the video teach us how to cure up our nervous and panic while giving speech...holding tightly our hand will show to audience that we are nervous,this make audience did not focus on our message...try to relax ourselves while giving a speech to audience..

This video reveal us the important thing to control our scared and nervous while giving a speech.We should move our hand because it is a normal gestures.It show that we is confident while giving the speech and have the link to communicate with our audience.
Hand gesture is very important because it can show what is your feeling now indirectly to your audience ......
so if you start nervous ...your audience will lose their confidence on you and may find you boring ....So move your hand when giving a speech because it can make you less tension and make you confidence indirectly so that you can attract your audience to listen to you ...

i would like to comment a lot on this video.. but i cannot hear what tj walker is saying because the sound of this video is too slow.. but according to his body languages and hand gestures, i know that he try to explain that we must use our hand wisely during any presentation.. see.. by looking by his hand, i can know what he try to explain.. this show that by using our hand, we can give our speech or presentation more effectively.. the audiences also can feel and understand our speech easily.. then they will be attracted to what we are trying to tell them.. besides want to giving our speech more effectively, we also can use our hands to reduce our nervous in front of audience..

"Biologically programmed to move our hand"? Wow, i didn't know that. As for me, moving my hands during a speech actually makes me comfortable instead of standing straight like a robot and talking to them. Trust me, if someone tends to talk like that, I'm sure something will be flying at them. Move around frequently so that you are comfortable with the audience. Don't stand still as you will tend to be scared and that will ruin everything.

it can make us more confident or otherwise make our presentation more worst....its all depend on ourself..how we use the hand gesture appropriately..when deliver the speech do not your hand tightly because it will obviously show that you are nervous..move your hand in the way you are relaxing your body will give a good impact to your presentation and will make you more confident.....
