The speaker talk about the disadvantages of powerpoint. With a good body gesture he make his talk more interesting. There are many disadvantages of powerpoint. One of it is people tend to put every word they are going to say on their powerpoint slides. It make the audience do not pay attention to what the speaker said but just read from the powerpoint. It make our presentation very boring.

when we gives speech,we must try to summarized our talk as short as possible.when we gives long speech,it can gives audience get bored and they not concentrate about our speech.we tried to display more pictures and it can gives them good imagination power.futhermore ,speaker also must have systhematic power points and better font analyze
The speakers was so energetic and knowledgable about presenting via powerpoint. This should be implemented by us on how to be a good speaker. For the content DO NOT! put all words in the powerpoint, just put only certain points and you eloborate on that point. the usage of background and font type must be use wisely to prevent dull presentation :)

The speaker is very talented. He talks about powerpoint and its disadvantages. I am still think the powerpoint is a very good tools for speakers. The powerpoint turns not effective depends on the person who use it. If the speaker put all his speech in the slide, use bullet points as many as he could, bad color scheme, the powerpoint become bad. I think it as okay to enter all data in slide but do not enter it in same slide. Use another slide instead.

from this video, the speaker just focused to the slide shows. he just read all the points at the slide show. audience not focus to his presentation. the presentation is to fibrous. so many points in the slide. the audience not understand what the speaker wants to delivery to their audience. all the people not get attention but the laugh to the presentator. do not put all the thing at the slide show. audience will be boring and comfused about your presentation.
the good speaker is the speaker that can deliver all his point without looking to the slide. its better if we can summarize our speech,make it short speech but full with important point.more words in one slide would not make the audiece achieve what speaker said but it would make audiece bored and sleepy
besides using the power point,the speaker should focused on audience,not to the power point.the slide should only contain the main point and u should describe the point infront of audience without to long see the slide....

yeah!i think this video should be show to anybody that wants to make a presentation. the entire things that McMillan said in this video is really truth for some presentation that i have ever seen before.normally, they will put every words in the entire slides,incorrect spelling,put too many bullet points,using bad colour schemes,too many things in one slides,too many data and also using the same font in entire slide..why most of presenter must do this..??i think,this kind of ways will make the audience sleepy and totally not interested focusing on the presentation..everyone should make a change from now!!
In these video are want to show that the slide presenter must be creative and not crowded in one slide.Use the slide with clear look that can easily be understand by an audience.When use a graph,make sure that only one graph in one slide to easily viewed or read by the entire audience...

this speech is good.the way of speech is very efficient.the speecher has the communication and presentation skill.he use the power body language.he make the good and fulfill elaboration.just make elaboration on what has to say,not adding other information that is useless.....

Don MacMillan is a entertaining presenter because he have a great voice and can talk spontaneously that make the audience laughing all the time.He also mentioned that everyone do the mistakes during their presentation.By the way,he also gives us the tips to attract the audience likes do not put all the sentences,not to use many bullet and importantly makesure that our background colour each of the slide are so brilliant and intresting to hold the attention from the audience..lalala

In my opinion based on the clip given,the presenter must organized their slide well.Avoid to use complicated words or many data at the same time as the audience cannot understand it so easily.Apart from that,use the right font for your slide.It will help the presentation running more smoothly and effectively.
When you giving a talk, don’t prepare your power point slide with the full sentences, it will make you always read from your notes. Other than that, when you prepare the full task, you just read from the task and don’t know where going wrong. Furthermore, this will make your audience feel bored and sleepy to what you are going to present. They can just read from the task and not concentrate to what you are going to tell. Therefore, prepare the power point slide with just short point which can just remind you what you are going to tell.

well... now we know that there's a lot of disadvantages of slide. to many info on the slides might make us distraction and hard to read the info on the slides
don macmillan shows to his audience about some mistakes when the representor used powerpoint to represent the data or point about the issues..slide should not not be full with the sentence..it makes the people have to read a lot not hear a lot..we can lose attention of the audience,.
furthermore,slide should not be used a colour that can make the audience shock..the background and the writing colour should be contras so that the audience can read..slide also cannot has too much bullet and graphic data on the same slide..
I agree with the speaker. The speaker mention that we cannot put too much words or elaborate so much in one slide because we will just read the sentence only. He also do not agree that use too much animation and mix many data on one slide because this will cunfuse the audience. In addition, he mention that do not use too much slide and clashing colour because this will let audience feel sleepy and difficult to read. Too much bullet points on one slide also not be agreed because audience cannot focus on the main point. The most important thing is we need to check spelling always. we need always remember these few important things before presentation and always be prepared, so that, we can give the best performence to the audience.
the presenter is quite funny i think..he is telling some example of the mistakes of using powerpoint..put every words they want to say in the slides,spelling error,too many bullet point,bad colour schemes and many more..this make the powerpoint not interesting..in my opinion, he is clearly present his point although he spoke very fast...
hallo my lovely miss liana..alia is here..regarding to the video,the speaker clearly delivering his messages about disadvantages of power point.the bad thing is presentor will use every single words on the slide.sometime they just read all the text without being alert on the spelling mistakes.so please rechacking before the presantation begin!fore and foremost,too many bullet point can make the key message is not fully cleared.for marketing slide,mostly they use the chart.some will use animation which they tought more 'effectives" .but it's necessary not because sometime it seem too crowded and confusing.

I have learn so many things from this clip, the speaker teach me how to be a good presenter. I agree that to produce a great slide shows, make sure that you're not mix so many data in on slide as this will only create confussions to the audience. Beside that, make sure you used suitable colour scemes and do some variation in every slides. Be a creative representer.

About this video,I have many comment. First,the speaker makes me think that he is very funny and entertaining.Although he is funny, the information he gave is very useful for me. I agree very much. He made realise that not all the notes should be put on the power point slide. He also reminded me to re-check the spelling and choose the background colour properly. He advised us to avoid putting too many key points in one slide.

from my opinion of this video,i can conclude is this video tell us about disadvantage of presentation by using power point.this will limit our speech. this also will make our audience think we are not ready and lack of confidence. when,our audience think like that we will get less respond from our audience.to,make our audience focus to our speech we should not use power point in our presentation. try remember our point.

while you doing the power point slide, please make into point. It is because it will make the audience easy to read and understand the presentation.do not put all the words in your slide show presentation, do not use bullet so much to avoid the audience become more confused.Moreover, make sure that your background of your slide are clear and easy to understand by the audience.So you should follow all the technique to be a great presenter.

After I see this movie,I am very proud with Don Macmillan.He is the good speaker that I have found.he can make the audience give their attention to his speech for 99 per cent.His body gesture was relax and can communicate with the audience better.I also like his self-confident to give his speech.
