disbelief

The fisherman states that his friends did not believe his story and he is certain that the narrator will not believe it either.

Disney’s animated Pocahontas is a romanticized version of the love story between an Indian woman, Pocahontas, and an English settler, Captain John Smith, in Seventeenth-Century Virginia. The movie manages to combine the tensions that existed between the settlers and the Native Americans, the attitudes that each group saw the other as “savages,” and the white man’s obsession with the search for gold. The story also includes the favorite “text-book tale” of how Pocahontas pleads with her father, Chief Powhatan, and saves the life of John Smith. This made-for-children, but also loved by adults, version is jam-packed with cute animals, a talking “Grandmother Willow” tree, and a happy ending in which the two groups have learned to get along, and the “bad guy,” Governor Ratcliffe, is taken away in handcuffs.

What is the Marketing?

We've noticed that on a well known marketing web site (actually, it's on the ClickZ.com web site), there is an article with a similar title - just what is marketing? This is a very good question and the answer typically ends up (as it is in the aforementioned article) being a lot of tactics, like advertising, brand management, sales, service, pricing, email marketing, etc. That's a good start, but far from complete.

And that's one of the problems with the web. There are lots of web sites out there with people claiming to be knowledgeable about marketing. In fact, if you go to search engines like Google and type in marketing, you'll come up with over 16,000,000 web pages! By the time you've got that many people claiming to be experts in marketing, it's difficult to even know what marketing means.

MARKETING IS NOT TACTICS

When most people think of marketing, they think of marketing

On many sites you see incredible assessments regarding brainwave entrainment. You can read slogans like meditate deeper than a Zen monk' or 'Meditate profoundly within minutes' or even 'meditate in minutes'. Most of this how ever is is plain lie. Not that there is no truth to to these claims, but you do not get it just out of the box.
Yes, you will get entrained to lower brain waves but that also happens when you when you sleep.
What you need to do is using all the insights that experienced meditators use. Doing this, you will greatly enhance your benefits you get out of your brainwave meditation session. The following tips helped me, so they will help you the same.

Relax
If you want to meditate, with or without the help of brainwave entrainment, you will need to learn how to relax all your muscles. It is a basic skill and must be mastered. There is no escaping that..
In the beginning of all entrainment tracks your brainwaves are gradually brought down over a period of 5 to 10 minutes. This is the ideal moment to relax allour muscles. If you just bring you attention to each of the muscles, one by one, telling them to relax, you will see that they just do that. Fee all the tension flow out of you. Now do the same for your thoughts and emotions. Just gently look at them and allow them to relax.
If you skip this step, the entrainment will do it for you. You will, however not be able to reach the depts as with the conscious relaxation of your body a,d mind.

alcoholic drink facts...
When we talk about an alcoholism fact there are many interesting things related to alcohol. There will not be any exaggeration if we say that the word “alcohol” has become very common word in the international dictionary. Some other words, which have been exploited badly, are “sex” and “Internet”. People from all occupations have abused no matter for what reason or use, “alcohol” since centuries.

For many centuries the world has abused alcohol and other related substances for different reasons. When we discuss alcoholism fact, it must begin with the reason that makes this substance so popular. Actually when alcohol is taken in the body and eventually the brain, it secretes some chemicals called dopamine and serotonin. It is due to these chemicals that induce a state of euphoria, goodness and well-being for the drinker.

Most of the time when any drinker drinks alcohol he feels good and a sense of euphoria is induced in his brain. That is the main reason a drinker drinks alcohol repeatedly. Only due to this feeling, a social drinker becomes an alcoholic personality.

Presidential Fun Facts about Ice Cream

* George Washington was also known to have had a love for ice cream! In fact, he loved ice cream so much that he had two ice cream makers in his home.

* Thomas Jefferson had two French ice cream machines into his home in order to make homemade ice cream. (Yes, they did have homemade ice cream back then) after he made his ice cream, he would often and vanilla to it, which was the tradition of the French. He would also have a hankering for a French pastry that had ice cream in the middle

* James Madison wanted to impress his guests so much that he had ice cream served to his guests at his inaugural ball. Madison used his very own cows in order to get the milk that was used for the ice cream.

* Franklin Roosevelt demonstrated that ice cream deserves a rank among royalty. He is reported to have served ice cream to King George. FDR loved any type of ice cream, but certainly went for chocolate.

* What about Ronald Reagan? In 1984, he was the one who called July "National Ice Cream Month" and the third Sunday of that month he called "National Ice Cream Day."

Barack Obama does not like ice cream! Yep! His daughters do, but he says he is not a "sweets guy." One of his daughters said that everyone should like ice cream. And don't we all agree!

John McCain has his own ice cream flavor! "Straight Talk Crunch" from Baskin Robbins. He loves it! It's made from caramel, white chocolate and almonds. Obama's is called "Whirl of Change." It has chunks of chocolate covered peanut brittle, peanut-nougat and a caramel ribbon.

3 ways to look young...

Rest up.
During deep sleep, your skin grows cells, builds proteins, and repairs damage from stress and sun. Aim for seven hours of sleep a night.

Drink up.
Hydrating from the inside out will keep skin firm and plump. Sneak in eight cups of water a day. Sip green tea at your desk, have soup for lunch, snack on some juicy watermelon or crisp cucumber.

Straighten up.
Rounded, hunched shoulders age you instantly. Stand tall with knees soft (not locked). Inhale. Exhale, pulling your belly button back toward your spine. Lift the front of your rib cage an inch or two. Check that your ear, shoulder, hip, and ankle are all in alignment. This can prevent hunchback.

How to buy use car.....
1. Do your research: First, you should have a general idea of what kind of car you want to buy. Next, you will want to look online or in a Kelly's Blue Book to see what the car is worth. That way you will not be pressured into overpaying just because you had no idea of how much the car should have cost. You should also do an online search to see if that make and model has any reoccurring problems, such as the transmission blowing after 50,000 miles or the engine giving out. Some cars are just not built to last and those are the ones you want to avoid.

2. Get your finances in order: Will you pay for your car in cash or finance it? If you are going to finance it, will you go through the car dealership or a private lender such as a bank or credit union? These are all important questions to ask because they have a direct impact on how much money you will save. You're best option is to pay in cash. Not only because you can negotiate a lower price, but because you won't have to worry about making monthly payments and interest fees. If you don't have that much money saved up, your next best option is to get your loan through a private lender. They have lower interest rates than the dealership and will give you a check to make your purchase, which can come in handy when negotiating a price.

3. Do a thorough inspection: This is the most important aspect of buying a used car that most people ignore. Just because the car looks good on the outside, doesn't mean that everything will be fine under the hood. So, take it for a test drive to check for any funny noises, jerking or leaking fluids. Or better yet, drive it over to your mechanic and have them give it a full inspection. If everything checks out, you're good to go!

As long as you follow this buying a used car checklist, you're well on your way to buying the car of your dreams well within your budget. So, just remember to do your research, consider your financing options and inspect every car you're interested in buying. You can find a used car that you like on the internet, in the newspaper or at an auction. It all depends on how much money you want to save and what kind of warranties you want.

How to clean helmet...
Helmet is not only the head protector, but also the eye. Well, if the glass is dirty, it can disrupt concentration. In addition to the dirty, the concentration can also be disrupted because of the type of glass (visor) that is used is too dark or colored.

From the three types of yesteryear, he added, each have a different level of danger. "If it is damaged, for example, abrasion, all glass helmet is dangerous. Especially the night before because abrasion can solve the reflection of rays that should enter evenly, so turn, and if the day just to make the view obstructed.

Clear glass helmet most comfortable. Although the abrasion, the view is not so disrupted. If the smokey, have been smudged or scratched, more limited view. The worse thing is; if that rainbow visor scratched. To take care of it, I give the right steps. Basically, keep all the same. How, "Use of water (must be clean) and soap (preferably a liquid). The detergent has a coarse grain can damage the glass. Avoid the use of (substance) chemicals, such as alcohol. The helmet's polycarbonate glass will be opaque when exposed to it.

Composition free of soap and water and do not clean the visor recommended in dry conditions. For, grain or dust can harm the glass made from polycarbonate. Although the glass is coated helmet abrasion-proof (anti-scratch) or fog-proof (anti-fog), are still damaged when crushed. Even if the use tissue or foam.

To be safe, glass helmet removed first. If difficult to remove, spray the glass with a splash of water from the hose (please, not too swift). "If the dirt is too long, tissue can be used, but spray with water first. After the paste to the visor (not rubbed) and lift it after a while. Repeat several times until the crust soften the dirt.

After that, rinse it with water and dry-use a special cloth dryer

Words of Advice from Bill Gates:

Life is wonderful, but it is also challenging at times. The following advice comes from one of the most successful businessman in history, Bill Gates. He recently told a group of high schoolers about 11 things they did not learn in school. He talks about how feel-good, politically correct teachings created a full generation of kids with no concept of reality and how this concept set them up for failure in the real world. I want all of you to be very successful, so consider some of his words:

Rule 1: Life is not fair - get used to it.

Rule 2: The world won't care about your self-esteem. The world will expect you to accomplish something BEFORE you feel good about yourself.

Rule 3: You will NOT make 40 thousand dollars a year right out of high school. You won't be a vice-president with a car phone, until you earn both.

Rule 4: If you think your teacher is tough, wait till you get a boss. He doesn't have tenure.

Rule 5: Flipping burgers is not beneath your dignity. Your grandparents had a different word for burger flipping; they called it opportunity.

Rule 6: If you mess up, it's not your parents' fault, so don't whine about your mistakes, learn from them.

Rule 7: Before you were born, your parents weren't as boring as they are now. They got that way from paying your bills, cleaning your clothes and listening to you talk about how cool you are. So before you save the rain forest from the parasites of your parents' generation, try delousing the closet in your own room.

Rule 8: Your school may have done away with winners and losers but life has not. In some schools they have abolished failing grades and they'll give you as many times as you want to get the right answer. This doesn't bear the slightest resemblance to ANYTHING in real life.

Rule 9: Life is not divided into semesters. You don't get summers off and very few employers are interested in helping you find yourself. Do that on your own time.

Rule 10: Television is NOT real life. In real life people actually have to leave the coffee shop and go to jobs.

Rule 11: Be nice to nerds. Chances are you'll end up working for one.

--There may be virtual reality, but there is no such thing as virtual happiness--
